The condo was located right by the beach. Very clean, well equipped, and very near shops and restaurants. You can watch the sunset at the balcony. We also had a great view of the fireworks. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property! Check in and check out was super easy. Walk right out to the beach from the condo walkway which is a private excess. Also easy excess for shopping. There where five adults with enough room for us all to eat, shower and move around comfortably in the condo.

I loved the pictures but was pleasantly surprised by the reality of it once you stand on the balcony. And the fireworks show on Friday was amazing to watch from there. I will return.

Really good location with great views to the ocean and the city. Apartment was a nice size for the four of us. Furniture was too big and out dated - hard to move to make the living area more useable for us. Windows all single glazed I would imagine - found it noisy in the bedrooms and woke two mornings around 4 am unable to get back to sleep due to all the noise from outside ( had not noticed that before and we have stayed in Waikiki on beach in 4 different hotels) Front door was very hard to close properly The locking pad was ungainly and difficult to use. The lobby was in process of being renovated so unable to enter through this. One of the lifts was also being renovated leaving just one lift for 14 floors - consequently there were some long waits The power points in the bedroom with two beds were cracked and my husband decided they were too dangerous to use for charging our phones. Whenever we entered the bathrooms or moved around in the bathrooms the automatic toilet seat would go up and down ( noisy but comical) Lovely little beach area right out front and the strip of beach in front of the park was great for swimming. Handy to Ala Moana shops.

Host met us at 10:30 at night during a torrential rainstorm to help us get set up! Perfect location on Waikiki right next to Outrigger and five minutes from Beach Walk shops. With a Steak Shack, Banan, Starbucks, beach rental equipment, and a pickleball court within five minutes it was perfect for everybody. Unit was great and the picture doesn't do it justice--the city and beach views are unbelievable. Street noise in the middle of the night in Honolulu was more than I expected it to be but this is a minor complaint. Both bathrooms were awesome--it was great for our family with two teens to have endless water on demand for hot showers. I did not see one bug or ant at all during our visit which is pretty miraculous for Hawaii.

Kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated they accommodated early check in after a long flight. A few things that could have been better:1. When we opened the sofa bed, there were debris and crumbs- I’m not sure exactly what these were, but it was not sand. This was particularly disappointing since I reached out to the property manager a few days earlier for this specific item. I read a review that the sofa bed was not properly cleaned for them, so I wanted to make sure this was taken care of for us. He gave me a thumbs up, but clearly ignored my request. Since we discovered this after their house keeping went home for the day, the property manager couldn’t offer any help. He suggested we wash the mattress cover if we’d like, and we did. This wasn’t a big deal, but we certainly did not plan on doing this on our first night in Hawaii. This also made us wonder- what else did they not clean?2. Property manager was not very reliable with our request. In addition to what I mentioned in the item above, there was one other request that was ignored, and I had to talk to the office directly to get it taken care of. 3. Property is near a bus stop, and you can hear the noise pretty well from the property.4. There was weird smell in the property. We couldn’t point exactly to what it was. Maybe it had to do with the age of the unit. We kept the windows open to let the smell out.5. Their sofa and outdoor furnishing need deep cleaning.

Everything was amazing at this property. The layout and storage was great. We loved how the master bedroom opened up with pocket doors. The view was phenomenal even at night. It was nice the property include beach chairs, beach towels and they even had body boards. We have a family of five and everyone was very comfortable. My only constructive criticisms are: It would be nice if they had a cheese grater and more blankets. The drawers and cuboards had a really toxic oder. One day while we were out, we left them all open to air them out but the oder never disapated. I wonder if it was pest repellent which worked because we had no bugs, spiders or anything. Even with those minor issues we loved staying here and we would definitely go back.

My family of 5 stayed here for a few days while we visited Waikiki. Check in was super easy and the view was spectacular! Everything is as advertised and it was a great stay overall. My only two gripes: 1. When unfolding the sleeper sofa which seemed a bit dingy, tic taks and crumbs came falling out all over. 2. One of the two showers in this unit is very tiny. I don't think anyone over 5'4" could comfortably shower in that bathroom. The other shower is very large and accommodated the larger folks in our clan.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and very clean condo! The condo is very roomy and has everything you need for a great stay, large kitchen (with everything you need to cook meals), nice bathrooms and the beds were very comfy. There are also numerous restaurants and lots of shopping within easy walking distance. The view was the most amazing part of this condo! Gorgeous ocean views with breathtaking sunsets and cool city views at night. We cannot wait to come back to Waikiki!

