The room was clean, kitchen well stocked for all your cooking needs, restaurant/bar on property, two pools and a few gift shops. Soap, shampoo, blow dryer provided. We were on the top floor with a great view of the ocean and property.

The condo was great. Wow what a view. We enjoyed seeing the whales from the lanai. Unfortunately the weather was awful. Rains and winds. Despite the 24 hour power shut down we liked the visit. The restaurant was good and the property was well kept and great staff. Kaanapali is a great location with lots within walking distance.

We had great communication from the owners prior to arrival the facility was beautiful the king bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows. We should had a second room for our kids, but the pillow was more comfortable than usual. It was greatly appreciated that they left us body boards, chairs, and a cooler, the beach wasn’t great and it was very windy on our side, but it was amazing watching whales from our balcony every day! Walking distance to Dukes also was great!

We have stayed in a number of VRBO's and this was by far the best one so far. It was clean and was furnished with everything that we needed. My wife will bring some cleaning supplies with her because rooms we have had in the past needed to be cleaned as soon as we got there. She did not have to do any cleaning on the trip.

We visit Maui yearly and about 8 years ago we started only staying here. We’ve done all of the super fancy resorts but the clientele, staff, and relaxed atmosphere here is the best. Honestly, all of the rooms are a little dated but this room was very clean, has an exceptional view and so we will definitely book this exact room again.

We LOVE staying at Ka’anapali Shores. The property is beautiful, it has 2 really nice pools and right on the beach. The location is great too, close to many eateries with a full grocery store across the street. This is our 4th stay here and we are looking forward to many more!

The house was clean and had everything needed. The view was beautiful and even with the pool and grass area between you could hear the ocean from the house/blacony loud and clear. The pool area was great and the jacuzzi was huge so it didnt feel crowded. I saw a review previously complaining that the hotel wasn't by the ocean, but it was plenty close. No more than a two minute walk. Never had a hard time finding parking close to our elevator, but we did stay during a slower time of the year. Only negative I could think of were the tv's were difficult to figure out. I'd definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean. It was very well stocked with all of the necessary pots, pans, plates and utensils.
There is a beautiful view that you will enjoy waking up to each morning.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. No complaints whatsoever. Only all compliments!

Loved this condo! Everything you need in the unit. Great property, location, pool, restaurant/bar, friendly staff and well maintained all around the property daily. Only thing would be a new mattress for the bed. Very worn out with craters, as another or two reviewers mentioned.

The unit was roomy and the view was spectacular. Everything worked cell and has been maintained beautifully.
This resort was wonderful, the food was good and service quick, both pools were lovely and easy beach access.
There is a grocery store right across the wand the ABC store is a block away.
We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time watching whales jumping from the large lanai windows, but bring binoculars if you want to see them closer up. We had ours from knowing this from a previous trip. It was amazing, there were whales everywhere. The birds at night that came back to the trees were a treat to hear also. The place is quiet, clean, and comfortable for a small family.and always found a spot to sit at either pool. The large screen TVs made us feel at home too, when we were done for the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and were able to use the grill by the tennis courts. We would highly recommend this place, as we had a great relaxing time!

This place was so beautiful! The view was amazing and my favorite part! I spent a lot of time in the early mornings and evenings just sitting out on the balcony watching the ocean. The unit itself was very clean, everything looked very new and updated. The carpet appeared brand new, and the bed was super comfy. It was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were great. The beach in front isnt the best for swimming but there are so many amazing beaches around it didnt matter. Plus i spent time laying out there anyway despite it being a little smaller of a beach. The location was also very central for all we did. I could go on and on, but ill just end by saying my whole family of 4 loved it here, we felt super comfortable and like it was really clean and cared for, and we would never hesitate to stay here again!

Great views, great location with all resort amenities. Only thing I would suggest to improve is mattress. Either really old or worn. Be prepared to wake up with possible sore back with extreme sinking and curves. Would stay there again if updated. Again awesome pool and location to other beaches but the bed is not a good sleep

Condo was as described. I've been staying at this resort for 30 years. This was the first Vrbo booking here though. The unit was clean and we did not notice anything that was not working in good order. Beach supplies in the closet were a great bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, cool, comfortable, with an updated kitchen, offering a very good supply of kitchenware and higher-end appliances. Beach chairs, towels, and tote bags are right there in your rental unit for convenience. Shower pressure is better than some other units in the building, and a public address speaker near the kitchen was surprisingly available for storm warnings. Lanai furniture was in good shape and offered a good view of the wading pool and gardens. Enjoy the chirping of roosting Maina birds every evening and morning!

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Maui- we have rented this unit several times over the years...the owners have recently replaced the carpeting and bought new flat screen TV's and a new sofa bed. The TV upgrade was not fully appreciated since we simply don't use them but most folks will enjoy the big screen and high-def display.
We had good customer service from Maui Westside management - everything was in order for our arrival, communication was very good and we the unit was clean and well-stocked. I would absolutely recommend this unit and this management company to a friend or relative.

This was a nice property to stay at and the condo was clean and quiet. The photos were of the actual unit and the description was accurate. The view was spectacular and we were able to see whales from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The boardwalk in front of the condo had been washed out, but you could pick it up if you go through the gates to the park parking lot next door (to the south). Once on the board walk you could walk for miles. If you rent here, the staff is friendly but they don't assist as you are renting a private unit. You have full use of the facilities, but won't be able to charge anything to the room. This didn't bother us, but is good to know. The key pad on the unit was a nice way to gain entry (no keys to worry about). All in all, a very good place to stay.

The location, the view and the nearby grocery store made our vacation complete with no real need for a car. Barbara's quick response to our emergencies was greatly appreciated - thank you. However, our cell phone wasn't working so it would have been helpful to be able to use the landline for local calls and to call the management company. Great selection of spices, oils, coffee,sugar and cleaning products was welcomed and made for fewer trips to the grocery store and more beach time. Fixing items below would improve the visit: Dishwasher soap dispenser didn't open properly Right closet door track was noisy & hard to open Same for the balcony doors and screens. We would recommend this property to a friend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aston Ka'aanapali Shores. The penthouse condominium is so lovely. It's comfortable, warm and inviting. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with EVERYTHING you need and more! The king size bed is very comfortable and we appreciated the quality of the L'occitane toiletries - nice touch! They provide dish washer detergent as well as clothes detergent.
We love love LOVED sitting on the lanai every morning with our coffee! The view is perfect! Overlooks the gorgeous property with its lovely pools and the magnificent ocean! Highly HIGHLY recommend!
