This condo met all of our expectations. It was great for two people with great access to the beach and pool. There was a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with large walk in shower, comfortable king size bed and with more then adequate furniture in the living room area.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our time in Maui. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Everything was so clean, and the few questions I had were responded to right away. I loved being right by the ocean and able to watch the whales and turtles right from the patio. We will definitely stay here again.

This is literally the perfect place for a couple or a family. Centrally located and close to everything. The views are amazing!! Beach right out your back door. Safe neighborhood where we left the doors open almost all the time. Would highly recommend.

The grounds are kept very well for quirky Hoyochi Nikko. Parking is strictly for smaller vehicles but as it is free, it's appreciated. We've stayed in many units on the lower road and this was our 2nd visit to HN. First floor unit with a king bed squeezed into space more for a queen, very comfortable due to the topper and plenty of pillows, even tho they were pretty tired, as were all the towels. The kitchen was easy to get around and storage dishes were provided. Many places do not. There were plenty of fans and a decent cross breeze if u don't mind traffic noise. Be careful closing screen doors to patio. They easily come out of the tracks. Dryer vents to patio making a mess with lint. The curtains need to be rehung with the proper hooks as it looks unkempt. Tv's worked fine. Bathroom and shower were fine but sink drain needs deep cleaning. Washer/dryer worked fine and they provided laundry pods and dryer sheets. No beach this time of year but plenty of turtles. Seas were rough and spectacular. Several souls braved the steps to swim and snorkel. Patio furniture was large and comfortable. We felt safe and secure. Pool is cool and refreshing, not heated. Enjoyed the conch shell salute at sunset every evening.

Parking was a major concern with being limited with mobility and parking on a down hill drive but Allen the property manager helped out. Unit was as advertised worth every penny, if I get back to Maui this is the place to rent….Nice slice of Paradise…

The listing looked almost too good to be true location-wise, and it was exactly the same in person. You literally walk off the patio and the water is right there. We spent tons of time sitting on the patio drinking coffee looking out at the ocean.
There is fantastic snorkeling when you get in the water to the right. We saw 20+ massive sea turtles in the rocks and tons of colorful fish.
The condo was very cozy. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The main sitting area can get a little bit warm (no unit in there) but the air condition works great in the bedroom. We just shut the bedroom door at night to conserve the air condition. My husband is a hot sleeper and it was perfect for him.
We were glad we rented a compact car as the parking spaces are pretty tight and the clearance is 5’7 as shown in the listing.
The manager was extremely nice and he kept the grounds immaculate. It sounds like he and his wife put a lot of time and care into the property.
We 100% would stay here again and would recommend this place to our family and friends.

We loved this condo and can't wait to come back. The building is between two fairly busy tourist areas to the north and south, but is somehow, in a stretch that is very laid back and calm, but close to anything you'd want to do. The unit was spotless clean, well stocked with anything you'd need, and was very comfortable and quiet. Communication with the owner was clear, timely and very helpful. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this a great place to stay - thank you so much.

We loved our stay. The unit is very well equipped and organized. The property is quiet and peaceful and the beach allowing access to the ocean ( most of the time ) is amazing, with a special occurrence as the turtles came and cuddled up next to the sea wall. We’ve stayed other places but treasure this one for the peace and quiet. Great home away from home!

The condo is so nicely remodeled, it's very clean, comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of and then some. The king size bed was so comfortable and the AC unit in the bedroom was the best for those hot nights!! Thank you!!!

All units face the water and have a view. The pool was just steps from our lanai and the beach is just beyond that. Depending on the tides and time or year, there's a small sandy beach with plenty of room for kids to play. Turtles come by everyday and sometimes come to shore. There's also a reef to the right of the condo where you can see so many different types of sea life. We did a snorkeling tour to Molokini crater and realized everything we saw was right outside our condo doors.
The condo is located within walking distance to groceries, coffee stand, restaurants and food trucks and more!!!
You will not be disappointed staying here. It's a great place for couples and families too!!

This is a great ocean front property, even with sand beach ocean entry in front. It is quiet and not a party place. Lots of sunsets and reading bybtge ocean. With the ease of ocean views and access comes a little bit of a "fish bowl" effect...just remember to close the drapes when you want privacy. Well appointed and equipped. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at many places north of Lahaina and this one stood out since there were great waves for surfing and stand up paddle boarding right outside our door the entire time!

The condo was absolutely wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Just like all the other great reviews of this place we felt the same. The kitchen seemed to be refreshed with new cookware and utensils and it was a joy to cook and grill there when we didn’t go out to eat. Would definitely stay here again on repeat trips to Maui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brad's property. The cleanliness of the condo made it very easy to move in and get comfortable. The easy access to local shops and parks was perfect. We made sure we were home every night to take in the incredible sunset over Lanai and Moloka'i. When we first arrived there was a full sand beach with snorkeling. During the 2 weeks we stayed, the tides moved the beach an exposed more lava rocks, which was really beautiful. The views and the access to the ocean was amazing every day. We will be back to Maui and back to stay here for sure! Thank you Brad!

Great property in a great location! Located right on a gorgeous beach frequented by green sea turtles. Everything you need is in the condo including A/C, which we barely used due to the cool breezes that flow freely throughout the unit. Close to shopping and restaurants. If you are thinking about booking this condo do yourself a favor and book it now. With an island of large hotels and condo complexes with crowded beaches this is exactly what you should be looking for. The view from the living room is even better than the pictures. Every time we went snorkeling on the beach we saw sea turtles. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner made sure we had all the information we needed before we got there. We had no issues while staying. 11/10 would book again.

You can’t beat the location of this condo. The beach in front is great and there is a pool within a few steps of the condo patio. You can easily walk to shop, enjoy a great coffee or a meal. The condo is well equipped with towels and linens and any thing you might need in to cook is supplied in the kitchen. The on-site manager keeps the grounds and pool spotless. Already planning next trip.