It's a beautiful property just steps from the ocean with amazing views of the beach or the city lit up at night. You have to park across the street, but it's a short easy walk. The last part of our stay we left the vehicle parked and walked a few blocks to lots of shopping and dining. We used the umbrella and three beach chairs every day. The property manager answers/returns calls promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

This property lives up to its prior reviews. It is exactly like the pictures and the lanai view is fantastic. Can’t see the fireworks from this direction though. All the amenities are great but wish they provided more beach chairs and boogie boards - we had 6 ppl and there were only 3. I plan on coming back to this property as often as I can.

Paul immediately arranged for a larger cot to be delivered. All information he gave us was very helpful.The apartment was very nicely furnished. bedding was super comfortable. Plenty of bath and beach towels supplied. Great position on the beach at Waikiki and close to shops and transport. i would certainly book to stay again but i would choose an apartment closer to the water as the traffic noise at night was quite loud.

It slept 4 comfortably, with the boys in the room with the twin beds and my husband and I using the King. The beach is right there and the condo has everything you need, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and towels for the beach! Having the washing machine and dryer was awesome. The condo cost less than two hotel rooms for all of us, and we were able to get groceries for a reasonable price to have breakfast and lunches. Most of the tours pick you up right in front or right next door at the Outrigger Reef. There is a Starbuck's there too! Everything you need in one location! Highly recommend this location!

There were even beach towels, a parasol, beach chairs provided for us to use, which was a bonus! Owner was very friendly and always responded quickly. We had an amazing view of the beach from one side and a view of the city from another. It was in a perfect location, being a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella which we took with us when we visited different beaches in the area. Check in was great. Paul the property manager met us when we arrived and went over everything we needed to know about getting in and out of the condo, parking, etc. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

All the furniture is high end and we specially liked the bed as it's firm and it won't affect the other person beside you at all even if you flip back and forth all the time on the bed. I must find out about the brand of this mattress and it will be my next bed if I can get this in Canada. Also, it's the end unit on 9th floor. It is great to have the end unit because you won't be bothered by other people's footsteps and talking noise when they pass by

We were met by the property manager, Paul, late at night (due to our delayed flight) and he was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.We found the property located right on the beach, close to all the amenities of Waikiki, yet it remained peaceful and serene on the 9th floor. The 6 of us (including 84 year old mother) stayed comfortably in the spacious suite. Everything is elegant and modern; the Balinese inspired decor is tasteful & beautiful; the kitchen with new mahogany cabinetry is well stocked and the appliances very upscale. The Toto washlets in both washrooms were such a treat that we might install one in our own home.The furniture is high quality and all the beds are comfortable, including the memory foam mattress in the pull out couch in the living room. The sliding Mahogany doors separating the master bedroom with the living area are beautiful and a focal point of the condo. No matter what time of day, we were in awe of the picturesque views, whether it be the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings or the Friday night fireworks from the roomy lanai.Although the property is in a good and central location, it was very helpful to have free parking close by, which allowed us to make a couple of Costco runs and take sightseeing day trips to various parts of the island.I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to rent a place in Honolulu, rather than being confined to a hotel room. As requested, 2nd bedroom was made up with twins when we arrived. Check-in process with Paul was easy - we called 30 minutes prior to our arrival and he was waiting in the lobby for us. Unit is well-maintained and modern (we giggled over the fancy Japanese toilets that wash and dry you... yes, that's a thing....); online photos are accurate. Unit came with basic stock of essentials (bath soaps, shampoos, TP, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soaps, etc.), all enough for our 4 night stay. This end-unit is on back end of building, with sweeping views from the side balcony of the ocean, and toward Waikiki city from the back end - both so nice. Great location, easy walking to shops, restaurants, and the busier section of Waikiki beach. We were very happy with our stay - only reasons we did not give the 5th star to our overall stay: (1) This is a 2-bedroom, but be aware that the master bedroom is behind sliding louvered doors, that when open are directly in the main living space. Also, one must step up to the bathroom that services the master bedroom, making that ceiling lower and the tub/shower is fairly small. I'm average sized but felt a bit claustrophobic in the shower stall. (2) There is no dresser in the master bedroom, necessitating using the drawers under the family room TV for our clothes, meaning we had to walk into the common areas to access our clothes before/after showering. (3) The spacious bathroom that services the 2nd bedroom is on opposite side of the family room/kitchen area, not close to the bedroom, again, walking through the common areas. All of that is tolerable with one's own family if small kids, but might be inconvenient/embarassing if traveling with 2 couples or adult children. (4) Beach in front of building is narrow and quite busy (but there is a wider beach by Ft. Debussy Park which is very short walk).

