The master bedroom suite offers a King bed, sitting area, TV, DVD, air conditioning, a private lanai with an Ocean view plus chaise lounges for sunning. Soaring ceilings and overhead fan add to tropical breezes for comfortable sleeping.
The second bedroom, also en suite with attached private bathroom, offers a King bed, TV, DVD, air conditioning, soaring ceilings, overhead fan and it's own private lanai with Ocean view and table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee.
The main living area of Wailea Ekahi #53-C is on the first floor with 1/2 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and bar seating. The kitchen is full size with walk in pantry and fully equipped with updated stainless appliances, granite counter tops and custom bamboo cabinets. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen bed to sleep up to five guests total. This townhouse has tile flooring throughout as well as free WiFi and free land line calls to the US mainland and Canada. Included are a front load washer and dryer to recycle your bathing suits and clothing. There are beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and beach towels for your use. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Wailea Ekahi features six community grilling stations around the property available to guests.
Keawakapu Beach is located just in front of our Ekahi Beachfront Pavilion and main pool and has been named a Conde Naste Traveller Magazine Award Winner. Wailea Ekahi also offers free WiFi at the Pool Pavilion for your convenience. An extensive renovation of the pavilion was completed in 2020, resulting in a gorgeous space to gather with friends or just hang out. Features include a modern open kitchen, BBQ grills, fitness center, table seating both shaded and sunny, a book lending library, and showers with changing room for pool users.
The downstairs lanai is tiered and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Your three private lanais are a great place to dine, catch some rays or relax and read a book.
The Wailea Ekahi Location is Tops in the area. The Shops at Wailea with over 60 shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away as well as other premium and casual restaurants outside the Shops. Wailea golf courses are close by AND there are several first class beaches to chose from just minutes away. You can explore a different beach every day and not visit the same one twice just a short drive from the property.
***The pavilion pool deck, surrounding lawn area, and the Ekahi beach access gat will be close June 3-14, 2024. During this 2-week pool closure, the pavilion kitchen, covered seating areas, bathrooms, changing rooms, fitness center, board storage and BBQs will remain open. The Ekahi beach access gate will remain locked, and the side alternate beach access gate must be used.***

The kitchen has everything we needed to cook exclusively at home, great appliances plentiful linens etc. It’s unfortunate that the bedrooms are upstairs because it made it harder to balance the temperatures of the house. The secondary bedroom has terrible AC and it was very noisy. So if you have a person that runs hot, put them in the master bedroom! Overall we had the best time and they were very responsive during our stay.

We had a fabulous time and really loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue with the AC unit not working in one bedroom but the rental company was very responsive and took care of it. The location in the complex was great--it was a short walk to the pavilion with the pool and kitchen. We loved being able to walk down the stairs to the beach. The ocean was great for snorkeling and we could walk just a few minutes to other beaches that were also great for snorkeling. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The AC in the master bedroom was broken when we first arrived. The management company had someone come try to address it that evening, but found the issue had to wait until morning. They had someone there early the next morning and quickly brought in a portable AC unit when they couldn't get it fixed right away. We were pleased with the unit and management company communication and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we return to the area.

We had four adults and one toddler staying at the rental and it was absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous landscaping throughout the resort. Kitchen was especially well stocked and made meal prep easy. Proximity to beach and pools on the property were also excellent. It was a little bit of a hike to get back to the condo from the beach/large pool but worked out fine without even using the provided cart. Was super pleased to see they had a cart available though as we had been considering renting one! We were also able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Already planning our next visit!

We had a great 10 day stay in this unit. The location is perfect- we liked being on the far side close to the shops and hotels, and didn’t kind the walk to the beach and pool. The unit is huge- one of the largest in the complex. The unit had everything we needed and more- we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Mahalo!

The property was clean and well stocked. We didn’t want for anything. Everything was labeled, the condo was roomy, the walk to pool and beach was not strenuous. There were beach coolers, chairs, pool noodles, and plenty of beach towels. The lanai was fairly private with a BBQ station right across the road although we used the pavilion so the kids could swim. We had a great time!

