First of all Tommy is a 5 star host, he communicates with you on everything and he’s a phone call away if you need something.
This property is amazing, the views are indescribable, I love the floor to ceiling windows that open all the way so you have no barrier to the beauty outside, the location is perfect it’s conveniently located by the Royal Hawaiian center, the main shopping area, lots of restaurants and beautiful shops. You do not need a car unless you want to explore the rest of the island, we walked everywhere in Waikiki. Also on the first floor you have steak shack which was a great meal for lunch or a quick dinner, banan which is ice cream made from banana (which my dairy allergy daughter loved) and tribal which served coffee and açaí bowls all conveniently located downstairs.
We used the pool and hot tubs next door at outriggers and it was no problem and super convenient with the walkway that crosses over from the first floor of the condo complex.
I would start and end my day sitting outside on one of the two balconies and the peace from listening to the waves and watching the surfers and boats on the water was exactly what I was looking for on this vacation. We would see sea turtles almost every morning off the living area balcony, we had a monk seal named kaiwi come up on the beach right next to the condo and rest for the day.
You will not regret renting the condo for your trip, I will definitely stay here again.

We have been to Waikiki many times - at least two dozen - and stayed almost everywhere up and down the beach.
The "Penthouse" at Waikiki Shore is spectacular and one of the very best. The views are second to none and with three bedrooms and three bathrooms located steps from the beach with your own gourmet kitchen - it is hard to beat! The suite is full of fun "beach" touches to make it feel like home!
There are nicer, far more expensive places on the beach but being able to sit on the deck and enjoy our own home cooked breakfasts and lunches with spectacular ocean views and only steps away from all the best restaurants in Waikiki - we doubt if there is better place for a group of family and friends who love the ocean!

What a perfect place to stay for an extended family. The views and the sounds of the waves were magnificent! The lanai was the perfect place to watch the Friday night fireworks. We made full use of the well stocked kitchen for a couple of meals. The ice maker in the refrigerator came in handy for our tiki drinks. Having the use of a parking space is a huge bonus for Waikiki! The washer and dryer came in handy before our 7-night Hawaiian cruise! The communication with Tommy (owner) was great! He answered every question and had great advice for things to do. The only negative thing I can say is that there was construction with the building and several power outages during our stay. However, this was out of the owners control. We planned accordingly and were ok (minus one CPAP user). Would definitely stay again with a large group!

We were delighted with our condo, and all the extras that the owners provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, plenty of coffee and condiments and conveniences). The location was very good with a wraparound view. The three separate bathrooms were a bonus that we had not expected. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout. We could not have asked for a better place to stay or host. Tommy was available anytime I had a question before our arrival and thanks to his detailed information provided, we did not need to contact him at all during our week long stay.
As for the condo, it's view is just breathtaking and the location is great. Just off the main beach of Waikiki, with smaller beaches just outside, yet a quick walk to anything you need in Waikiki.
Having a parking space under the building was great as we used a car everyday to explore other areas of the island.
Highly recommend Staying at Tommy's piece of paradise.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The views are spectacular and Friday night fireworks are beautiful. The condo was within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. There are a couple of places within walking distance to purchase surfing lessons which my granddaughters enjoyed tremendously. The beach area around the condo is great for kids and there are many turtles swimming about. Tommy is a great host! He called soon after we arrived to make sure everything was O.K. If we had a problem with anything someone was there quickly to fix it. It was definitely a great place to vacation.

Our stay was fantastic. Just as the pictures showed, no disappointments! We had a party of eight, two teenagers, one 8 year old & five adults. Every family had their own bathroom which was ideal. Washer & dryer was a big plus. The views from the balcony were spectacular! The pool was great as was all the options for dining. Tommy our host was very accommodating & very responsive to anything we needed! We were even welcomed with a welcoming gift! Definitely would come back, very hard to leave.

Too bad only one elevator was in operation - other one was under construction. This made for somewhat slow going to & from the condo - but it wasn’t a big problem.
Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed looking down on the beach, seeing the sea turtles & the beautiful ocean. The location was perfect for attending our family wedding.

The views were as stated. Beautiful sunsets and diamond head to your south. We enjoyed our stay. Tommy was a great host, but the condo front desk is manned by others (not the outrigger or the owner) and there was not great service in the event of access issues. Keys were changed mid stay and we were not advised until we were unable to access. Walking to the Outrigger up the road was not far, but inconvenient during our stay.
One elevator was down during our stay, but they are being replaced which will be a nice upgrade for the property. Unfortunately for us the dryer did not work, we were unable to use during our time and there was not enough time from date of check out to have this issue resolved. The host apologized the day after the message was received, but for us it was a huge inconvenience.
With all that said, it is a lovely, lively location and would stay again. Just keep in mind this is not a hotel, but you do have the convenience of the hotel pool.
From my kids, the Acai bowl place at the bottom floor of the condo is the best they’ve ever had (17, 17, 15 year old girls).

