Sea Village is a beautiful oceanfront complex with well maintained gardens, swimming pool, hot tub, gas barbeques, parking, and access to snorkeling and scuba diving. While our condo and lanai have always been "no smoking", the entire Sea Village property is a no-smoking complex effective September 2018.
The condo includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. Open your lanai door and enjoy the ocean breeze. The town of Kailua (shopping, restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

June 28 2020 COVID update: As of June 16, the restrictions on STVRs have been removed. The Governor is allowing inter-island travel to resume; however, the trans-pacific (mainland) 14 day quarantine continues to be in place until July 31 2020. Effective August 1, transpacific visitors will still need to quarantine for 14 days at a hotel UNLESS they have a negative COVID PCR test within 48-72 hours of arrival on the Islands. The exact details of the process are being worked out in July.
Due to COVID and travel uncertainty, we have relaxed our cancellation policy. Reservations confirmed prior to Dec 31 2020 for stays in 2020 or 2021 have a 100% refundable COVID cancellation policy. We have also instituted a 48 hour calendar block before each reservation, allowing our cleaning crew to deep clean the unit before each new guest arrives. Be safe and we hope to welcome you soon.