Property was spacious, private and the most well equipped kitchen we’ve stayed in. Property management accommodated an earlier checkin request making it so convenient with a toddler. This is our third time staying at Wailea Ekahi Village and will always come back, beautiful grounds and amenities. Unit was lovely only suggestion is if unit could be aired out prior to arrival to help with musty smell. Once we opened up smell subsided.

Communication with the property management was quick and effective. The condo itself clean and well taken care off and suited everyone's needs which consisted of 4 adults and two children. The walk down to the Pavillion and beach is downhill and takes about 5 mins. For those of you who have a hard time walking, the hill down to the Pavillion is all asphalt but kind of steep. However there is parking but it is limited. The Pavillion is nicely equipped with counter space, fridge, ice machine two gas BBQ and 1 charcoal BBQ which made cooking for 30 people a breeze. Word of caution though, the area is first come first serve, so get down there early. The beach was sandy and water shoes were not required. Once you enter the beach from the Pavillion stairs, you'll see lava rocks on to the left that go out about 100ft. At the tip of that you'll see Parot fish and some turtles!

This was an awesome place for 3 couples to call home while enjoying a week on Maui. Plenty of space that we didn't get in each other's way. The pictures don't even come close to how wonderful this place is. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Plenty of towels, beach towels and dish towels. Often there were 3 cooks in the kitchen and there was plenty of room. Oh, the dishwasher was so quiet we didn't even know it was on! (Impressed me!) The rooms were well equipped and the beds comfortable. The sofa bed was a sofa bed, so was as expected. The lanai was beyond relaxing and private. We spent almost all of our "at home" time on the big lanai, eating, drinking, or just socializing. The location is perfect for everywhere we wanted to be. A short walk through the complex and we were on the beach and at the big pool. We had one question during off hours and there was no problem getting ahold of someone to answer our question! There were snorkel masks and umbrellas and some beach toys in a closet, so we didn't need to rent much for a great time in the water. The views from the upstairs bedrooms were fabulous. And the lush landscape at the back lanais really put you in the Hawaii mood. This location is away from the hectic hustle and bustle of northern areas of the island, but easy driving to everything. We are already considering another trip to Maui and certainly hope this specific property, #53-C, will be available.

We loved all the beach gear although we had to replace the boogie boards (we left them for the next guests!). I would caution that we are a fit family but ended up driving down the hill to park closer to the beach/pool, given all our gear. Next time, we might try to stay in a unit closer to the beach. Also, the bedding needs replacing as it's looking a bit worn. However, this unit is exceptional for the price. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Good location about 15 minute walk from the beach. It is a floor level unit, with the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One bedroom has nice view of the water. Walking distance (15 minutes) from the Shops at Wailea. Only areas to improve on are cleanliness (itvwas ok, but not great) and a few maintenance issues, like water filter needing replacement, issues with the fan controls, and broken mechanism for 2 of the windows - nothing that can’t be fixed or replaced fairly easily.

A well equipped, spacious property. As the unit is up / down there is nobody above or below so also quiet. The patio area is large with multiple seating areas. Be aware that the complex has banned BBQs on the patios due to an insurance / fire issue. There are common BBQs at the pavilion by the main pool but the common kitchen area with fridges etc. is closed due to COVID. In short: don’t plan to BBQ. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and several coolers in the unit.

The condo complex is on the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo is quiet and feels secluded because of the lush landscaping. There are five well-appointed lanais. The outdoor table and chairs are wonderful for dinner & cocktails on a cooler night. The unit has beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as coolers and sand toys. The kitchen has every amenity needed to make a meal, which is a bonus because Wailea restaurants are pricey. There is also a grill on the patio. The owner has everything organized and labelled clearly. I would stay here again.

I especially appreciated how organized everything was inside and all the cabinets were labeled inside! Loved that! Check in was smooth! Wifi was great! I do recommend this area of Kihei/Wailea. The shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea (luau) are a very short distance, as is the Wailea Blue golf course. Safeway market is about 10 minutes away.