The communication with Tommy put you immediately at ease. He sent us every detail that there was no need to ask any questions. The check in and check out process was flawless. The views from every side of the condo took our breath away the moment we crossed the threshold. The place felt so spacious even though there were 8 of us in the condo. The beach was a stone's throw away. There is no way you won't relax after just a few minutes on the patio. The small gifts when we walked in displayed the heart of our property owners. I wish we could stay another week!

Tommy's condo at Waikiki Shore is the perfect place for your stay in Honolulu. From it's ideal location on Waikiki Beach to the breath taking views from your 240 degree balcony, you will feel like you're in heaven. Tommy goes out of his way to ensure that you have everything you need and asks you to call him should you need anything. We never needed to call because everything was perfect.
If we are able to come back to Honolulu in the future, we will be contacting Tommy again.

The condo was just as advertised, but even better! The views were breathtaking. The property is awesome, the location is perfect, and very conveniently located to walk to MANY shops and restaurants. The host (Tommy) was VERY personable and helpful, plus extremely accommodating and encouraging - even checking in with us to make sure all was well. He was also very responsive before and during the trip. While there, we broke the door security latch and maintenance was performed right away. Tommy was very invested in our comfort and satisfaction, and as I said, extremely helpful throughout and leading up to the trip.
We were a party of 6 including: a couple, a family of 3 with an 8-year-old, and one lone auntie. The condo was perfect for us and having 3 full bathrooms really gave us a lot of room and autonomy amongst the groups. Prior to arriving, I wondered about the two bedrooms that have been made into bedrooms by the addition of privacy sliding doors, but they really did a good job of making them into true bedrooms.
The condo had nice amenities, including beach chairs AND beach umbrellas. The fireworks on Friday night were such a pleasure to view from the balcony, and we were amazed at how many people came to the beach and the surrounding area to watch them. The place was also well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, towels, paper towels and bath tissue, and everything we needed for the kitchen, including a toaster. Outrigger Reef poolside amenities that were included with the #900 condo stay were convenient and we used them more than we thought we would. Additionally, I want to compliment Tommy on how well-maintained the condo is. Everything worked, everything was clean and modern and a lot of pride in the presentation of the property was on display. Plus, the decor is elegant and uncluttered to maximize the space and feel of the place. The wrap-around balcony was like an additional room and we spent a lot of time out there. The sliding doors throughout the condo allowed breezes to come in from all directions and that was lovely.The only thing that was unexpected is that the Outrigger Hotel next to the condo (the convenient one with the bar, restaurant and pool) is NOT the Outrigger where you check in. Check-in Outrigger is down the block. However, the neighbor Outrigger Hotel knew all about it and how to direct us there, so there was no confusion and little down time. Everything about the rental and experience was wonderful.

The pictures you see in this listing are completely accurate. The views are unreal. My family of 8 (two children 8 & 10) stayed here for a week. We felt like we won the lottery. We came to Hawaii 2 years ago but this condo really is something special. I can never top this location and view. If we can come back to Hawaii, we'll try to reserve this condo again. It was fully equipped with everything we needed at a reasonable rate. The owners are super nice and responsive to any questions or needs you have. Hard to top this trip for sure.

Our family of 8 experienced 6 amazing nights in this luxurious gem! This private oceanfront condo, situated in the heart of Waikiki, boasts 270 degree views. Step out onto one of several lanais to see breathtaking views of Diamond Head, the iconic fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and sea turtles and dolphins playing in the beautiful blue waters off Waikiki Beach. If you think the photos are great online, just wait until you experience it with your own eyes!
All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and we utilized the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen to cook several meals. In addition, Waikiki's finest shops and restaurants are just steps away!
Host Tommy's hospitality was absolutely off the charts! His communication before, during, and after the trip was tremendous, and we will never forget those "4 Pillars of Life!"

Cannot describe how fabulous it is to stay right on the beach watching the sunrise/ sunsets, turtles swimming right in front of your apartment and grandstand view of the fireworks every Friday night. By having the park next door you do not feel surrounded by high rise apartments and is a great place to wander or sit on the beach. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner if you needed anything. I have stayed in this complex many times in the past with 3 generations but this apartment just surpasses all previous stays by a long way. The views from this condo are truly spectacular. It was hard to leave the lanai to explore Oahu because that meant leaving the incredible view! The location can't be beat. The condo is comfortably appointed and clean. We enjoyed having access to the pool at the Outrigger. Plenty of beach umbrellas and chairs, which saved us a lot of $ on rentals. Tommy was incredibly helpful as a host, before and during our visit - his hospitality went above and beyond. Thank you, Tommy and Tracy!

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. We knew we were going to be happy based off the pictures, but when we finally walked in and saw it for the first time...literal goose bumps! Our family fell for this lovely Waikiki Shore property perfectly placed on the ninth floor with 270 degree views of beach & greenery. It was immaculately clean & well supplied. But the location and the view stole the show. Even with all the floor-to-ceiling doors open, the sounds of the nearby ocean and ninth story distance ensured we remained unaware of anyone else in Waikiki. The suite slept six but never seemed crowded. Never before have I stayed somewhere so hard to leave. The provided pictures on Vrbo fail to convey the magic of this vista. The serenity of this property is worth every cent.

