Perfect view and location. Saw turtles right from the balcony, Whale season was just starting (late Nov) and we got a glimpse of one. Must be the perfect perch for whale watching (large monocular included!). Kitching outfitted with everything (and more) that we needed for a Thanksgiving dinner. Large TV. Great for family, though two couples may find the second bedroom could have more privacy. Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment and for making our stay easy. Aloha

We checked in here the night before the massive Lahaina fire, and were stuck on the West side of Maui for a few days without power, Internet, or phone, but I have to say that if I'm going to be stuck somewhere without these conveniences, this was a very comfortable place to stay. It is a wonderful condo, comfortable, amazing views, and surrounded by some great people who live in some of the other condos that we met while there. Maui definitely needs time to heal and rebuild, but when it opens back up to visitors, I strongly recommend this wonderful condo. And the owners were very helpful, quick to answer questions, and concerned for our safety while there during this tragedy.

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the seventh floor had beautiful views off of the large balcony. We appreciated having two bathrooms with two teenagers, and they each had their own twin bed which is a plus. We enjoyed the side balcony in the late afternoon because the main balcony got too much sun this time of day. There is no air conditioning, and this was slightly challenging at night because the July night air didn't cool down past 73 degrees. We were glad for the fans in the rooms and the large sliding glass doors for the balconies to get air flow, but this did make for some warm sleeping. Every evening we would eat dinner on the large balcony (at sunset when the lighting was easier and not so hot) and we would watch large sea turtles enjoying the shallow waters right below our balcony. It was nice having a covered designated parking spot.

It was hard to leave the condo to enjoy the many activities on Maui because the view is so incredible. Whales were everywhere! Coffee in the morning and a cocktail at sunset each day was the best part of the trip! Beach chairs and other beach accessories are offered in the room, and our party of five had plenty of room. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. The owner is very responsive and great to work with.

The location of the condo was perfect being located on the corner and we had such a great view of the ocean looking out at both Molokai and Lanai, and also the mountains from the master bedroom. It was very spacious and clean. The condo was very fully equipped for everything we needed in the kitchen to all of the items to have a fun day at the beach. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Our family with young kids stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space and beds along with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was adequate for a few meals. The owner had beach toys, snorkels, and a couple beach chairs and towels for guests to use.
We liked the location with a narrow beach out front and great views. We walked to the nearby coffee shop and brewery for a couple meals. This area is much more laid back than the chain resorts. The sunsets were amazing each night from this ocean view high floor. We would love to return someday.

This unit was incredible for proximity to ocean. We spent many hours on the lanai watching snorkellers, dolphins and sea turtles and it’s situation made it comfortable and shaded for most of the day. It was a bit warm at night without AC but worth it for sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the sound of waves and feel the ocean breeze. Beds and pull out couch were comfortable. Nice beaches were a short drive away (Napili and Black Rock) although missed having a nice beach walk and swimming beach within easy walking distance. Thank you for having us as guests. You have a really unique and lovely place.

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 6. We loved waking up to the 180 degree view of the ocean, sleeping to the sounds of crashing waves and seeing whales and turtles from the balcony. Also loved the snorkel gear, beach chairs, and other beach toys. There's a small sandy beach where we could hang out a few minutes walk from the property. And 7 minutes drive to Kapalua with great snorkeling. Communication with Melissa was great too. We can't wait to return!!

Property has beautiful view - perfect for whale watching- we saw so many! Communication was good- responses were quick. Kitchen is well equipped. Not enough chairs on lanai for 6 people- same with beach chairs.
Front lanai needs a vertical awning as it becomes too hot to sit out in the afternoons without some shade which was disappointing as we enjoyed the lanai in the mornings and evenings.
Beautiful breeze through the unit which was great for sleeping. Location is great- close to shopping, groceries and food trucks.

But unit is very dated and needs a major overhaul . For the price that we paid everything is very old and outdated
If you plan on cooking on your vacation forget about it with this kitchen the stove is rusty the burners don’t fit and dont sit level. Pots and pans don’t match it’s like they bought them from the thrift store that went out of business.
Sliding partition for bedroom doesn’t slide worth a darn flaps in the wind. Master bedroom door frame is coming apart
The view from the lanai was fantastic but there was only one vinyl 1970s era chaise lounge to sit on and a tall table with four chairs. A couple of comfortable reclining chairs on the lanai would’ve made the view more enjoyable.

