Great location for us and our kids to experience everything Maui has to offer. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication and easy check in process. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

We loved staying here! 2-3 min walk to pool and very private beach. 2-3 min drive to other very popular beaches and walkway along the ocean. 2-3 min drive or 15 min walk to mall/places to eat. 10 minute drive to town with lots of places to eat. Lots of toys/bqgs/chairs to use for the beach. Roomy condo.

Very well maintained property with beach and heated pool within walking distance. Luxury hotel just nearby. Really quiet. Beach gear was really helpful and we had everything needed in the condo. Perfect for our little family of 3.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great view from the lanai, easy access to the beach, multiple pools, walkable to shops and short drive to restaurants. Communication with Sharon pre-trip was seamless. The condo was fully equipped for beach days and had everything we needed for our stay. Better stocked than other places we've stayed. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the bedding and pillows. Some of the sheets and mattress pads had stains. But overall the unit was clean, as well as the property grounds. They are well maintained. Would stay here again. Mahalo!

Pluses: beautiful condo, great view, good location near quiet pool, spotlessly clean, two bathrooms. Minuses: refrigerator barely works and uses ice cube trays just like in grandma's day (oh joy); AC is noisy and cycling is annoying; internet worked after wasting time figuring out correct codes; TVs are small and controls are clunky. Considering the cost of staying here, amenities should be updated/improved.

Great location. Beautiful unit. We enjoyed sitting in the amazing pavilion each night watching the sunset and cooking on the grills.
Pools are great. All the thing you need for the beach are included. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo and will definitely be looking for it the next time we come to Maui. We've stayed at Wailea Ekahi 3 times now and wouldn't choose another property. This was our first time in this particular condo and without hesitation, we would stay again. It was exactly as the pictures and write-up described it. The location is great, a very easy walk down to the pool and beach. Parking is right outside and we never had problems with space. Anoles are everywhere and we looked forward to seeing the little green guy who hides behind the building number.
We had no problem entering the condo with the combination lock code and the condo was spotless when we arrived. The view from the main living area is spectacular. There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean and Molokini Crater, then up close are the gardens. The patio, looking out over that view, is the perfect place for meals or a morning coffee.
The condo is really well-stocked with more than you'll ever need. The kitchen has multiple sets of nice dishes. There are utensils and pans for every use. The appliances are newer and work great. For beach fun, there are wagons, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, bags, etc etc. You'll need to get your own snorkel gear, but that's expected and there are plenty of rental places nearby.
The beds are comfortable, including the two Murphy beds. Just make sure you get those ceiling fans going because it can get a bit stuffy at night. The pillows were fluffy and clean. We all slept great. The furniture is all clean and nice and the decor is also very welcoming. The entry is tile, which helped keep sand under control, and there's a small vacuum that worked very well.
The grounds are super well-maintained. The staff is constantly out there working but they are not noisy or intrusive. There is on-site security. The pool is so pretty. I love sitting in the covered pavilion reading or getting a little work done. There are tables and couch groupings in the pavilion and many many lounge chairs around the pool. The beach is right outside the pool area and is reached by a locked gate. If the waves get too big, the pool is right there.
I really have nothing but good things to say and we really appreciate the owners sharing their home.

Mahalo Sharon for sharing your beautiful home with us. Sharon was an exceptional host. She was very thorough and was prompt to answer any questions. The unit was fully stocked and the two Murphy beds worked out perfectly. The view was fabulous and the short walk to pool/beach was no problem. We had a fantastic time and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at 13F for five days. The overall conditions of the condo were mostly satisfactory especially the beach and pool gears. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was well furnished. However the shower in the master bedroom was not functional throughout our stay. I called three times regarding the issue. Chris was very courteous and did come to the property to investigate and provided a missing tv remote in the master bedroom. However she didn't fix the shower nor inform us for the update. I finally gave up inquiring about for our stay was only 5 days. The shower issue was a bit of an inconvenience for us.

What a fabulous condo! It had everything you could possibly need. Very well equipped and clean. Great views from all the front rooms and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Enjoyed the pools and the beach which is just steps from the main pool. We will be back next year.