It was clean, well appointed, modern and in an amazing, convenient location. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and so quiet given the city location. The views from the two walls of floor to ceiling windows could not be beat and included panoramic ocean/beach views of the sunset and city views. There is no building next door and no street on the window/lanai side either, as it is right next to Fort Debussy and the Army Museum, so it was quiet, very sunny and the view completely unblocked. We could walk out of the building right onto the beach, great for our younger kids because there were no streets to cross, which in the heart of Waikiki can be an issue. Beautiful view from the beach of Diamond Head - and we saw sea turtles swimming right off the jetty on the beach in front of the building. We had front row seats on our lanai to the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton, a nice bonus! We rented a car for the week and spent many days exploring outside of Honolulu, so the free parking pass at the lot across the street was key. As we were reverse commuting, we were always going against the traffic so we had no issues with the dreaded Honolulu rush hour back-ups. The apartment looks just as good, if not better in real life as it does in the photos, which was a nice surprise! Property manager that met us there was great, responsive, on time and gave us some great recommendations. We would definitely return and recommend. FYI the ages of our kids are: 16, 15, 13 & 10.

Our family has vacationed on Oahu for about 15 years and we normally rent a home on the North Shore, and spend an occasional night in a hotel in Honolulu. After finding this gem we spent the entire 8 days/7 nights here and LOVED it. There is no other condo building literally on the beach like this. The furnishings are lovely, beach umbrellas/chairs/towels are provided, and the service and ease of "moving in" was top notch. A concierge is on-site daily: makes excursion and activity bookings so easy. Aside from the great beach location, there are fabulous bars/restaurants and upscale shopping retailers within a few steps of this building. My only hesitation in sharing this glowing review is it might not be available for booking for our next trip. This place is great!

It is separated by a rolling petition, which lacks a little in privacy when there's someone sleeping in the living room. Overall, it was wonderful in every way, with a great location and easy access to everything! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to everyone!

The four of us enjoyed afternoon cocktails on the lanai and each morning we took a great deal of pleasure in waking up to such a lovely outlook. The kitchen was very well set up with the exception of no champagne flutes. The beds were very comfortable. The little extras provided made it so easy for us such as beach seats and a beach umbrella. It was also very convenient to have a small supply of washing detergent and dishwasher tablets supplied. It was a real delight to stay in such a lovely apartment and made a nine days holiday so enjoyable. Unfortunately the street noise in the front bedroom was a little disruptive but this is by no means the fault of the property. Waikiki is a busy noisy place.

You know you picked the right accommodation when the family walks in and goes "Wow!". This roomy apartment is furnished to a very high spec and feels very luxurious (loved those warm toilet bidet seats!). We stayed 9 nights and relished every minute of it. All arrangements to rent were easily done and personalised, we were even met on arrival by the wonderful Paul, who showed us to our apartment and explained everything for us. He left his number if we had any problems, which was really nice to know help was just a call away. Our kids (adults really) are 19, 20 and 21 years, so one had to sleep on the couch in the lounge but this wasn't a problem and the pull out bed was fine. They were able to pop down to the beach for a swim or paddle board whenever they felt like it, also all amenities are really close. There are lots of convenience stores close by, however if I was staying here for any length of time again (hopefully one day!) I would do one big shop at a supermarket somewhere for all the basics, as you pay a premium at the ABC stores, it would be worth the taxi fare. Hubby loved the fact that we blocked the Trump Hotel sea views, as our building sat between them and the beach! Prime absolute beachfront! The only downside about this apartment were the elevators, which were often out of order (lucky there were 2), or it was a long wait for them to arrive. However overall, this apartment made our holiday the special family break away I had been planning for. I'm recommending it to all our friends, as you can't go wrong with this one!