We were Celebrating my father's 84th birthday and this condo is spectacular! We were a family of 5 and the beds were super comfortable and having 3 bedrooms was a added plus. The views are surreal and the best in Honolulu! I can't say enough good words about this property. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants the TRUE Hawaii experience to stay here.

The view is spectacular, fantastic!! The owner is communitive and friendly. Sadly, there were some issues. The listing said we had access to the pool at the condo next door, but that was incorrect. Also, the tile floors throughout the entire condo were very dirty. The owner says they are cleaned regularly, but walk in your bare feet for 5 minutes and your feet are solid black. There were some other issues, but the management resolved most of them and the owner gave us a departure gift package. Overall, a good experience, but no pool and having to wear shoes in the condo 24-7 was annoying.

Owner Tommy was extremely helpful throughout and leading up to the trip. Location was the best in my opinion. Beach access to everything and plenty of rental water toys right at the location to include Catamaran rides and surf lessons. The condo was by far amazing with a breathtaking view everywhere you looked. Sleeping 6-8 was very comfortable. 3 full baths and washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus. Plenty of supplies from laundry, cleaning, linin, dishware, etc. Check-in process thru regency was annoying to do because it was off location but worked well. Two elevators in the condominium helped but long wait times for them. Outrigger Reef poolside amenities that were included with the #900 condo stay was amazing! 1 main pool, 1 kids hot tub, and 2 adult hot tubs and waiting staff poolside was very convenient. Security to get into the pool though was poor. No accountability of guests vs non-guests. Very expensive stay but worth it with if everyone chips in.

My family and I spent the first part of our Hawaii vacation here. The location and condo itself were perfect. Right on the beach with walking distance to all water-based rentals, surf lessons, etc. The kids loved having their bedroom windows open all night and watching boats, surfers, paddle boarders and sea turtles. Property owner was so friendly and helpful too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

If you’re renting in Waikiki, look no further! There is no downside to this property and the hosts are amazing…they will anticipate your needs before you express them. The indoor/outdoor space will reward you all day with changing views, as will the sunsets. Beds are great, bathrooms for everyone and expect to see smiles on everyone’s faces.

The location of this condo is fantastic. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping you name it. The view is even better in person than in pictures-truly breathtaking. Perfect vantage point to watch fireworks display on Friday nights. Kitchen is well stocked and living and sleeping spaces are very comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms is very convenient. There are several reviews from my family that I wanted to share, this is from me,
270 degree of unobstructed view spanning clockwise from the kitchen to the second bedroom to the main balcony wrapping around the living room to the master bedroom was a sight to behold.
The ocean view was so awe-inspiring that we had such a hard time leaving the condo daily for excursions thereby almost defeating the purpose of visiting Honolulu since the view came to us so unwittingly natural.
The condo kitchen was fully equipped for you to cook. Dish washing was not too much of a chore as the sink faced the open sea.
Friday there was fireworks from the nearby hotel. We had front seats to the show.
Just a few blocks behind the condo sat the Royal Hawaiian Center and the Strip with many luxury boutiques, and the tax-free T Galleria. Never before have I seen such a concentration of multiple LV, Chanel, Tory Burch, Salvatore Ferragamo stores on the Strip, much to the ladies’ delight.
A couple of miles away was the Ala Moana shopping center with even more department and boutique stores.
All in all, you could not ask for a better location and the ocean view the condo offered. You would wish you own this paradise which came invitingly right at you capturing your attention commanding “look at me, fall in love with me, and promise to come back for more”.
From my dear brother, What an experienced we were having, the minute we entered to the front door, we were stunt with the awesome views and feel good about this vacation trip already.
First thing first, all of us immediately came to the balcony to look down to the Pacific Ocean, the views of the scene so beautiful and it hard to express in words.
We had a pleasant and unforgettable time at this place and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.
From my cousin, I had never thought I could get this special treat from my family for this trip. I had not going anywhere for the last 3 yrs since I discovered I had cancer on stage 3. It was a shocking surprised that how healthy and happy when I stayed at this place.... I totally forgot that I am a cancer survivor. I ate,slept well and active like a teenager. This beautiful place will stay forever in my heart each time I think about it. It worth every miles on this long flight... with my health condition. I really appreciated my family and her friend made my dream came true. What a million dollars view that it hard to find in a heart of Waikiki. Thank you.

I rented this condo for a joint 30th birthday celebration with a few of my girlfriends. It was an absolutely amazing experience. It was right on the water and the view of the fireworks made my birthday one to remember. The only reason i did not give 5 stars was because a few things didnt work such as the ice maker, and our groceries in the fridge werent cold. None the less i would definitely rent this condo again! Fantastic views of the ocean, beachfront and strip. The balconies overlook the beach. Very spacious and well laid out. We had six adults and two children with us and were comfortable with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The sliding door features on both sides of the family room allowed for an open air concept that was breathtaking allowing everyone to flow in and out of the room to the balconies. Only downside was due to the humidity where we had to keep the sliding doors closed along with the bathroom doors also closed (couldn't close the windows). Would have rated a 5 star but building is on the older side.
