Our vacation stay in Maui was excellent. The property at Kaanapali Shoreswas truly worth it. The property was in a very nice hotel which was very clean and well managed. The management company who managed the property answered all my e-mails and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My whole family stayed in the condo,we were two adults and my two children slept on the pullout couch. It was a pretty thick mattress and pretty comfortable. There was and a full kitchen which we used all the time. Everything you needed was supplied at the condo. We all enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend the condo.

This is the perfect condo for a couple looking to get away! The best thing about this property is all the amenities on the resort. A great bar/restaurant, 2 pools to choose from, a coffee bar, and beautiful beach access.

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I! It has plenty of room and everything a couple could need for their stay in Maui. The amenities the condo has on site made the stay that much better. A great restaurant/ bar, 2 pools and hot tubs to choose from, a coffee shop, and a beautiful beach access. I would recommend this stay to anyone I know!

One small bar of soap for 3 people, 6 nights. The seals on the sliding doors were broken and you can hear everything all night long. Unit is located next to resort garbage and recycle bins, very very loud.

Loved the property and location, and would stay again.
Did not like the unit itself, and would not rebook this unit. The location is awful, next to the garbage and recycle bins which woke us up every morning. The seals on the sliding doors were broken and you can hear everything, all night long, and we were left with one small soap bar, for 3 people, 6 nights. I own two VRBOs and I would never leave my clients with no soap.

Great room with excellent views from the 7th floor whale watching. We enjoyed a full rainbow from our room that lasted approximately and hour.

Check-in was very simple and easy with no hassle. A great room with a stunning overlook of the ocean. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Only issue was the AC unit did not function properly. Overall it was a great stay for the perfect getaway!

I am a senior and I asked for an ADA room did not get it and the room was broken, A/C not working. When they got it working It blew at the bed the water faucet in the tub shower constantly ran no place to hang clothes because it was filled with junk worst place ever drapes did not open I knew there was construction but I could not open the window to get air with no AC

We have stayed at this resort before. However, it was our first time renting from somewhere like VRBO. The room was way bigger than I expected which was a plus! It was clean and they provided laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. My only complaint is that there was no safe in the room and it gets very windy at night, causing the sliding door to make a ton of noise. 10/10 experience.

The property was well maintained, and the unti is what we expected. It was nice to have the beach chairs and the beach towels were definitely a nice touch. Bedding could be upgraded and a few more items in the kitchen but overall great experience. Property manager was very responsive.

This condo was great; full kitchen with all utensils, a nice sitting area and lani. A partial ocean view was nice but also the drainage ditch from the mountains. The only issue I had was the shower. I am 5'6" and the shower head was at head height and the water pressure was very bad/low.The resort is beautiful; two pools & two whirlpools; pool bar and restaurant; nice sand beach where we saw seals, and beautiful sunsets. There is a full grocery store across the the street, as well as bars and restaurants.

We loved most things about this property; the grounds are gorgeous and the room was spacious with a full kitchen. The only issue I had was the shower. I'm only 5"6' and the showerhead was head-level, and the water pressure was very low.

My condo was a shambles. Headboard wasn't connected to anything. Screen door kept falling off so it was hanging off the balcony. Constantly rattling sliding glass doors.

The apartment is exactly as described and the manager answered us immediately. Communication beforehand was also very good.
Everyone was very nice, parking is really great View (over another building off lanai to ocean and out kitchen to tennis courts) are nice. Corner unit is also a nice feel. Pools are really nice. Quiet location next to tennis courts but the game sounds didn’t bother us. On-site restaurant is super convenient and groceries and other stores are right across the street.
Had 3 days without water during daytime but they gave us a refund that addressed the inconvenience. We had a bit of bad timing with pest control appointments and windows being cleaned but again management addressed it to our satisfaction.
Overall a great stay, property a little tired but the other amenities more that made up for it. Would recommend it and would stay there again.

When we travel, we are seldom in the room for being out enjoying our vacation. We are only there to sleep, bath and possibly catch a snack. With that said, the room was acceptable for our family of 4. We had two minor issues that the management was wonderfully responsive with top notch resolutions. We had planned to buy a portable cooler for our time on the island, but there was on in the room which saved us time and money (a plus). There was no phone or wash/dryer, but we really did not need it. The Ka'anapali Shores grounds were beautiful and we seemed to have full access to the amenities of interest. While it is suppose to be an "ocean front" view, it really is not although again, we are not in our room enough to enjoy the view. The daily room price for off-season was on the high end of being 'reasonable', but it was clean and nice. It was quite close to most activities we enjoyed. All around rating.. I would give it a 4.3 out of 5. The management was so wonderful, otherwise, I would have given the rating a 3.8 based on price, etc.. Kudos to management!

The unit was not as nice as I expected, the bathroom had marks on the wall where a towel rack had ben replaced and panted over with pant that dd not match. Also, the sliding glass door to the patio was difficult to open. Very disappointing
