Wailea Ekahi complex has it all. We’ve stayed in a few other condos in the same complex before and have never been disappointed. This condo was no different. It was the perfect size for our family of 5, with room for a couple more as well if needed. We had a large group of us, around 30 family members, staying throughout the Ekahi complex as well for the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo had all the amenities that we needed for an amazing stay. The proximity to the ocean and the main pool is tough to beat. And hearing the waves from the main bedroom...magical. Beds, chairs and couch were all very comfy. The condo could use a good deep clean (grout, shower head, fridge) and some updating in the lighting (some were on the dim side, switches needs some fixing and one lanai had no light) but was perfectly livable and by no means a deal breaker. Clean linens and towels. And all the beach accessories were in great condition, that wagon came in handy on our frequent trips down to the beach. Speaking of the beach, Keawakapu beach is by far our favorite in all of Maui. The barely 1 min walk to the beach and main pool & pavilion is unbeatable. Thank you for giving us a comfy stay for an amazing, once in a lifetime family trip!

We had a wonderful time in Maui staying at this condo. It was centrally located and easy base for our adventures. The beach across the street was so convenient! We had 5 adults and 3 kids. This unit's location is excellent. It is just steps from a quiet pool, BBQ's and the nearby beach. The large covered patio was surrounded by lush tropical plants and we enjoyed watching the cardinals that nested nearby. In the mornings, we would open the well-located sliding doors in the unit to let in a gentle cool breeze. The bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable. And, the owner is very responsive when maintenance issues arose during our one month stay. The maintenance folks at the condo complex were prompt, friendly, and quickly resolved problems with the AC, garbage disposal, failed door knob that kept the door locked trapping our grandson in the bathroom, and a inoperative dishwasher on our last day. The mattresses on the pullout bed and queen bed in the large bedroom really need replaced as they were quite uncomfortable.

Our family vacationed regularly at Ekahi Village from when our children were very young to when the graduated from college. It had been quite a long time, and we all wanted to go back. We didn’t think Ekahi could accommodate our group of 5 adults and 2 young children. Then we found 20C and it met our needs perfectly. Ground floor was a plus. The A/C throughout was wonderful. There was even a portable crib for the youngest. The grassy area outside was a great playground for those times between beach and pool visits. Ekahi can’t be beat, and we were so happy to find this unit.

The condo was just as described and within walking distance to a gorgeous beach. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. The ocean gear was greatly appreciated. The surprise was having beach chairs for our whole group!! Thank you for thinking of everyone. We loved the location of this place and the space/layout in the condo is great. There are no ocean views from it, but it's a good location, close to the pickle ball court, the pavilion and main pool, and the beach. The place needs a deep cleaning and I would recommend some cleaning products for guests to use since we were there for 8 days and wanted to clean floors but the vacuum did not work and they was no functioning mop. Also, the dishwasher did not work when we arrived but the owner was quick to respond. Otherwise, everything was great!

We love staying at Ekahi Village. The community is very family friendly and we love that the pool is right next to the beach. This unit was super close to the pool and ocean. It was very convenient to go back and forth. We love that we can have meals at the pool and cabana area. Our family ate most of our meals in the community Cabana down by the ocean. The unit had everything we needed. We all slept well and it was very quiet.
My kids loved playing shuffle board and pickle ball. We look forward to our vacation here every year.

Very clean and had everything we needed, except soap for the shower, but that wasn't a big deal. Great location with easy walk to the beach. Loved the beach equipment; chairs, wagon to pull everything, toys, and even boogey boards! Lovely neighborhood to walk as well. Only comment would be the upstairs renter or maybe owner liked to talk on the phone outside very early in the morning on speaker. No problem, just sent my kids outside to play, haha! ;) Thank you for allowing us to stay!

The place is very spacious, well stocked and the location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach or pool to watch gorgeous sunsets. The complex was quiet, safe and had beautiful grounds.

The layout was great for our family of four. We enjoyed the spacious living area, kitchen amenities and grassy area outside. The beach is a short walk and restaurants are a short drive. Our favorite part was the pool and pavilion area. Wish the hosts had been more responsive and finding the parking pass at check in was a little confusing. Also, check out is at 10am and they expect (someone calls at 8am to confirm) that two loads of laundry are washed before leaving which seems like a big ask when packing up and checking out on the early side. Otherwise, the condo is a great stay and worth the value.

My family of 5 stayed here for 9 nights and the accommodations were excellent. The one time we needed to reach out to our host he responded immediately and was very helpful. The beach access and pools were wonderful and the grills are close to the unit along with a pickle ball court. We had an incredible time!

