Overall great condo and enjoyed stay. One elevator, limited and difficult parking, and construction made things a little difficult, but those were noted in website description so no surprises. Would stay there again after construction completed. Condo itself was perfect and as descripted. Would recommend.

You cannot go wrong with this location!! Seriously I am a realtor and it is a HUGE selling point. You are within walking distance of entertainment, shopping, and most importantly the beach. The views are amazing and the host has thought of everything, even beach chairs!! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very comfortable, well equipped unit. The only issue is that one of the elevators was out for replacement. Almost 200 units using one very slow elevator was quite trying at times. But, once you got off, you were in heaven. Beachfront location. Close to Waikiki shopping. Wonderful view overlooking the park and and up the beach to the West. Would definitely book this unit again. And by that time, two brand new elevators.

My name is Kathy LaFont. I traded condos with my daughter. She was in unit 1316. Condo 1110 was very nice and well stocked. The only negative for me was the pull out sofa. The mattress was terrible. It was very uncomfortable and bumpy. There was a foam pad in the closet that we used, but it was too big for the bed and kept slipping down and did not look very clean. Also, there was an extra blanket in the closet that was very dirty. If we had not used the sofa sleeper, I would have said the condo was excellent.

Just spent two wonderful October weeks in unit 1110. After staying in many Waikiki hotels in past years, we splurged on the extra space and panoramic views of this condo, and it was worth it!It’s in a lively urban setting, and while there was occasional noise from passing airplanes and construction at the Army Museum below, we loved hearing the ocean, nearby music, and birdsongs from the lanai. With the windows closed and the A/C on, the unit was very quiet.The unit’s furnishings are pleasant and comfortable, homey rather than luxurious. The bedding was spotless, and the two-twin configuration worked well for the two of us. The laundry area was a great convenience.The kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. Although we didn’t cook, we used the microwave and toaster for breakfasts and reheating leftovers. Eating some meals at the dining table or on the lanai allowed us to avoid crowded restaurants and save money while enjoying that great view. We used Grubhub a few times, and the large ABC store on Lewers had a surprisingly good selection of fresh food.The location is convenient to the Halekalani for sunset cocktails with music, and to Roy’s for excellent food. Best new restaurant find: Island Vintage Wine Bar in the Royal Hawaiian shopping center. Vegan poke bowl, ahi sandwich, fruit and cheese plate were all excellent. We enjoyed the friendly local vibe of Vanessa Alputila at the Barefoot Beach Bar; also, taking an Uber to the Lyon Arboretum for a tropical garden experience.Bonus: great view of fireworks from the lanai on Friday nights. Our property manager Paul greeted us promptly and made us feel welcome. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

The property truly has an amazing view off the Lanai. We enjoyed morning coffee and sunsets there. However, once the sun is on the Lanai - it’s unbearably hot. Everything within the unit is functional and comfortable. If one wants to cook a meal, everything is available to do that. The bed was great and my wife and I slept well on it. The location is also ideal. Two minor complaints;
1) the pullout is not comfortable.
2) the surfboard storage on ground level was never available.

Very nice property. We walked to Duke's and a lot of other nice restaurants. The view at night is really beautiful and peaceful. Microwave didn't work. Property manager said he was going to replace it, but didn't by the time we left. Hopefully, it will get done eventually. The pullout bed is uncomfortable, but there is a mattress topper in the closet -- we didn't see it until the last day. The main bed is very comfortable. We would stay here again.

For our first trip to Hawaii and to celebrate our anniversary, we wanted to find a place close to the beach, and this condo did not disappoint. I called the property manager as we left the airport and he arrived at the building just after we did to take us up to the condo. The location is great, right on the beach (about 30 seconds away from the back elevator) but only a 5 (not even that much for some places)-15 minute walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go for food or shopping.
Since the lanai/balcony faces west, we did take out for dinner almost every evening and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and the great breeze. We spent almost as much time on the balcony as we did inside the condo. Thankfully, we never smelled any smoke while out on the balcony or while we had the windows open to let the breeze come in. The condo was clean, quiet, had a great view of the ocean and the park next to the building, and the bed was comfortable. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was nice too. We would stay in this condo again if we get to come back.
As a suggestion, I wouldn't recommend staying on any floor below the 11th, since floor 11 and up gets you a view above the hotel next door on the kitchen/entry door side. Just so you can have an enjoyable view of the ocean looking towards Diamond Head while walking to/from your condo and while looking out your kitchen windows.

Room was great. Nice view of the ocean even though it wasn't the main part of Waikiki Beach but I didn't care. Didn't spend that much time in the room. Enjoyed nice sunsets on our balcony daily. Building close to shopping so easy walking distance. Nice secure private parking. Washer and dryer makes the stay that much better because you go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.

This is hands-down one of our favorite locations we have rented from during our vacation. The view of the ocean outside of our balcony, close proximity to food, local events, freeway access were awesome. Kitchen had cooking utensils and pans to make a meal then enjoy eating on the balcony watching the ocean or counting rainbows. Parking in the adjacent lot was also convenient. We would definitely come back.

Our first time to Waikiki and this provides a great view of the ocean and of the beach area overlooking Ft Derussy with unobstructed views. The view out the backside is also very nice of Diamond Head. The lanai is spacious compared to many we have been in. The kitchen is well outfitted with quality cookware and serving sets. The 11th floor puts you higher than the palm trees in the park. Most condos and hotels have views obstructed by other condos/hotels. There seems to be plenty of security on the grounds which is nice.

We loved this condo! There are 2 sleeper sofas, so my teenage boys had their own space. We loved walking to all the close high end shopping. There are enough restaurants in walking distance you don't have to cook, but we cooked at least once a day in the condo. It had everything we needed. The view & balcony were spectacular. We had our coffee on the balcony each morning & even ate meals there, too. The washer/dryer was a plus with needing to wash beach towels between snorkeling trips.

This apartment in great need of updating. Very old linen and towels, mismatched and chipped china, no champagne glasses, old cutlery unpleasant, no sharp knives.....numbers on electronic entry system impossible to see in early sunlight so entry difficult if not impossible, pull out beds old and uncomfortable. New floor had not been cleaned so had to wash feet often. Owners corporation might consider updating foyer ....

Because big typhoon attacked Kansai, KIX airpot was temporary closed, so we couldn't go back to Kansai on time.However, we got CaptainCook staff's big supports, fortunately we could stay the same room one more night. Amazing experience, better than we imagined. Our property manager, Paul, was easily reached, friendly, and professional. Great Aloha spirit. He went above and beyond in making sure our family had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was beautiful and spacious, and the views were breath taking! We enjoyed mornings with coffee on the lanai watching the surfers paddle out, and evenings watching the sun set over the pacific with sail boats on the horizon. The kids especially loved watching the fireworks from lanai on Friday night. So many great conveniences too...like theSteak Shack, and the Noodle house on the lower level, Starbucks, and beach front surf board rentals! Everything was right at our feet. Easy button! The whole family had a great experience. Easy walk to barefoot bars and restaurants. The Captain Cook app is fantastic too!
