Gorgeous ground floor condo!
This large, light filled 1 B/2BA condo, is a 2 min walk to the world renowned Keawakapu beach, pools, and pavilion. It has walk-out access to private well-manicured grounds with flowers and is within walking or short driving distance to many of Wailea's and Kihei's restaurants, golf and shops. The condo was renovated in a contemporary style to comfortably accommodate the owners and family while they enjoyed a “sabbatical" in Maui. The fantastic location, elegant remodel and spaciousness make this one of the most attractive 1b/2BA units in Ekahi. Guests can also sleep to the sounds of the ocean and may at times even be able to peek at it. The unit is well suited for discerning guests who seek tranquility, comfort, and the full Aloha experience.

After visiting Maui for over 20 years, we were fortunate to find and purchase this perfectly located condo in the beautiful Ekahi complex. Within a few hundred feet of the pools, pavilion and world renowned beach, the condo offers privacy, tranquility with ocean sounds and peeks. The bedroom, living rooms and lanais were enlarged, making this one of the largest 1bedroom/2 bathrooms units in the Ekahi complex. The convenience of its ground floor location was additionally attractive to us as we wanted to avoid lugging suitcases and managing balance walking upstairs. After purchasing in a dream location, we embarked on a 7-month project to demolish and completely renovate the condo in a contemporary style. Our goal was to transform it into a home that we could live in for an extended period and one that our family and friends would be thrilled to visit. We have recently made the condo available for rental for discerning guests who like us, seek out tranquility, comfort, and access to all that Wailea has to offer. We hope that you enjoy your experience at the condo, Wailea and Maui as we, our family and friends continue to do.

Wailea Ekahi Village is a beautifully terraced property located at the entrance to the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of 54 two-story buildings spread out over thirty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping.

Keawakapu Beach fronting the property and nearby Mokapu beach are well-known for romantic sunset walks, excellent swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and seasonal whale watching in the winter months.

Wailea Ekahi Village is an air-conditioned property that offers a beachfront pavilion with large pool, BBQ, kitchen area, private showers, paddle tennis and shuffleboard courts. There are also three “quiet” swimming pool areas, tennis court and free private parking.

The spacious interiors include:

-luxury linens

If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

The condo was well stocked and had a great layout with everything one needs on vacation. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, sand toys for the kid, full kitchen with electric range, fridge with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all the cooking tools, big TV, indoor and patio dining area. The property has propane bbqs close to the condo just by the parking and pickle ball court. There are 4 pools on the property. The lower one by the beach is the only one you will want to go to. Its a short walk from the condo. Most other condos have a long walk to the pool and a hill to climb on the way back in the hot sun. The beach has decent snorkeling on the south end and the waves are calm making it a great swimming beach and family friendly. My son had endless fun chasing lizards on the back patio grass area and the rest of the grounds. I have no complaints about the condo or property. The property manager (Ali’i Resorts) was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the check in process. I prefer to book a place to stay once and then just forget about it until I show up. They required quite a few phone calls to go over policies and confirm my schedule multiple times and then had to schedule a specific time to check in because someone had to be there to let me in and show me the property, even though there were just combo code locks for doors and gates. It’s a minor complaint and they were very friendly.

Please consider renting a condo not operated by Ali'i resorts. Ali'i resorts is the worse. We had planned our trip months in advance for my husband's birthday. We were really looking forward to the trip. We had the condo rented from a Tuesday to Tuesday. The Friday before our trip our brother in law passed away and the funeral was happening right in the middle of our trip. We understood we could not get a full refund with such short notice. We also understood we would not be able to just change our trip to completely new dates. However, when we looked on the website we saw that the condo was available the Sunday and Monday before our Tuesday stay was to begin. We knew there was no way they could rent the condo for those two days given that it was just a day away and they have a 5 day rental policy. So we called and explained our situation, that there had been a death in our family. We asked if we could just move our trip up 2 days since the condo was empty. We would be able to stay for 4 days. We said we were happy to pay our 7 days and they could try to rent out the 5 days after we left. We just wanted to salvage a bit of our vacation. Ali'i resorts refused even though it cost them nothing as the condo was sitting empty. They did not ask us who had passed away or if we could provide documentation. They refused to offer a small kindness that cost them nothing. Is this really a company you want to give your business to? They showed no compassion or flexibility even when it cost them nothing. Please rent elsewhere

Pictures are pretty accurate. Although close to road & pickle ball court, noise wasn't a problem. Doesn't have a water view which we would have liked but couldn't find any condos at the time we were looking that were within our price range since we stayed 3 weeks. Location convenient to Kehei and Wailea activities. It is a good walk to the beach, main pool and covered outdoor area. The latter was really a very nice area. But if you are a senior and have trouble walking, the walk back up is uphill. Property management company was very quick to resolve minor initial issues.

Arrived early, cleaning crew supported an early arrival. Spacious accommodation with plenty of room for it to feel like a home and not a hotel room. Wish listing was more inclusive of items on the property for use as it makes packing easier. Top notch finishes and appliances. Unit stayed nice and cold with ac in use. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy which was the only downfall. Unit is literally 5 minutes from the main pool (only heated one) and beach access. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good family time and not wanting to spend 3-4x of the big hotels with 25% the space.

Lovely property. Nice area Pool wonderful. Local BBQ area needs to be available for lunch get together. Going to pavilion for BBQ is a pain. Wazes needs better directions to 22 b was kind of a pain finding. But all in all lovely!! Just lovely

Broken chaise never fixed despite repeated promises. Not terribly comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Nice bring close to pool but very limited views and noisy neighbours.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ekahi #22B. It was clean and spacious. Couple of minuses, not much of an ocean view and beach equipment could definitely be updated and replenished.

This property completely met our expectations and did not disappoint in any way. If you are wanting an ocean view, there really isn''t much of one , however the garden views are beautiful and this condo offers a lot of privacy. Very well equipped and pristine condo .

The condo was great and we loved how close we were to the beach. We were expecting a better ocean view because of the pictures we saw online so that was disappointing. Overall, though, we were very pleased.

This is probably the best spot we’ve stayed in 5 Hawai’i trips. On the quiet beach with a pool in the complex. Many foodie restaurants nearby. Beautiful condo with great kitchen and ocean views. We’ll be back.