Easy rental experience! Condo is large enough to sleep 7-8 adults comfortably. There is a beautiful beach just a short stroll away. We were only in Maui for 3 days so we were barely in the condo, but it was set up nicely with beach towels, chairs, a wagon, etc. My husband and I had been to Maui once before and stayed in Kaanapali. Waimea is so much nicer! We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We walked to the Keahou Boat Harbor for our Molokini Snorkel trip. The Road to Hana was closer too than our previous Kaanapali location. The property is very quiet and tucked at the end of a dead end road. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Maui!

All pools were posted as "quiet areas" and no jumping or game playing (marco polo) allowed in pools. Would not stay here if children are in party.

The property is perfect! Walking distance to the beach and amazing sunsets. The roosters, we called Fred and his friends were a good laugh in the morning. No need for an alarm clock! My only complaint …. Pool areas, very strict as there are signs and security at time monitoring the pool. No playing for kids basically at all. And u have to use the code to get in and out, kind of borthersome. So if u have little ones. May want to use the beach or one of the private pools on property.
But overall, highly recommend! Loved the condo, amenities and the beach! Would stay again!

The property is in a great location, with easy beach access. It is extremely spacious. The owners are super easy to work with and were very responsive during our stay. Everything we could have needed was there, including plenty of beach chairs and a cart to wheel things to the beach, beach towels, and basic supplies. We didn't discover the pool until our last night, but we enjoyed a picnic dinner and sunset there. All in all, we had a great time. Thank you Chris and Howard!

The location of the condo was perfect - with less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean and oceanfront pool. We could hear the ocean from our lanai. Condo was spacious and very clean. Loved how close this was to the beach (5 min walk!). We had a bit of a tough time checking in as the signs weren't in numerical order so definitely ask for clear directions and an address to the property if possible. Recommended for those who are looking for a no frills kind of stay—amenities were standard and could have been better but we were out every day so it wasn't an issue.

This condo was absolutely amazing for me and my group of 7! Highlights were the fully stocked kitchen, basket of beach towels, numerous beds, and big open spaces for hanging out! The outdoor lanai was amazing to grill and sit around during sunset. 5 minute walk to an amazing beach. 1 minute walk to a quiet pool that was a great alternative to the beach when it was windy out! Would 100% come back again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo itself and the grounds are well taken care of, and you can’t beat the short walk to beautiful beaches and snorkeling. It was great to have access to amply beach towels, and beach chairs and the pools on property are great. There were five of us age 10 to 75 and would all love to return. The only downside for us was beyond the owner’s control; right across the hedges and street from the condo, there is a private home under construction. The construction began a bit before 7am and was very loud until around 3pm. We were out and about most of that time, but it would have been challenging to sleep in or use the lanai during those times. Hopefully construction will wrap up soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wailea Ekahi Village condo. It's location near beaches, shops, restaurants, golf courses was ideal. The village offers great amenities - swimming pools, shuffle board, and pickleball courts. The condo was comfortable and functional. I looked at many condos before booking this one for our family. The children had never been to Hawaii and I wanted it to be perfect. My two older children have mobility issues so the proximity to the beach and ground floor condo were the major factors. Also we are a family of five, with one girl (11) and two boys (8 & 10) so the second bedroom suite with 3 separate beds was key. The suite has a sitting area with its own tv as well as is own on-suite bathroom. The condo is huge and we really felt like we were able to spread out. It is on a corner bordering the back of the property with a beautiful growth of flowering trees and shrubs that completely shroud the condo and large back lawn from the street behind. It was so quiet and tranquil and felt completely private. Since my one son cannot walk very far the first thing I did the morning after we arrived was get up early and walk down to the beach to scope it out and see if "2 minutes toes in sand" was accurate advertising. I was delighted when I rounded the corner of the short dead end that lead right from our back lawn to a small beach parking lot and saw how close the ocean was! I think I actually got my toes in the sand in about 30 seconds. It was close enough that my children could even help carry their own beach bags and sand toys. (Note that the beach access from Ekahi is not wheelchair accessible, there are small flights of concrete steps at both access points) Another big factor for our family was a great pool. Since the ocean waves can be challenging for my special ones we counted on a lot of pool time to keep things fun for them. The beach pool was even better than I expected. It is accessible from both the beach parking lot and the beach, which meant short walking distances, and close-by bathrooms. The bathrooms required your key to enter, as well as a key to enter the pool area itself which thrilled me because they were super clean. Never once was the pool area crowded. We always managed to get lounges and sometimes were the only ones swimming. My disabled 10-year old son learned how to swim in the Ekahi beach pool! Pretty much says it all! As it turns out the morning surf at Wailea was so gentle that the children were even able to snorkel and boogie board with assistance. The wind kicks up in the afternoon, the surf gets a little rougher and the sand can whip your face, but its worth braving to see the amazing sunsets! Which we did, night after night.

