Our 'LUXURY IN THE HEART OF KA'ANAPALI' condominium is owned and managed by the owner, Rod Conklin who provides guests with 1,635+ square feet of spacious elegance. Less than a 10 minute walk to America's #1 voted beach year after year, Ka'anapali Beach has been named the number one island destination by Conde Nast for over 15 years. Our reviews confirm this.

We are located in the Ka'anapali Royal Condominiums on the 16th Fairway (K-102) of the world-famous North Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course just north of Lahaina and a 45-minute coastal drive from the Kahului Airport. Our unit is on the ground floor in the K-Building, however, the complex being on a slope, the ground level is actually down a flight of stairs, 17 in all. Our unit is not accessible by elevator or wheelchair. Within the unit, there are 3 stairs to the sunken living room and also in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom, with no stairs, is on the entry level.

We are starting at the first tier at the low cost of $59.00 for your stay which includes coverage up to $1,500 for accidental property damage and protects you from paying out of pocket costs. It will cover broken lamps, windows & glass, walls & furniture, stained bedding or furniture, linens & more. Lost Keys? No worries, this covers re-keying costs as well.

We are no longer charging a $500.00 RESERVATION/ DAMAGE/SECURITY Deposit for those booking through VRBO. As per our Rental Agreement, which is attached, all rent monies are forfeited by Renter if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date unless the condo is successfully re-rented by Owners. For rentals that are booked a year or more in advance a reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of $1,000.00 fee unless it is successfully re-rented. PLEASE SEE IN THE DESCRIPTION SECTION, THE 5TH PARAGRAPH REGARDING "RULES, POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS" on the first page on our vrbo listing.

Ka'anapali Royal charges a facility use fee of $154.00. Maximum fee is $154. (Example: Five night stays are $154. Stays over 7 nights are $154)

Rest assured that Enchanting Maui's tasteful details provide guests with all the comforts of home. New living room furniture to spruce up the place. The sectional is gone and 2 beautiful new sofas (not sleepers) have replaced it. Our beloved red wall is gone but the new look has given the living room a much brighter look.

Who doesn't like a spacious Cal King mattress so we've just accommodated ourselves and you as well with one in the Master Bedroom along with brand new furniture. Out with the old, in with the new....Sweet Dreams! The master bath includes a granite counter top w/double sinks, tile flooring and a granite and marble 6'X4' walk in shower - it's a beauty! The second bedroom had a face-lift with all new furniture that can suit your needs either as two twin beds or can be set up as a king. Out with the old and in with new mattresses as well. The guest bedroom also has a Castro Convertible Ottoman which makes into a spacious twin bed that guests have said is wonderful. The 2nd en-suite bath includes wall to wall cabinets, granite counter-top, tile shower and flooring throughout. Also added was not to long ago was a new 32' HD TV.

Want to whip up a fabulous meal in the well appointed kitchen with granite counter-top, cookware to meet all your needs, and gadgets galore. We've added a Crock-Pot for those who want to get dinner started early so you can walk in and eat. The dining room set now comfortably seats six instead of four, definitely an up-grade.

If it's spending time on the water you'll find a bounty of activities to keep you entertained. Deep sea fishing, para-sailing, diving, snorkeling, strolling the beach for that perfect shell or just sitting and taking in the beauty of the ocean and it's own rumbling music, there is a beach activity awaiting your arrival.

Looking for more excitement: hike the crater, ride into the East Maui Mountains on horseback, snorkel, paddle-boarding or kayaking one of the many quiet inlets, or take a romantic sunset dinner or booze cruise. There are several zip-line adventures to choose from on Maui. There is so much to see and do on the Valley Isle and it's all yours to discover.

No need to step outside the condo to find ways to start exploring the Valley Isle and all it has to offer. Our in-house binder will give you a run-down of various activities, places to eat, sites to see and places of worship around the island. If you are a golfer, please mention at the Ka'anapali Pro Shop that you are staying at the Royal. Good possibility that they will offer you a discounted rate on the home courses. A Walk-Fit club is open to the public and a great way to play plenty of golf. For one small monthly fee you can walk the South Course beginning at 4pm and get in as many holes before dark as possible. The rate is from the 1st of the month to the end, no discounted rate for starting in the middle of the month.

Enchanting Maui is not just a rental condo, it is our home 4+ months a year so the benefits we enjoy from our time spent in beautiful Maui are yours to enjoy as well.

Our minimum stay is 7 nights unless discussed and approved by the owners. We will consider a rental of less than 7 nights however, the cleaning fee of $240.00 + tax will be charged to you.

Should you request an early or late check-in/out, please indicate this either on the signed contract or by email or text.

If you decide on Enchanting Maui as where you want to hang your hat, I will be in touch with you just as soon as I am notified that you have accepted our Rental. I will send you both "our" Rental Agreement (fill out all spaces) and House Rules that will both need to be signed by you and returned to me by PDF so we both feel comfortable with the arrangements. All monies will be collected by VRBO but our RA is just a formality for us. Once your final payment is made to VRBO and has cleared the bank, I will send you driving directions and entry instructions. We use a lock box so that information will be included.

We had a fantastic stay in K102! The location was great, near everything but not right in the busy areas. The pool was never busy and the condo had everything we needed plus more. Especially enjoyed having the beach chairs available. Rod was also very easy to communicate with and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. We would come back for sure!

