I'd like to say that my wife and I did enjoy our stay here a lot, especially the ocean view. We ran into issues when we'd first arrived to where there was an issue with the property management's system and the space wasn't cleaned from the previous stay, and we weren't informed about this until later on our check-in day after a long day of flights. They were very accommodating though and made things right ASAP, so our stay was still very pleasant. Overall, this is a very nice property if you don't mind not having A/C. It got a bit warm some nights, but still overall comfortable.

Loved the condo. Location is amazing. Super comfortable space. We got to see a bunch of whales from the lanai which was so fun. It would have been cool if they had provided binoculars. Other than that 10/10 would recommend.

The view from every room was absolutely amazing, the place seemed to have been recently renovated and was cleaned so well. We had everything we needed and the bed was soo comfortable! We had such an amazing time and the property was quiet and calming. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing place. Very close to beautiful hikes in the beaches. The condo was very nice and very clean. Incredible view from every room with full ocean exposure. .We would definitely recommend it and would consider returning ourselves.

Everything about the property was A+++. Location, view, cleanliness, appliances, ease of check-in, etc … if we visit Kauai again, my mom is already talking about staying here. Cannot say enough good things about the property.

A very enjoyable place to stay - nice grass terrace with Adirondack chairs that overlook the ocean. A bottle of wine and binoculars were nice touches. Would stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, not a lot of clutter, and the location was perfect! There were little extra things already here that were really convenient. (Chairs, umbrella, blow dryer, and the treats were very nice as well.) We had everything we needed while staying here and would definitely stay here again! Mahalo

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Wonderful, unobstructed views and breeze from the water. The unit had more space than we could even use, with separate living and dining areas and a full kitchen with a large island countertop. The unit seems to have been recently renovated, was very clean throughout, and the new appliances were a nice plus too. The unit also had a good collection of beach chairs and toys for guests to use during their stay.

Very nice and clean property. The view of the ocean was amazing from both bedrooms and the living room. Really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and snorkel. Great location to activities on the north shore. Would absolutely stay again.

This was a convenient Princeville location and we really enjoyed our stay. Go to sleep and awaken to the sound of the surf below. Pure heaven. The condo had all the modern conveniences you might need. There were some areas that could use improvement: Living room was: sparsely furnished and the couch needs replacing. The kitchen had only two coffee mugs (there were additional small cups) and the second bedroom had no dresser yet plenty of room for one on the wall in the closet. Bed pillows are in desperate need of replacement as are all of the toxic and overly scented cleaning products. Kauai is a sensitive ecosystem and additionally many people (like me and my friend) are highly sensitive to heavy chemical scents. Please consider switching to natural products—safer for people and the planet! Mahalo.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was the perfect fit for me, my mom, and my adult son to have an incredible stay and explore this wonderful island. The condo was clean, had every amenity we needed, and all instructions for check in and check out were clear. The cliffs at Princeville met all of our expectations and more with just a short ride to Hanalei, spectacular views, and the added bonus of watching whales play every morning off the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this place but there are some things I can't get past.
The unit was spotless and had everything you need.
The location was great! I sleep so great with the sound of the ocean.
The property management company was the absolute best to deal with. They were super responsive and supportive when we couldn't get to the island due to COVID, twice. They made it work for us, which we sincerely appreciate.
BUT there are a few things that I can't get past:
1. The primary bathroom situation. As an adult, I really need a door for the bathroom. The semi-broken room divider is sad. We had to tell our kids not to go #2 in that bathroom so that the entire bedroom didn't stink. Dear owners, please invest in an actual door. People need privacy in the bathroom.
2. While this unit was non-smoking, the property/complex seemed to allow smoking. Anytime someone in another unit smoked, it filled up ours with cigarette smoke. Gross. Had I known this, I would not have booked this unit.
3. There is no storage in the 2nd bedroom, 1 small nightstand, and NO drawers for your clothes. There is a nice size closet, but you can't exactly hang your underwear and socks. My kids had to live out of a suitcase on the floor.
While we did enjoy our stay and the unit in general the bad outweighed the good this time for us.

Great location! This condo is perfect for oceanfront views and all day whale watching! The windows allowed for great trade winds. It is fully equipped for cooking. We had a maintenance request that was handled timely. The only minor request would be having nightlights for each room. We would definitely book again, thanks for letting us stay at your home!

This was a beautiful property. It had all of the amenities we need and more. The location was perfect and the view was unbelievable. It was a nice relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring.
