The house is beautiful and location is perfect. The house is decorated so beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are so comfortable. The view of the ocean is amazing. The ocean view can be seen in the living room and both bedrooms. The lanai faces the ocean where we had friends visit, the beautiful humpback whales. We came during December so the whales had migrated to Kauai. The stay at this place is absolutely perfect! Thank you! Will be back!

This was a great space, peaceful area and neighbors, gorgeous view, comfortable home. Our only issue, and this was almost laughable by the end of our trip, is that the light and fan switches were bizarre and inconsistent. But who needs that when the sun greets you over the ocean each day?

Our stay at Kauai Haven was truly magical! The condo has high end finishes, a super comfortable bed, and an unbeatable location!
The views from the condo are heavenly - from the balcony, the living room, and each bedroom, the condo windows frame the bright blue ocean, white capped waves, dramatic Princeville cliffs, and beautiful skies and clouds. We also spotted dozens of dolphins and sea turtles from the condo itself. It's only a short hike down to Turtle Cove and we visited our turtle friends almost daily.
We had originally considered staying at 1Hotel (which we did visit for dinner) and are so happy we decided to stay at Kauai Haven instead - a much richer, special, and fulfilling Kauai experience for us!
Suzie was an amazing host, giving us a personalized and memorable experience. She was communicative and extremely helpful with sharing information and asking questions. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We hope to return again!

The Kauai Haven was all round exceptional. The large windows made it easy to watch the sunrise come up over the water. The condo is conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. I recommend choosing to stay here, it checks off every box.

We loved everything about our stay at Kauai Haven. It’s beautifully located ona cliff overlooking the north shore of the island with all of the amenities one could want. The hosts even provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear. The pictures online don’t really do it justice!

Stayed in this condo with our son and his wife. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view from the back porch is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. We also really enjoyed being directly above "Turtle Cove". Took the short hike several times during our stay.
I was a bit concerned when I arrived and realized the condo did not have A/C. Very common in Kauai. However, I had never rented a condo without A/C. They provide numerous fans and we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this property and it’s manager. The location on the edge of the cliff down to the waters at Turtle Cove provides amazing sunrises from all windows and the lanai. The space was great for two parents and their adult children (who do ok sharing a bed). We had everything we needed to cook some meals. Foodland at Princeville had great options. I found it better than the store in Lihue. Four chairs, two umbrellas, boogie boards and a cooler made our daily activity trips easy. Suzie was such an excellent manager replying to my inquiries quickly and thoroughly. This property is a don’t miss. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Mahalo Suzie!!

The property was impressively clean and extremely well stocked with everything we could ever need while on vacation. The bed was very comfortable and listening to the ocean every night was dreamy. There are TVs in every room and the space was nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds and sunset in the evenings. What a wonderful place! The condo has a spectacular view (especially for sunset) and is right at the trailhead to Turtle Cave. The location is perfect. You can tell that the owners put so much thought and care into this condo. Not your typical vacation rental at all. The decor and quality of furniture, kitchen supplies, appliances, etc., is really just top notch. You feel like you are staying in someone's nice home – not a rental at all. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to the North of Kauai.

This is an amazingly beautiful condo- more like staying in a home than a vacation rental. The views were amazing- we could actually see the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony. There is a fun trail down to a cave right off the property. It is the perfect place to stay for all of your north shore excursions! We hope to return one day!

Suzie’s rental is easily one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. The home is gorgeous and the finishes make it feel so cozy and welcoming, yet luxurious and designer. The views are absolutely exceptional—stunning ocean views from both bedrooms and the living room. We kept the windows open our entire stay so we could continuously hear the crashing of the waves! The home has all of the amenities you could possibly need for your stay, though with the convenient location of the property, you won’t need to spend much time at home! The surrounding community feels very safe and well-maintained. Check-in and check out were a breeze, as well. I could truly go on and on. Overall, we enjoyed the ocean views from the lanai and the quick drive to Hanalei. We would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Kauai!

If you’re the type that enjoys sipping coffee (or tea, or whatever) from the balcony of your well appointed home away from home, while listening to tropical birds singing and watching pods of whales from every window, this is your next VRBO. If you don’t, you’ll probably hate Kauai.
The flat was immaculate and extremely well appointed. Everything is well thought out. In addition to an excellent, fully equipped kitchen, there are plenty of small appliances, dishes, and cutlery available. We cooked dinner and breakfast during several our days here.
And that’s just the flat. The location is perfect. A short drive south drops you quickly into the some night life and north is the AMAZING Na’Pali coast. Think hiking, beaches, waves, small beach towns…awesome stuff.
Excellent for a couple trying to steal away a few days of alone time (yes please) or a small family, this is the right place for you. While the pictures of the property are accurate, they don’t do it justice. You won’t be sorry.
Oh, and did I mention the WHALES! They’re right there.

We loved our stay here, especially all the whale sightings right from the lanai -- or the bedroom windows! We shouldn't have paid all that money for a whale watching boat tour when we could have stayed at the condo and enjoyed the same view in greater comfort! We also had double rainbows just feet from our lanai on several mornings! What more could you ask for while in Kauai? The interior of the condo was clean and well-maintained, and true to the pictures. Everything you needed was provided.

We appreciated the speedy communication with the owner and her working with us around check-in! The condo offers beautiful views, so mesmerizing and we loved listening to the ocean. There was some light construction happening next door throughout our stay which was a little bit of.a bummer, but we still enjoyed the deck :-) it was a relaxing spot to vacation and walkable to Hideaway beach if you’re up for it!

This adorable beach bungalow (condo) exceeded our expectations. The pictures online depict the experience you will have perfectly -- if anything it was better than it appears.
Everything you will need for the kitchen is provided. We even cooked steaks on the grill near the condo. The deck is amazing with a picturesque view. We had coffee, lunch and dinner outside any meals we were home.