What an unreal vacation. This condo is perfectly situated in Kaanapali and there's a ton to do in the area. This is, by far, the best condo my family and I have ever stayed in. Communication with the owner has been fantastic and we're already looking forward to our next stay at his place. The condo itself is kept in impeccable condition and has everything that a family would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil, tool, cutting board, pot, etc, etc that you'd ever need. The floor plan is excellent and has the master suite and guest suite at opposite ends of the unit. Each suite also has it's own full bathroom so there's no need to share. The living room is just off the lanai and the kitchen so it's easy to have conversations with the family while preparing meals. The Lay-Z-Boy recliner chair was SO comfortable and it was often a race in the evening to see who could get there first. The main floor lanai was great for getting to/from the pool (which is also amazing). There's a BBQ on the lanai which is nice and also a couple BBQ's down at the pool area. There's also an excellent array of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkeling gear, floaties) so you don't need to bring anything. There's LOADS of beaches and places to explore in West Maui and this condo is in the perfect spot to do it all. Whether you want a chill beach to soak up the sun, do some epic snorkeling, try surfing, boogie boarding, golfing, hiking, you name it - it's close by.

Stayed at many Kaanapali Royal units because of the perfect location (walk to Black Rock, Whaler’s Village, close to Lahaina and Kapalua) and this unit is the best one. Anything/everything you need is there. Will definitely return.

This is a beautiful home. The kitchen had literally everything we needed and more! For the pool and the beach we had towels, toys, and chairs. The master suite is amazing, and its bathroom was fantastic with a large glass shower and dual vanity. We needed the 2nd bedroom for three people, and it was nicely set up for them. We loved the location on the property as the kids were able to walk right off the lanai and across the grass to the pool. It’s a short walk to a little mall with restaurants, coffee shop, shave ice, and a general store. You can even catch the Ka’anapali Trolley there for a free ride to Whalers’ Village. Fantastic place to spend a few days, a week, or longer!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at K102 with our family of 4. The unit is spacious and very well appointed with a slow cooker for kalua pork, blender for morning tropical smoothies and a great bbq for perfectly grilled maui ribs. The pool is steps away from the lanai and the unit has all the beach necessities including snorkelling gear, umbrellas and chairs to make your beach days memorable. Whalers Village is a short 5 minute walk as is Kaanapali Beach - couldn't ask for a more perfect location. The host was pleasant and timely with all communication. He provided plenty of tips and definitely made us feel welcomed. After a full day of activities, K102 was the perfect spot to relax and easy into the evening with a mai tai in hand and the sunset in the distance. 10/10 - highly recommend!

From the moment we booked the condo, until the day we left, the entire experience was seamless! Rod was so great with communicating with us, via email and text, throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. The condo was spacious, furnished beautifully, and a perfect fit for our family of 4. The view from the patio was beautiful! We were so pleased with the variety of beach essentials that were there for us to use. The location of the condo is amazing and within walking distance to SO much. The condo made our stay in Maui, top-notch!

We couldn‘t have hoped for a better place to stay on Maui. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and really roomy but still cozy! You can see the beach from the lanai (outdoor terrace) which is where we spent most our evenings. It‘s only a 10-15 minute walk to Kaanapali Beach, which is absolutely stunning and even better with the provided beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear. Rod and his daughter were so helpful and nice, and provided us with lots of great recommendations! Truly everything we could have hoped for in a vacation home, and we would love to come back!

Rod is such a great host! Right from the beginning, he has been welcoming and easy to communicate with. He is very organized and had lots of suggestions for us to explore on this side of the Island. While initially having lots of plans to do things, as we settled into our week we preferred just small outings with the kids and then back to the great condo for lunch and afternoon pool time. The pool here is a great one - big enough for everyone to relax and play in. We met several other friendly families and the kids all played. We really enjoyed DT Fleming Beach Park which is only maybe 10 minutes away. We went back for a second day it was so much fun! The condo was very well appointed - honestly, everything you need will be here! We liked the box of beach items on the deck with chairs, toys, pool noodles and boogie boards - it was very helpful and made our trips to the beach fun for everyone. Rod even has a beach bag here and cooler for snacks! You’ve truly thought of everything, Rod!! Thanks for the great week - can’t wait to return someday!

We had an amazing family vacation in Maui and this property was perfect! The condo is perfectly located in Ka’anapali and is walking distance to all the major hotels and Whaler’s Village shopping. Steps from a beautiful pool, the condo is very well equipped with everything you need for your adventure on Maui such as beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkel gear. Rod has thought of everything! Inside, the unit is spacious, clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. Rod is a great communicator and we very much appreciated his attention to detail: he provided pages of “things to do” and restaurants to try and we used his information all week during our stay to experience everything the island had to offer. Rod, thank you so much for everything. We will absolutely recommend this property to friends who want to experience an amazing Maui vacation just as we did!

Our family of 5 recently stayed two weeks in this beautiful condo. It had all of the comforts of home and was very clean and updated. The owner was absolutely wonderful to communicate with. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed for our trip. We loved the convenient location close to shops and beaches. The unit was right next to the pool so that was really nice. Rod's place is just as advertised with plenty of room and well stocked. Very nice master bedroom and bath. We sat on the patio every morning and night, beautiful sunsets. Just a few steps down the grass to the pool. Used the grill and cooked breakfast in the kitchen. About a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the shops and beach with nice breezes. Lahaina is only two miles away so groceries and plenty of restaurants close, plus there are restaurants across the street in Whalers Village. Rod was in contact immediately and made everything very easy. Great spot to relax at after day at beaches or after trips around to see all the Maui sites.

This property was in a great location right close to whalers village. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Right on the golf course with a beautiful location and very quiet compared to the beach area. The home was extremely clean any perfect for our family. The check in process was super smooth. The owner, Rod, kept in great communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.
