Island Time Villa is a 3 bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished. The Master Bedroom is on the main floor and features a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub. The second bedroom sports a King bed and the third bedroom features a queen bed.
The living room features a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV.
The private grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmer's markets.
Each of the three lanais is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:
Staying in Kulalani gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.

We've stayed at numerous homes at the Mauna Lani and this was one of our favorites... close to the pool, beach club, shops and restaurants. Very spacious and well equipped home. It had everything our family needed to enjoy our stay in Hawaii (chairs, boogie boards, bikes, lots of space, comfy beds, huge lani with access to a large yard). The property managers were lovely and very accommodating. They were extremely responsive to the point of replenishing the bandaids in the first aid kit after my daughter fell. The home is comfortable and modern and a great layout. The beach club is about a 2 mile drive or bike ride from the house. We didn't use it too much since it was often crowded and we preferred the bigger beaches nearby. The pools are very large and there was hardly anyone there. Overall, this is a great spot with excellent property management to make sure your vacation is a success.

Great stay for our family at Island Time Villa. The house is in a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We spent lots of time relaxing on the lanai. The garage is fully stocked with everything a family could need on a beach vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked and it was nice to have access to a grill for home cooked meals. Great place!

We have stayed at Mauna Lani 7 or 8 years running, and have stayed at many of the different units. This unit has an excellent floor plan and feels very private, and is extremely well outfitted. The bicycles were an especially nice addition, and having stainless steel drying racks in the garage, boogie boards and chairs for the beach, very good cooking and kitchen equipment, and very comfortable furniture and beds were all very welcome. It has a large garage which wasn't clearly identified in the listing, and the lanai's which open into the living room are pretty unique as well. Would absolutely stay here again, or look for a similar unit in the future.

This lovely property was exactly as advertised. The location was a short drive to Hapuna (our favorite beach). Quiet, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything my family of four needed, this condo hit all the marks. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers, you name it, these owners thought of it! We also enjoyed having our own barbecue and we often had the pool and gym all to ourselves. We enjoyed riding bikes to the nearby beach park to see the sunset. What a great vacation!

We stayed in the house for a week with 5 people. The house was perfect for us, very comfortable and spacious. In my experience, the pictures online often do not reflect the real situation of the house. In this case, that was not the case at all. We found the house exactly as it was described. It was very neat and clean, the furniture and especially the kitchen were in a perfect condition. But the best thing was the equipment of the house: In the kitchen were all appliances and things for daily use, you could wish. The garage was full of bikes, things for the beach and toys. Simply unique.
Another extremely positive point was the extraordinary kindness and helpfulness of the landlords. They were always available and have always helped to make the stay an unforgettable experience. We can fully recommend this landlord and house and would book there again anytime.

My family (husband, me, 6 and almost 4 year old) and in laws had a wonderful time here. The in laws took the master suite below while my family had the two bedrooms upstairs. This was a really wonderful, clean and well appointed property. They literally had everything that we could've needed (from rice cooker to snorkel gear to 20" bike). The property management company was fantastic and very responsive. We were in need of a life jacket for my youngest and they were at the property within 15 minutes! Additionally, they alleviated the concerns we had with vog by taking pictures from the morning after I had emailed them with questions. My only (minor) complaint was that one of the rooms was fairly bright despite their window coverings (first world problems). We also had friends coming from Japan and they had rented a home a few buildings down and they were also very pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Spent 4 nights here with 4 other adults. The house had enough space for us to spread out and was the perfect place for our group. We cooked dinner every night, rode bikes, went to the gym/pool, checked out the Beach Club and used the snorkels and boogie boards at the neighboring beaches. Very convenient to the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!