Only two comments thelat were slight inconvenience, neighbors upstairs are heavy footed and you hear them early and late, no AC which thankfully for us wasn't an issue. The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculate and our stay was amazing. All amenities were as advertised and we appreciated the towels and beach gear. Note that the windows have to be left open (our stay was in august) and even with the tradewinds and fans, the condo was on the warm side. Also noting for anyone visiting with kids that the onsite pool is very deep. Neither of these things affected our stay in a negative way!
All the views were spectacular and sleeping with the sound of the ocean was the best!

We had the best time! The condo is perfect! Nicely decorated, everything you need, most comfortable beds. The view is beyond amazing, we really didn’t want to leave. The trail to see the turtles is right outside your door is a must do. We would definitely re-book. My daughter did say the drainage in the guest shower is very slow. Having all of the snorkeling gear and other fun beachy things was an added plus and very nice to have had access to. Thank you, thank you!

Suzie was a gracious hostess! She promptly answered any questions I had thru out the booking process and our stay. The property is just as described!! It was beautiful and spacious enough for my husband and I as well as our two teen boys. The unit was exceptionally clean! Proximity to grocery and beaches was perfect. Most places in Hawaii do not offer AC. We figured we could handle it coming from triple digit temps. The first three days there were hardly any trade winds which made the unit very warm. We ended up having to purchase a few extra fans just to be semi comfortable. Thankfully there was an ACE just around the corner though if fans are needed I recommend buying from Walmart or Target before heading up to Princeville for far better pricing! On days when the trade winds were strong the unit was very comfortable but when they weren’t, especially in the evenings it was rather warm. If you are use to having AC like we are then I recommend purchasing a few extra fans and donating them after your stay. The location of the unit has AMAZING views! Sunrise and sunset are breathtaking! The stars at night are heavenly! The location unfortunately lends itself to the lack of privacy. We eventually learned to pay no attention to the foot traffic and hanging out in the evenings for sunset watching. We did opt to dine inside several evenings sadly due to being on “display” out on the lanai. The spectacular views made up for the lack of privacy. This unit truly is a 5 Star unit!

Wonderful location - very short drive to top North Shore beaches and Hanalei and Kilauea towns, with access right out the door to (mildly treacherous) paths to the rocky coast (no beach) at the bottom of the cliffs. Unbelievable lanai right above the sea and the design is magical — sleeping every night soothed by the ocean breeze and sound of the waves. Though a downstairs unit, it felt completely private and we didn’t hear the folks upstairs at all. No AC was no problem at all — the fans do the job in every room and the breeze was much nicer than sterile AC would be. We really appreciated all the beach accessories — chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear — and the owners attention to all the details. Grateful for a wonderful week.

Almost can’t describe how wonderful this place was - it was a spectacular experience. Beautifully decorated living space fronting the ocean with waves crashing on the reef just below the bedroom and living room windows. Whales swimming near shore almost every day. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We feel privileged to have spent 3 weeks in this paradise. It doesn’t get much better than this. Great experience with booking, checking in and checking out. Very accurate description of the unit in listing. Zero complaints. Will be back.

I would highly recommend this location and property to anyone visiting Kauai. Not only are the views are spectacular, but the accommodations are 5-star. The beds are comfortable and the place is quiet at night. The Princeville location makes travel to Hanalei Bay and the North Shore quick and easy. And there are lots of great grocery stores and places to eat that are very close. You can also take a 15-minute walk to spectacular views of Hanalei Bay. There’s even a trail out the doorstep that is challenging, but has great views.
We even saw some whales spouts from the lanai. We would stay here again without a doubt.

The condo is fully equipped and a lot is thought out. Which shows that an owner cares and that feels good to a traveler.
I was looking forward to utilizing the speaker system that is listed as throughout it didn't raise in volume at all. The carpet was deeply stained but we didn't let that be a game changer. When on vacation I don't look forward to having to do laundry or strip my bed of my sheets. This brought a time crunch for me in the morning as I had to plan around doing that instead of enjoying my last few hours before going to the airport. Little frustrations can add up and I would encourage Suzi to let that be.

We originally scheduled our vacation for April 2020, but had to reschedule multiple times due to COVID (thanks, Suzy, for being so flexible!). We finally made it here for Thanksgiving week, and we were delighted with the condo. The ocean view was amazing, and we spent quite a bit of time sitting on the balcony and soaking in the view. The condo itself was spacious, very well-furnished, and beautifully decorated. Groceries from Foodland was only a couple of minutes away - we even ordered our turkey dinner there. I do agree with another reviewer that having to try to wash/dry towels on the morning of departure is a hassle (the washing/drying cycle takes a long time to complete). One other minor point is that there was a discrepancy regarding departure times (Suzy said 10 am, but Vrbo said 11 am on our reservation). Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I would love to come back here for another stay in the future.

This was our second time to this lovely Condo. Absolutely beautiful property!! Could not have been happier with the condo, the location, and Princeville. Suzie was great to communicate with. The only issue we had was dealing with the road closure in Hanalei. We definitely knew this ahead of time but didn't realize how few restaurants were in Princeville Plaza & when we arrived on Monday evening everything was already closed. Other than that our week was incredible & we would definitely stay at this beautiful condo again.

This condo was beautifully decorated and the amenities were especially nice. We really enjoyed the music system! Great snorkel gear, chairs and umbrella. The only surprise was how close the gate was to our lanai for people to head down to the sea turtle cave. Perhaps the grass path is a shortcut for guests staying in a different building. Suzie was amazing to work with and very accomodating.

I can't say enough about this property. The decor is stunning and the owners have clearly taken care to think of every possible way to make the condo comfortable and luxurious.
