This was our 4th trip to Maui and Linda's condo was by far the best place we've stayed! Far enough off South Kehei Road that you don't hear any traffic, but close enough to pop down to Kamaole II Beach within minutes. We spent each morning drinking our coffee on the balcony that overlooked the well groomed lawn and with a full view of the ocean.
Spectacular.
The condo itself was the perfect size. A well maintained and well layed out kitchen (with a gas range!), a comfortable king sized bed, and a large shower.
Linda's condo will be where we stay from here on in!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and well maintained with everything needed for a day at the beach or other activities. I really liked how close it was to the beach and it was quite easy to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Linda was very communicative and understanding.

The grounds are immaculate. The location is convenient.
The condo was roomy, comfortable and well equipped.
We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen offered anything we needed. We really enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our beach trips. When we come back to Maui, we will try to book this same rental. Linda was great! She was very responsive and very friendly.
She gave us tips for restaurants and must sees.

Linda’s condo is a wonderful and affordable place to stay in South Maui. We arrived the day Lahaina burned down and it was a traumatic and confusing time in Maui and Linda was so responsive and helpful through our entire week there. She also has thoughtfully provided little amenities that made the trip more enjoyable such as a small cooler and ice packs, beach chairs, body boards and beach umbrellas. I love that she provides Earth breeze laundry sheets which we also use at home. The bedroom is situated in a way that it is difficult to cool it off and there is no way to put an a/c in the room, but she provides two tower fans and if you place one in the hallway by the front door it pulls the cool air into the bedroom and combined with the ceiling fan, I slept quite comfortably. If her place is still available the next time we come to Maui, I would definitely stay there again!

Linda the owner of the condo is very friendly and responsive and lovely to deal with! Kitchen is well equipped! Condo had beach chairs, small cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear. King size bed was very comfortable! Bathroom looked newly renovated and great flooring throughout the condo with no rugs for sand and such to hide in! Spent most our time on the Lanai enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and up country!

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed to make our own meals. We enjoyed each meal we had at the condo on the balcony over looking a lush green lawn and all varieties of shrubs and trees ( the complex manager even hand out a map that lists what all the flowers, shrubs, and trees are). It was very nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels there for our use. 10/10 in my book!

We had a really nice time. The room is very cute and perfect for 2-4 people. The outside is nothing fancy but the inside is quite nice. Close to everything. Walking distance to a lot of things we like.
The host was informative and easy to work with.

Linda’s place was awesome. Everything was recently updated so the place felt brand new and all of the essentials were there. There was plenty of beach gear for use and was all in great shape. The condo was very clean and such a great location being near restaurants and right across the street from the beach so about a 2 minute walk to go watch the sunset on the beach. Linda was extremely quick to answer with any questions I had and she was very helpful and informative. I would definitely stay at this place again and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!! The location is perfect! We loved the beaches and snorkeling right in our neighborhood! And Kihei had great restaurants…our favorite was the Paia Fish Market!
The condo was clean and comfortable! And most days had an incredible breeze that crossed through, keeping it the perfect temperature for us!
We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and ice chest! So thoughtful!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great location in Kihei right across from the beach. Our 2 year old liked this beach as he could find fish, crabs and even sea urchins in the ride pools at low tide. And if you snorkel the other side there's tons of Honu's (sea turtles). We also watched whales from the beach and from our lanai of the condo. If you're here during winter it's so awesome.
Checking in was easy just had to sign some paperwork with the front desk which didn't take too long. Then you use the door code and you're in.
Like other reviewers said the bed is really comfortable. The kitchen had spices and a blender and basic pot and pans so we were able to cook meals there.
It's a pretty little place with well maintained grounds lots of flowers and tropical plant so the walk to the beach was always a pleasant one. This is a nice location in Kihei close to Wailea and lots of restaurants and shops around.
I do find the best shopping for more unique quality souvenirs in Lahaina even those it's super busy and also paia which is on the way to Hana.
The only thing we couldn't find was more than one roll of toilet paper but we just picked some up from the store as we were going every morning and easier than asking Linda for it. With her thorough details I'm sure it was just forgotten she would brought some but we didn't feel like bothering her over something so small.
The moon health food store right around the corner has a great juice bar we had fresh wheatgrass juice every morning along with their smoothies our son loved.
Also we took advantage of the umbrella and chair, boogie board and beach towels in the cold do. You can rent them also for the week or day, so we rented a baby one and another adult size one for me as we like to do 8/10 hour beach days and like to be super comfortable. We left some sand toys so hopefully the next family to stay will get to use those also and not have to buy.
We like to squeeze in as much beach time as possible so we went early morning before checkout. It was a Little rushed trying to get back to have to wash all the towels in time as requested but we made it happen since the beach is so close. Overall a great stay and reasonable price. We would stay again if we decided to stay in Kihei area again.

We had a great couple of weeks at this property located in the heart of the Kihei and easy walking distance to beaches and restaurants. I greatly appreciated all of the beach gear that was already at the condo (such as chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler). We would happily stay here again the next time we're in Maui.

