Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to consider travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

We had an overall good experience. Being on the 20th floor you have a really nice view of the ocean and sail boat in the marina below. Upon arrival I some issues finding the WiFi password and wrote in asking for it but never got a response. Not a huge deal but was unexpected to not get a response being a VRBO host myself. I ended up finding it on the modem itself.
The kitchen has all the necessities such as pots pans etc. However your basically going to need to wash everything before you use it. The dishes were not clean at all but we got them cleaned up. We overall enjoyed our stay and really liked being able to cook some of our meals in the unit. Thanks

I always book through VRBO,it is so easy.When we go to Hawaii we usually stay at the Ilikai,it’s beautiful there.We have also stayed at the Waikiki Banyan.We like to stay in a Condo,so we have the choice of eating in or out.Love VRBO

When we arrived at our room it was night so we went to sleep but once we woke up in the morning we realized how filthy this place was. Clumps of dust everywhere, a pill that my 1 year old son had found, shower was gross, dishes had an awful musty smell to them and the “clean” dishes we pulled from the cupboard had old food on them, the dish wreak needed a serious clean. Views were nice but that was about the only plus. I would not stay in this room again!

Best stay so far in the Ilikai. The unit was fantastic. We really appreciated how everything was in good working order and the small things like enough coffee filters. Of course the ocean view priceless.

We really like the location of the condo. Lovely View being 20 floors up, very private, close to activities, and easy access to the laundry room! I enjoyed having the Valet for the car. The room was very comfortable. We did not cook so I can't say much about the kitchen but it seemed well stocked and nice to have a full size refrigerator for leftovers from the neighboring restaurants and fresh fruits to enjoy on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the sunset every night. The restaurant downstairs is a very good breakfast place and I liked having a convenience store in the building as well.

Great location - lovely hotel - but the room was a little dated. Could do with new pillows and linen and towels just to give it a bit more or a comfortable feeling. But overall - it was a great holiday and great way to enjoy the balcony - and the 4th of July fireworks - just PERFECT.
Such a lovely new of the marina and the beach - sunsets every might.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for my teenagers, the hotel is located it’s a few minutes away from both the beach and shopping either at the Ala Moana or Waikiki strip. The room was spacious, had a wonderful view for sunset. All beds and sofa couch were comfortable to sleep in. We had a very large fridge/freezer to hold enough food and snacks to keep everyone happy . look forward to staying here again
