Walk to Waikiki beach, Ala Moana mall, convention center, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated unit with two double beds, convertible sofa/bed and full kitchen.

Unit comes with wifi internet, cable TV, window air conditioning, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (bath and beach), coffee, tea and bottled water. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided upon request.

The view includes city, canal, mountain range and glimpses of the ocean.

The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café.

Attached covered parking available at rate of $40/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 5 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options.

Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.

There is 24 hour building security.

The beds were lumpy. The pillows were worn out. No extra blankets nor pillows. Kitchen utensils and accessories were outdated and did not look sanitized. No chairs available nor a small dining table. Have to buy toilet paper, paper towels. Garbage bags - no extra when we asked the security we were told that we have to contact the host. Very inconvenient. This is the worst experience we ever had with ABNB.

We had a comfortable stay in this cozy condo. We enjoyed the view of the city from the window. The place is clean when we arrived, and equipped with what we need, we just buy food. The host/owner Shujie, is very responsive, giving us all the details and information we need, even provided a person for us to call if we need anything during our stay, who also made the condo ready for us soon so we can checked in early as requested. The condo is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. We only use our rental car to explore more places farther out. Thank you so much for your wonderful accommodation, that made our trip in Honolulu a memorable one. We appreciate it! May God bless you more :)

Was nice location and easy to get around the island and tours. The place was older but clean and had everything you need to make a meal or reheat left overs. The pool was nice and the view was amazing in the morning. Elevator was slow but that seemed normal in Hawaii every where.

Everything need was provided, clean, perfect for our needs. Easy walking distance, loved coffee shop in lobby, and had coffee up by pool area. Tired feet later in day made for harder elevator waits, but elevators never over crowded.

Very attentive owners who responded immediately when our TV disconnected from cable. We loved the gorgeous view from the 31st floor, and all the amenities, including a large fridge and beach gear. While we only enjoyed the pool once the laundry room was helpful. And everything was in walking distance. There was a sundry shop, a 7 eleven, another laundromat next to the 7 eleven, and even a post office only two blocks from our room. Plus it’s only a short walk to Waikiki beach and local shops. On the last day it was nice to watch the canoe paddlers on the Ala Wai as I washed my last load of laundry. Enjoyed it all!!!! Thank you for a great stay!

We were able to walk everywhere, which was really great. The room appeared clean on the outside but was in need of a deep clean, including the bed sheets. The building that the room is located in appears to be an old hotel and is fairly run down.

The 31st floor efficiency apartment has a great view! Beds were comfy and although the space was small, there was plenty of room for four adults to be comfortable. (Who comes to HI to stay inside anyway?!?) We found overnight parking on the street each night within 2-3 blocks so didn’t have to pay any additional daily parking. Elevators were tricky until someone explained. Pool and hot tub looked inviting but we never had time we were so busy enjoying Oahu.

This property suited our needs just fine. It’s definitely one of the cheaper properties to stay at in Honolulu. Locations perfect as walking distance to the beach and Main Street Waikiki. Things we weren’t totally happy about was our key cards quit working daily, we had to get them activated 5-10 times by security during our 6 day stay. Laundry quit working so I had to take 2 loads of wet washed laundry to the laundry mat next door to finish. The building is older and the halls could use some TLC. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s nothing fancy but works just fine. If you stay there breakfast and coffee at Malekos is a must.