The property was as described and we found everything to be very satisfactory. The grounds were quite nice, well maintained, and had a wide variety of plants to explore. My wife particularly loved the soft bed. Enjoyed the lanai and view. Nice breeze made its way through the condo when you have the lanai and main entrance open. Entrance includes a sturdy lockable steel mesh door. AC worked great in living room and kitchen but a bit weak making it to the bedroom. We cooked a few meals in the condo and found we had most things we needed or use at home. Smallish bathroom but the shower was a nice size and wonderful. Overall great experience and we would definitely recommend for the price compared to other options and would seek to stay here again if we ever do return.

My husband and I love Maui and particularly enjoy Kihei Akahi. The location, across the street from Kamaole Beaches, close to restaurants, and accessible to other parts of Maui, is just unbeatable.
This is the first time we have stayed in this Kihei Akahi VRBO condo, #C407. We enjoyed the condo very much. From the balcony, we could watch the sunset over the ocean and also have a view of Haleakala. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, functional, and well maintained. Check-in, checkout, and communication with the the owner and office worked well.
We hope to come to Maui again in the near future and would be happy to stay here again.

Great condo, gets a bit warm but opening the windows later in the day to air out works well. A/C works well in the main area but bedroom does get a bit warm. Bedroom has a ceiling fan which helped a lot too. Beach is a 1 minute walk to across the street. For the price you can’t beat it! Had beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs you can use too. Walking distance to dinning and snorkel rentals. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day to keep expenses down. Great dinning area, living room, and kitchen with all the cooking appliances you’ll need! Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this condo! It was beautiful and well appointed. Everything you need for the beach that is right across the street including a small cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to make a great meal in. There were plenty of towels. And y’all that bed and pillows were so comfortable! I slept so well! It’s a short walk from several restaurants and a little store. And about a mile and a half from the closest grocery store so it was about a $10 Uber ride there. No biggie. We had the best time and would really recommend this condo.

The condo was awesome! Less than a 5 minute walk (through the parking area) to get to Kam 2, one of the best beaches for family and relaxing.
Linda was wonderful! Extremely helpful and helped make our trip one of the best vacations we've ever been on. (I'm originally from Hawaiii) I'm already planning a return trip for next year.
Walking distance to pretty much everything you need.

This unit is centrally located. Beach access is right across the street. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Newly renovated unit is nice. The bedroom is a little warm, but there is a fan to help circulate the air. The property owner was attentive and just an all around lovely person.

Thank you, Linda, for the use of your condo! We really loved our stay in Kihei and the ease of getting to the beach (Kamaole II) from the condo! Our little one loved the ocean and the beach and we were very thankful for the use of the pool float for her as we had some days with dangerous shorebreak. This condo is quite centrally located to all amenities. We can't wait to return to the island! Linda is exceptional to deal with and even had some groceries there for us so that we could have breakfast in the morning.

This was the second time I have rented a condo from Linda but the first in this unit. Everything was fantastic in this condo, including the Maui books, beach chairs, and the wonderful partial beach view. I would definitely stay in one of Linda's condos again.

This was the perfect condo in the perfect location. My husband and I just spent 9 nights in Linda's condo and we can't describe how perfect it was! Kihei was such a great, central location to explore the whole island- and whenever it was raining anywhere else- it wasn't raining in Kihei. Directly across the street from a great beach Kamaole II and in walking distance to I & III. The view from the Lanai was stunning- mountains, garden, and ocean each way you looked. Such a comfortable king sized bed and the breeze that comes through the windows keeps the condo at the perfect temperature- we rarely had to turn on the A/C. Linda was so great at communicating with and making sure we arrived okay and it was sweet to arrive at the condo to a little welcome basket of Hawaiian treats :) The Beach towels and cooler and ice block in the freezer were so helpful for us to have access to!

My husband and I stayed 6 nights here in September and the condo was even better than we expected! The location is fantastic. Right across the street from a great beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. We were surprised at how any beach accessories were in the condo for us to use: beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler... It was so convenient to have access to those things. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. All you need is to get some groceries. We had a fantastic trip and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if we came back to Maui!

Beautiful condo, extremely comfortable, picture post card views. Everything is there that needed for a beach vacation. It is directly across the street from the beach. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Security staff roaming the grounds at night. Polite and friendly association staff. I have not even one negative comment to post. I would highly recommend and would definitely rent again. We enjoyed our stay in this Maui condo. It was very well equipped! Everything we needed was there -- from a fully equipped kitchen to beach equipment. The location is perfect -- right across the street from a beautiful beach with powdery sand and sea turtles. There is a balcony with a nice partial ocean view. There are two pools and BBQ areas. A reserved parking space is included. We had a late departing flight, so after checkout, the condo owner supplied us with a tote bag with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer so that we could spend a few hours at the beach and then use the pool restrooms to clean up and change before going to the airport. That was very thoughtful! I recommend this condo highly.
