Step outside onto the lanai for coffee in the morning, glorious evening sunsets over the ocean, and/or a barbecue dinner. A three minute walk towards the sea leads you to the exclusive Hali'i Kai Beach Club with gorgeous pools, comfortable chaise loungers, an open-air ocean view exercise room, and extensive views of the Kohala Coast. The on-site Beach Club Restaurant and Bar offers specialty drinks with excellent service and is home to a renowned chef who makes scrumptious appetizers and full gourmet meals everyday.

Kings Club Gold Membership Exclusively for guests of 9H included! This membership gives overnight guests of the unit (Hali'i Kai 9H) a $50.00 rate on the King's Course, and a $75.00 rate on the Beach Course (Regularly $185.00), and rental rate for clubs of $25.00 per set of clubs (regularly $50.00). This rate applies to registered renters of the unit. Renters must be registered with the Club prior to making their bookings for tee times.

There is a 4 night minimum/10 during Christmas season. Call for more information on last minute deals and exceptions. This is a non-smoking, no pets condo. Hawaii Tax ID: 135-839-8464-01. Hawaii County recently introduced a vacation rental ordinance in April of 2019, this property's application was accepted, and certificate is pending.