The 2 bedroom condo is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. The owner is very helpful and responded quickly to email questions. We would certainly choose this condo again on any future trips to Maui.

The vacation of a lifetime! This is our second year staying in this beautiful condo and we intend to repeat the experience year after year. The condo could not be more perfect. Located mere steps from the beach and adjacent to the famous Wailea Beach walk, the location is extraordinary. Beautiful accommodations enhance what is already the perfect spot. The website pictures, as lovely as they are, can’t possibly do justice to the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere of this home. While there is air conditioning, we have never had to use it. Cool ocean breezes accompanied by an orchestra of songbirds make waking up each morning a delight. Walks on the beach, gentle surf perfect for young, old and everyone in between, and breathtaking views, truly make this the ideal place to spend your vacation.

Waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and surf is the best!
We were so comfortable here we often sat around IN THE CONDO (hello! we're in Hawaii...why weren't we out at the beach or going someplace!) all morning with our coffee then had a leisurely lunch on the lanai before setting off on our day's adventures. Really, it was just what we needed--the condo has everything and its spotlessly clean--which we loved. We also really liked how light (especially for a downstairs unit) and breezy it is. Great airflow -- due to corner unit probably.
It feels really secure too...we slept with the glass door open.
We also like how easy it is to go anywhere from here, yet it feels off the beaten path with no busy road sounds.
Great amenities at the complex too. Love the big pool overlooking the ocean!

This is one of the nicest condos in the Wailea area super comfortable, spacious, clean and pleasantly decorated we stayed here for a week we cooked great meals daily the kitchen is fully furnished. The bedrooms and living room have sliding doors that keep the fresh ocean breeze come through. We walked to the beach which is not far from the front door it is very close to the beach for swimming, snorkeling, long walks and just relaxing. The condo is fully furnished, the grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of beautiful flowers, fruit trees and even herb gardens the restaurants, bars and shopping are also within walking distance. To tell you the truth we will not stay at a hotel again.

Lovely, lovely, lovely! The home, the lanai, the pool, the beach, it was all lovely. We visited as a family of six ranging in age from 14 to 80. We all had a wonderful time. The home is furnished beautifully and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We slept comfortably, cooked and served family style meals easily, and had loads of fun on the lush tropical grounds. Everyone had plenty to do from pool and ocean swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, lounging in the cabana or on the beach, shuffleboard, paddle ball, and lawn frisbee. The Wilsons provide many toys and we left behind a large bodyglove boogie board as well.
A gas Bar B Que grill is on the lanai and a charcoal one at the oceanfront pool. Should you wish to cook your own seafood, we were able to buy extremely fresh seafood nearby; ours literally came boat to store to package and home all in about 30 minutes. The Walu (Hawaiian Butter Fish) is out of this world, simply magnificent.
This Ekahi hawaiian home is the perfect Maui vacation. We went to the Aquarium one day and Lahaina another day but easily could have happily spent everyday at The Ekahi, it is that NICE!!

We stayed at this condo with my parents (2 adults) plus my family of four (2 adult, 2 children) and we had a wonderful time. It is spacious, inviting and very comfortable. From the moment you walk down the lush garden pathway to the front door of the condo, you feel welcomed. We loved waking up to the tropical birds and taking an early morning walk on the beach. The beach in the morning is breathtaking, with soft colours in the sky and calm water. As the beach is only a two minute walk away, we could pop down whenever we wanted. The condo unit is fantastic, the bathrooms are modern and roomy, the kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed with every kitchen tool one could possibly need. We enjoyed many a meal out on the main lanai, under the flowering trees and vines, listening to the waves and birds and feeling a perfect "Maui" breeze that kept us nice and cool. We only had to use the air-conditioning once above the double bed in the large "family" room, and at that, only briefly, otherwise the condo stays comfortable with breezes and large ceiling fans. The owners of this condo are great to work with, very helpful and they are quick to reply to an email or question. The beach is, in our opinion, the best in Maui and we cannot say enough positive things about it, as the sand is clean and golden, the water is clear and the snorkeling is amazing. We all got to snorkel with an abundance of tropical fish and several massive green sea turtles which we will remember for the rest of our lives. We will certainly return to this condo for our next Maui vacation.

This is, by far, the most wonderful place we have ever stayed in Maui. The unit is beautifully decorated and is so spacious and comfortable and filled with light! The owners have wasted no expense in making sure their guests are comfortable. We so enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen. We had everything that we needed. The fact that it was barely a two minute walk to the beach (the best in Maui as far as I'm concerned!) was an added bonus. It was also within walking distance to many shops and wonderful restaurants. I can say enough about how fabulous this condo was and we plan on returning again and again! In fact, we are already booked for a return trip in 2013!