A small piece of property, away from the hustle, bustle and congestion of the larger resorts - we loved our stay in Unit 704A, an end unit at the Hololani. Views of the ocean from every room and the endless, soothing sound of the surf 24/7; turtles galore, snorkeling on the reef in front of the condo (a distance out), and easy access walking or by car to sandy beaches north and south. Although an older unit, who cares: we stay here for all the reasons listed.

Rented the three corner properties (floors 6,7,8) and had family celebration 50th anniversary. Location, view and accommodations excellent. Melissa was very helpful and even arranged for a late checkout as one of the groups was not leaving until late. Our second time here and with the exception of the missing beach in front, our stay was excellent. The constant breeze from the mountains kept us comfortable and fans helped too. We did not need AC and hearing the ocean at night was very relaxing.

The view is what made this place amazing! It's like you are on the water. Tons of turtles went by all day long. We even saw a stingray from the Lanai. It slept our group of 6 very comfortably and we could all hear the crashing waves to put us to sleep. Beds were super comfy and there was lots of space for storing things. The only thing that was tough was the privacy. The master bathroom had an open window to the bedroom and the other bathroom window could be viewed by one of the rooms. It just needs a curtain and that would be fixed! Other than that, it was great! The place is like a wind tunnel, with the windows open it was the nicest breeze going through all the rooms! There were sand toys for the kids and boogie boards. The pool was nice, although there wasn't any shade so be prepared with sunscreen! We were very happy and the owner was so easy to get in touch with! Great unit :)

We were very pleased with our apparttement. Everything was super clean and tidy. The view was simply unique. Melissa took care of all our wishes and was quickly available to order the plumber we needed. Everything is totally uncomplicated, when we are back on Maui, we come back gladly again.

My family of four enjoyed this comfortable condo during our visit to Maui! The views were spectacular and the marine life was abundant. Every morning we went out on the lanai with our coffee and searched for sea turtles and whales. Successful every morning! We expect certain outdoor critters to be part of the norm in such an open tropical environment. So nothing surprised us. We were happy that we didn't accidentally bring home any of the little lizards running around the properties. Truly a tropical paradise! We appreciated the ocean breeze and aromas swirling around the condo. Breathe it in and enjoy. After all, you are in Hawaii! Melissa was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The first night we arrived the elevator was broke and remained unusable until Tuesday, walking up 7 floors was a huge inconvenience not to mention strenuous for my husband who has cardiac issues. The condo did not appear to be cleaned after the last visitors as there were dirty kleenexes behind the night stands, piles of dirt behind the beds, brochures behind the dressers and the floors were filthy we had to sweep them when we arrived. The bathrooms were. also not clean and one had ants all over the floor. The doors would not stay shut between the rooms with the windows open which was necessary without air conditioning so we had to prop something against the door to keep it closed. I would recommend a different cleaning service, inspect the rooms between guest and fix the doors so guest can have their privacy!

The pictures on the site are a very accurate representation of the unit. The views from this elevation are travel-magazine worthy. We saw whales surfacing every morning as we had breakfast on the spacious lanai. Convenient shopping for essentials was within walking distance, with the Farmer's Market just a short drive down the road. The owner was alerted to some minor maintenance needs by the guests before us and kept us informed when repair people would be entering the unit to perform the work. Never a problem as we were constantly on the go, only to return to this great home-away-from-home.

This is a marvelous condo. The owner is exceptionally responsive to any issues that may arise regarding ongoing property upkeep, which is a given in an oceanfront property.
We have stayed here two years in a row, with no second thoughts or regrets.

We traveled with two kids and a friend so the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us, and we spent nice evenings watching the sunset from the spacious balcony.
The common areas, i.e. pool, is somewhat small and the beach had to be sandbagged, but the beautiful west Maui beaches are only a few minutes drive away, so having a car is recommended. We loved our stay in Maui and felt very much at home in this apartment. It might need a little work in some places but the ocean views from all rooms are simply breathtaking! We would definitely stay again....
