Spectacular scenery, a quiet complex amidst many floral trees and bushes, and many beautiful birds. Within a 20 minute walk down to a beautiful beach, but be prepared to walk 25 minutes back up. Good exercise. The unit was a spacious, and well maintained. However, the floor was not clean. Removed our shoes always, but our feet or socks did not stay clean walking around.

This was our 4th month long stay, we thought we knew what to expect or at least hope for. The upstairs unit was sold and is now a vacation rental so during our month we had 5 different families upstairs and 4 out of 5 were not the lightest on their feet, I can tolerate the noise upstairs and even no A/C but comfort and mobility are to important to risk again on that bed! I contacted Chasing Rainbows and was told basically I’m the only one who complained about this sagging old mattress so the owners would not respond to my request. So the ONLY thing we do the month is beachwalk for my heart health I had to do crippled well as my husband and he is a fit strong man. So it looks like 52 and I will have to part ways.. I have enjoyed stays there so it is bitter sweet. Anne Dade

The place was pretty much as described, a very nice lanai with a great view of the ocean, we even spotted some whales! Just a few negatives, a fan blade was broken in the master bedroom rendering it unusable. The owners said they would fix it during our stay, but didn't feel like dealing with that. Also, upon our entry to the place, we found hair on the shower wall that definitely wasn't ours. The kitchen could've been stocked a bit better with cooking essentials. All in all, a great little place!

The ex bedding n beach towels werent delivered b4 check in. It could have been cleaner. It was soooo hot inside when we arrived. The ceiling lights flashed and maintenance was unable to repair so we never had good lighting at night. The toaster was broken, the screen on the microwave was damaged so it was difficult to use. The batteries in the remote controls and the clock were dead. But beds were very comfy. View was beautiful esp from the master bedroom. Big bathrooms. Ceiling fan in bathroom was def a plus. Pool was nice. Great location. Would recommend after small inconveniences get fixed.

A perfect location for the Maui Holiday, wlking distance to beaches and restaurants. Well Maintained, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice lanai with great sunsets. There is no sufficent noise insulation to the upper appartment, so TV and walking comes right through. But this really is the only complaint, we enjoyed our vacation in this appartment very much, it was easy to feel home.Mahalo

This bottom floor unit has two large bedrooms and a great view as shown. Large kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook, wine glasses, etc. Wifi was slow(2M/sec) but both Verizon and T-Mobile have excellent coverage and the hotspots worked great. 5 min drive to Lahaina and/or Whaler's Cove at Kaanapali that has everything.

Our condo was perfect! Unfortunately the other residents were not! You are not allowed to have music or talk on your phones at the pool. The sign says it's a quiet pool and that is expected. A resident stood by her car and made sure you didn't ding her doors and made sure you knew she was watching you for no reason. Not a family place. Perfect if you are a quiet couple older in age.

This was truly a beautiful condo, furniture, grounds, and exceptional view from the lanai and master bedroom
Extremely well equipped kitchen, deck, bedrooms etc.
Pictures do not do justice to this place. It is even better in person.
Even though there is no air conditioning almost all the windows are louvred on the outside, screened and louvred on the inside. Those that are not are screened and have blinds and curtains. Also deck has blinds. So with the normal Kaanapali breeze coming from the back of the condo and many ceiling fans it was always comfortable. Deck is protected from the wind.
Note because it is a condo you can hear the people walking around upstairs but the noise was minor. Only thing of note was upstairs tenant seemed to be an older person so his tv was loud when on but could only be heard from the deck.
I still would rent this location again. Thanks to the owner for a lovely stay.

The only complaint I have is the Master bedroom bed, the bed itself is very noisy and the mattress is saggy and needs to be replaced. Sunsets and warm trade winds await at this condo. If you are looking for a condo with a fantastic ocean view, a quiet location and close to so much this is the place for you. We loved waking up in the morning to go sit out with our coffee and watch the whales. There was always a cooling breeze. Everything was clean but the kitchen did lack any spices, even salt and pepper. The beds were comfortable but a bit saggy. We would most definitely stay here again

The property was beautiful and had easy access to great snorkeling and body surfing beaches nearby. The only issue I had I tried emailing and calling (3X on three separate days) regarding BBQ location and late checkout and the only way I heard back was through the VRBO website on the second last day of our vacation. While they did say their phones were down, they clearly could have responded to the email. It also wasn't very clear that the property did not have air conditioning.
Overall would recommend for a November-March vacation due to the lack of air conditioning but was our favorite property so far even after the poor communications with the property manager.

We stayed in this condo complex several years ago so we were familiar with the condo layout and grounds. Hosts were great to work with. Condo was clean and very well stocked with basic necessities. Nice location. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

This property was in a great location. The view was amazing, the appliances in the kitchen were good. Most of the time we were there the pool was unoccupied. The only downside is this location didn't feel super kid friendly (we have a 7 and 5 year old). While we were at the pool, there were some tenants that made us feel very unwelcome, but other than that, it was a good place for us.

The property is so relaxing! Cleaning was good but not perfect but I am a neat freak and have a very high standard! Would be good for most people though. Everything you need is there! The beds are very comfortable and the place is really nice! Air conditioning was not a problem for us. We never used it, as there was a wonderful breeze coming in daily - It was amazing! Sunsets were perfection each evening and didn’t have to leave the house for them! Sunrises we’re just as beautiful! I love coming to Maui and a place to stay will make or break your vacation! This condo met 4/5 of my expectations but again neat and cleanliness (even furniture) is high for me!

We have stayed at the plantation several times, but this was with the entire family (19 of us!). Each family had their own condo, but we were able to enjoy the facilities at times together or other times quietly alone. I much prefer the plantation layout to the high rise hotels, but you do pretty much have to drive to entertainment.