Sharon and family, thank you so much for a fantastic vacation at your beautiful condo. This was our second time in Maui, but first time with kids. The condo was immaculate and well organized with everything we needed. The beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards were an added bonus! The quiet pool, just steps away, was a relaxing start to the day. We often had it all to ourselves! :) We enjoyed swimming at the main pool and then taking just a few more steps down to the beautiful beach! Most days, we watched the sunset while at the beach or pool and it was breathtaking. Our meals on the lanai were relaxing and quiet, surrounded by beautiful flowers and view of Molokini and the ocean.
We all agree, it was "awesome"!!! :)

We've stayed at several Ekahi properties over the years and love the beautiful, spacious grounds, the flowering trees and shrubs and the peaceful atmosphere. 13F has been recently renovated and is quite the nicest renovation we've encountered. The whole unit is tastefully furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed the barbecue and the Lanai and particularly appreciated the beach chairs, (once we had mastered the folding mechanism). Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Ekahi Village is our new 'go to' place for Maui. This was my 3rd visit to the Island and my 1st time in Wailea. We conducted an exhaustive search online for the right location and condo and were so happy to find unit 13F! My sister and her family really like this location for the grounds, the pool, and the beach. So we knew we wanted to stay here, it was just a matter of finding a good unit, which we did. No street noise, beautiful and bright, every creature comfort you could ask for including a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable king bed with overhead fan (and a/c). The owner was very responsive and we felt instantly comfortable with the booking process. I am already recommending it to others and look forward to returning!

Thank you Sharon and Family for once again renting us your beautiful condo. We have just returned from spending 25 days there and did not want to come home!
Your updated condo is so clean and bright and so well equipped. The kitchen, with it's view of Molokini, had everything we needed to BBQ and enjoy eating on your lanai. There were also beach chairs, boards, goggles and beach towels at our disposal - thank you! The 5 minute walk to the beach is so handy - no driving!
There is always something to see - whales, turtles, etc.
You were certainly accessible by phone when we had a small problem with the safe.

THE OWNER was timely, attentive and generous – everything a renter could ask for and more.
13F is positioned comfortably just off the quiet greenbelt and away from the road with a very nice ocean view. The walk is easy and short to and from the pool/beach. We saw no trash anywhere. The foliage is beautiful, the view is grand, the setting is quiet and bird songs are plentiful in the morning.
PARKING is just a few steps to the stairs up to the 13F entrance. Some units require a good walk down a path to get to the actual condo entrance - this matters if you are schlepping suitcases, wet sandy beach gear, groceries, exhausted children, your new bride, etc.
BEDROOM: Comfy California King sized bed & a separate queen murphy bed (not pictured) with plenty of room to maneuver around. New AC worked very well in BR, there is a little office area & also plenty of storage.
LIVING areas: as pictured, but different patio chairs. Furniture is in good condition, comfortable and with a little wear on some but overall just fine. The living room AC worked hard to keep that vaulted area temperature manageable. A drawer full of books, a box-style TV w/o a remote (go outside!), & stereo we never used are also available. The lanai was perfect with a table for four & BBQ.
KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen was very well stocked with gear. Don't expect any left over sugar, water, condiments or dry goods however. Very nice inside dining area, but we always ate outside.
MAIN POOL:
Though others have complained on Tripadvisor about not being able to play or have fun in the pool we didn't run into that. We played with noodles, and we let the kid splash when others weren't in the pool. Timing, clear parental monitoring, visitor volume and type of pool visitor might make a difference whether or not kids are allowed to "have fun".
We stayed for 11 nights, and my only complaint (really) is that for such a long stay we would've liked some cleaning products to keep things tidy. We assume this under stock was in part due to sudden loss of the property manager, which we had been warned of. I relax a little better in clean spaces (I sill relaxed though) and I also like to leave rentals cleaner than I found them, and I couldn't do that here.
BEACH: Perfect. Yes, PERFECTION upon exiting the gate.
I'll probably regret writing this but I would most definitely recommend this unit. See my (lilykin) Tripadvisor review for more details.
