My wife and I have been to this exact condo twice before but this time we did a family trip. We stayed here with our 14 and 11 year old. The condo was great for us. Our eldest kids and grandkids stayed in a condo 5 doors down so it was nice to be close to everyone. There was plenty of space for us, Wi-Fi and everything worked great. The condo is a very short walk to the beach and shops as well as a few restaurants. Kathy the owner was great with responding and notifying us of anything we needed to know. We even accidentally locked ourselves out one night. We locked the front screen which we didn’t do again and shut the glass sliding door leading to the lanai. When we were gone the pull down blinds got wedged between the slider and the wall. We couldn’t open it and the office was closed so we resigned that we might have to bunk with our eldest kid in their condo until the front office opened up the next morning but i went around to the bedroom window and open the shutters so wind would flow through stronger in hopes to dislodge the pull down shutter and 20 minutes later it worked. Long story if you stay here don’t lock the front door screen lol. Kathy was so good with us despite the late night texts and calls. Thank you again Kathy for our third stay at your wonderful condo.

Excellent property, photos don’t do it justice. Nice community, not a party spot, great snorkeling within walking distance. From property owner to security at the complex everyone was kind and helpful. Location made a good starting point for driving to all of the different areas of the island.

This condo is located in a great spot. Beach is right across the street and shopping/restaurants are in the vicinity and walkable. There are two pools which is a welcomed addition. Condo itself is a great size for a couple people. Pull out couch for additional guests. Kitchen is well equipped with necessities and basic condiments left by other guests. Quiet through the day and night. Opening both lanai sliding door and front door let’s a great cross breeze enter to cool suite down. Warm at night but an air circulator is available for moving the air around. Comfortable furniture (especially the recliner!). Great view to outdoor area full of beautiful trees and foliage. Office staff are helpful and polite.

Perfect location across from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property and gardens well maintained. Condo was well stocked with all beach items, kitchen necessities, plenty of towels and bedding, as well as numerous electrical outlets. The host had excellent communication!
It could use a better fan in the living room and a new mattress. There were two cushy, memory foam toppers on the bed, but the mattress dipped in the middle so that didn’t help much. Overall, a great value and I would stay here again.

Good place to stay, the lack of air conditioning wasn't really an issue for me. The breeze through the patio and front door was sufficient to keep the temperature comfortable. Place is well stocked and in a super convient spot to walk to eat or to the beach. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Kihei. Close to fantastic beaches and downtown Kihei. Check in was easy and smooth. The Lani was super nice as it made access easy. Communication with Kathy was great. The condo was outfitteted nicely with a full kitchen including garbage disposal and dishwasher. It was nice to have laundry in the condo. The bed was comfortable with a mattress topper and the sofa sleeper was actually decent. The only complaint would be that there isn’t A/C and it was a little warm in the summer when we were there. It wasn’t by any means unreasonable and it really didn’t bother us. We could also hear people walking/talking outside the windows at night sometimes. Plenty of closet and dresser space to unload the suitcases as well. There were 3 beach towels was nice to have as well as 4 beach chairs although we only used 2 of them. There was also a beach umbrella and a boogie board and a cooler that we used a couple of times as the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was very nice! It was clean and had tons of amenities. It was right across from Kamole Beach 2 with a lifeguard! Overall it was great. The only issue was no air conditioning. Even with fans and open windows I was hot/sweating throughout the day and at night.

We loved watching birds from our lanai’s chairs. We could walk to many places. We used the pool daily. Everything was kept clean around the property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.

Literally a 2 minute walk to Kam 2 beach where we watched the sunset most nights, 3-4 minute walk from multiple tasty and relatively inexpensive restaurants. Condo was a little hot at night, but we bought a box fan to help with that and left it at the condo. Owner very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

This was a perfect condo as home base for us throughout all of our Maui adventures over 10 days. We loved that it was ground floor and just a quick walk to the beach. It had everything we needed! The temps were just fine for us to sleep without air conditioning, even in August. Kihei was a great central location for going everywhere else around the island, and believe me we went EVERYWHERE! Kathy was very helpful and responsive to all of my inquiries, and was on top of anything related to being our land lady. We would highly recommend!!

This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect across the street from the beach in Kihei. Shops within walking distance. This condo is on the bottom floor which is awesome because it makes easier to come and go. The owner is fantastic. Had to call her a couple of times when we first got there and she answered right away. She gave me quick answers to my questions. This place is perfect for a couple or a small family. All appliances worked great and there is plenty of beach stuff so no need to rent anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Kathy for being great with communication and a wonderful host.
