We have stayed at this complex many times. First time staying in this specific unit. View from the living room/back porch is spectacular. Since this is the first building and really no where to walk to behind the building, we didn’t see many people passing by out back as you do with the other buildings in the complex so felt a bit more private. Quick snorkel beach access via the mostly paved walking path down the cliff right next to the building. Also a reasonable walk to Queens Bath and the beach next to the hotel at the end of the road. Cooked half of our meals in the kitchen and had all the equipment, bowls, etc. we needed. Found Princeville had multiple open air / farmer/ craft markets during our stay over the week which we hadn’t noticed in prior years. Easy drive to the grocery story and some restaurants in Princeville.

Very well organized rental experience. Good communication and instructions pre-arrival. Felt much more confident renting through Kauai Vacation Rentals than VRBO or Airbnb.Property was as described and very clean. All appliances were working well and appear to have been recently upgraded. Bathroom could use a partial remodel - new shower head, toilet seat doesn't fit toilet, new sink faucet. Minor stuff and did not detract from the whole.

This is our 3rd time staying here in the last 3 years. We absolutely love it! The location is great as we love Princeville, and the view is STUNNING, condo is comfortable with everything you need. We love cooking our dinners every night, kitchen had what we needed and it's great having the washer/dryer in the unit! We will be back!

TWO Spoons - that’s all in a vacation Rental????NO table lamps anywhere????Harsh fluorescent overhead lighting that made turning the overhead lights on, the only source of light in the condo, a blinding experience.No amenities such as food staples, snorkeling gear, etc One small couch with one chair for LR with ceiling fans that a tall person would walk into.This place was bare bones.

We enjoyed our stay at Pali Ke Kua. Check-in was easy. Had a snafu because our unit was beneath one that was being remodeled and it was noisy, but management gave us a new unit immediately. The views from the units of Hanalea Bay and the ocean are spectacular and we were visited by the Nenes in front of our unit ever morning. Unit was clean and well-appointed.

The property was decent and part have been updated, but some areas really need a refresh. For example, the bathroom vanity had been updated but the flooring, closets and shower were very weathered. The doors on the closet didn't close all the way and were out of the sliding track when we arrived. I was able to pop one back in but it just kept popping out, making the entry into the bathroom tight to navigate since it's next to the door.The shower head sprayed every which way, which was a little tricky but usable. The floors in the bathroom and kitchen both need to be updated or at least given a thorough cleaning. I spilled some water from the fridge filter and when I wiped it up the paper towels came up black (and this was on the day we arrived - eek!)The location is great, the views from the lanai can't be beat, but they're really relying on the location to get by with the less than desirable parts of the property. Just felt a bit overpriced for the quality.

My husband and I recently spent our 25th anniversary on Kaua'i. We spent the first half of our trip in Princeville at the lovely and perfectly located Pali Ke Kua. This property has amazing views and is located within walking distance of beaches, a golf course, other resorts, walking trails and it has a great on-property restaurant. Nourish is a darling little lunch spot a very close drive away. There is so much to love about this spot and we will revisit!

This condo was perfect for my friends attending our wedding. Great ocean and Bali Hai views. Nice to be able to walk out onto lawn. Close to the trail to walk down to beach. Very very nice beach below the condos. Steep walk back up but the path is concrete and has benches if people need to rest. Condo nicely furnished and everything worked. Decent breeze through the condo at night but still needed an ac unit in the bedroom in Oct.

Comfortable place with fantastic views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. Great location next to a walking path down to the beach and not far from another path down to Hideaway Beach. Good value. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Easy parking. Beach umbrella and chairs were available which was appreciated. Friendly nenes hang out on the lawn! Some features of the condo are a bit dated but no big deal.

This unit has the best view you could imagine, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom vanity. We sipped our coffee from the lanai every morning and watched the light change over mountains beyond Hanalei Bay. Kitchen was fully stocked, so cooking at home was easy. The private beach access trail to Hideaway Beach made for a beautiful morning. We would stay here again.It’s the perfect spot for a couple to unwind.

Located on the cliff with stunning ocean view, you can hear the waves crashing as you enjoy meals on the patio, with stunning sunsets every night. We love cooking our own meals at night, our condo had everything we needed. This is our second time staying in this condo, and we will be back again and again.

Great place to stay! Desperately needs a sun shade on the lanai though. Very hot in the afternoon with direct sun. Looked liked this was the only unit without one. Upstairs is loud and we can hear everything but nothing you can do about that.

Our stay was perfect... the views right out the back door were tremendous (I’m a photographer and captured the perfect sunset). The condo was very clean, quiet, and well-taken care of. A short location to Hideaways beach and Queens bath made the stay very convenient. A bonus which we were unaware of: there is a private path to an ocean front area just below the condo. Excellent management staff and easy pickup / drop off. We’ve stayed at locations around the world. This is among our favorites. We have already recommended the condo and Kauai Vacation Rentals to family and friends. Thank you for hosting a perfect vacation!

The unit is situated where you see the sunset and moonlight from the lanai. Incredible view of the beginning of Na Pali coast. Unit is under equipped needs better kitchen utensils and is a bit dated with no chair cushions at dining table and lanai. I would rent another unit if I were to return.

This is such wonderful property rental and just what we needed to relax and rewind for our stay. We loved waking up to the beautiful sight and sound of the sea. The bedroom was cozy, the kitchen was perfect to make our own meals and the lanai was super relaxing to just chill and enjoy the view. The checkin process was easy and I really appreciated the phone call from the property management rep to answer any our questions. The only issue we had was that we could sometimes hear the upstairs tenants (especially when the sliding doors to the lanai were open) but except this, we loved our stay. We also highly recommend the walk down to the beach which is really secluded and was not busy at all when we went during our stay.

This is a sparkling clean condo. The kitchen is completely updated with high end stainless steel appliances and it is stocked remarkably well. All of the furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood is well manicured and location absolutely can not be beat. After all of that, the best part is the view. We saw whales daily from our patio.

This was a perfect place to stay for our recent trip to Kauai. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would not hesitate to book this place again if available for a future trip to Kauai.

The views are outstanding. The unit was nicely maintained and cleaned. The property is well landscaped so even walking to and from the parking lot was beautiful. Having such a great view made it feel like no downtime was wasted. The little landscaped areas on either side of the lanai made it feel more private from the neighbors. We liked the pair of nene that hung around the patio (but don't feed them). The picture in the listing does not show that there is a desk and a chair on the far wall, which we appreciated having. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t beat location. Just the ocean in front of you. Hideaways beach below is beautiful. Quick drive to Hanalei if you tome the road construction right.
