My wife and I have been to Maui many times. The condo was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate, bed was comfortable. The only down side was (no fault of the owner) the upstairs neighbor had very heavy feet and would (what seemed to me) run laps and move furniture around starting between 3 and 5 am. Granted I do get up early , but really?

The unit is located in a small, quiet complex with an exceptionally beautiful tropical garden -- love the sound of the birds. It is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants & grocery shops. The furnishings are just so-so but no big deal -- the unit was clean; the bed was comfortable; in-unit washer/dryer was an A+ convenience. Minor suggestion: provide steak/dinner knives.
Only negative was communicating with the owner & Maui 'contact person'. I received info on access to the unit just a few days before scheduled 'check-in'.
Much of my time on Maui was spent volunteering at wildfire relief centers, so having a place like this to decompress was much appreciated.

What a lovely place to stay! The dawn chorus was just wonderful and I loved the privacy that all the lush planting afforded everyone.
Easy walk to the beach, also very easy access to almost anywhere else on Maui.
The condo is really well equipped, especially having a washer & dryer, it was a home from home.
We saw turtles every day on Maui, at different beaches each time, so enjoy! The sunsets further down the coast from Kihei are stunning. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink too, we had the best time here. Communication with Imrana was so easy and helpful I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

I like that you have your own parking spot so you dont have to worry about parking. Cute property. The only problem is i did kill several cockroaches in the kitchen. I understand there are bugs on the island however i did not see them at any other properties i stayed at in hawaii.

Adequate, met our basic needs. The condo had some electrical issues (lights and switches that didn't work), and a shower floor that will need to be ripped out and replaced so the water drains properly.

Spacious accommodations with kitchen and nice living room to relax. Hard to find a better place for the value in Maui. Host was very responsive with communication and answered questions when we had them. Can walk across the street to a beach but probably want to have a car to check other beaches out too that are nicer. Although the accommodations are not modern, everything in the condo is very functional. Would stay there again if visiting again.

This was an epic trip for myself and my mother. The ground level unit was convenient and unexpectedly private with the lush, established landscaping. The living space and kitchen were larger than expected! Bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer were very helpful to have. The north Kihei location was great and quieter than the southern end of town, which we preferred. The dedicated parking spot was helpful. Literally across the street from the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub for evenings after beaches and hikes. The grounds managers were very personable and kind. The owner of this place is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, loved this place. Convenient location & affordable. Has everything you need ! Appreciated the chairs & boogie board/umbrella for the beaches. Was great to have washer/dryer in unit. Couch could’ve been more comfortable but wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Even in the rain, maui is still wonderful 🌸

A very nice condo in a lovely setting -- just like the photos! We especially enjoyed the lanai facing beautiful tropical plants. Conveniently located in the northern part of Kihei, a short drive from the Maui Ocean Center one way and many Kihei and Wailea beaches the other way. A well-equipped kitchen and handy washer and dryer. The manager was very good at communicating -- before we arrived she alerted us to a possible parking issue due to torrential rains earlier that week; it turned out to be no problem but we appreciated the heads-up and advice on what to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Kihei Resort was perfectly situated for our month long exploration on the island of Maui. Right across the street, we had access to Keaka Beach featuring the ancient Maui Fishpond teaming with greenback sea turtles and the newly-renovated Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary & Visitor Centre.
From Keaka Beach, there is an endless stretch of soft sandy beaches to Ma'alaea. We enjoyed the mile-long wooden boardwalk overlooking Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge where we spotted rare marsh birds. We frequented the Farmer's Market (open daily) at 61 South Kihei Road for all our fruits, veggies, ready-made fresh salsa & guacamole and freshly-baked banana bread. Adjacent to the Farmer's Market is a convenience store, a bakery and a lovely gift shop featuring local teas and artisan-created products. And we were not strangers to Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice stand, located next door!
We alternated beach/island exploration days with poolside/whirlpool jacuzzi afternoons at Kihei Resort. The grounds are serene with a number of water features and beautifully maintained, lushly planted with tropical flowering shrubs and palm trees.
Unit 113 was our sanctuary after busy days spent sightseeing. The condo complex is a quiet place, away from the noisy crowds of Kihei's business section, located further south. The unit is clean and nicely furnished (à style Hawaiian) with all the amenities needed for a longterm stay. There is a real sense of community with many regular tenants who willingly engage in poolside chats and conversations around the communal barbecue grills.
Host Imrana Mouna and On-Island Contact Tracy Edwards were always easily reached and very accommodating to special requests.
We would not hesitate to return to Kihei Resort and highly recommend this unit vacation rental to others!

The stay could not have gone better. My wife's a chef and found everything she needed to create wonderful meals from the nearby markets. The washer and dryer was a nice touch that saved on packing space. This unit is far enough back from the road that we didn't notice the passing cars. Right across the street from the Turtle Cove. Fantistic value.

The condo was located in a great location and very nice. However after a long day of travel walking to the pool and finding out it’s closed. We weren’t told that nor was it in the condo info. That was one of the main reasons for choosing this location. I messaged the property owner on night 1 regarding this and no response.

Imrana responded quickly and the property is close to everything in Kihei and well equipped. It was about 2 miles from little downtown Kihei and within walking distance from the beach. Great for families or hanging out with a partner. Will definitely book again and absolutely recommend.

Went to see the turtles on the beach in front of the condo early in the morning (6 am). Nice experience, the bay isnt deep. The condo is clean, the kitchen is well equiped. There a washing machine and in the same space there is stuff for the beach. Great place

The room is very nice and clean the only problem we had is that we couldn’t sleep in the bedroom starting between 12:00clock and 2:00 O’clock there are Roosters crowing out side you’re window. This goes on all night long every night long this is very bad.
There is a pullout bed in the front room that is usable could use a new mattress. You can walk across the street and swim in the ocean with the Turtles, afterwords Take a swim In the pool.

When we arrived the unit was impeccable, spotless, everything was as described, very comfortable and very well appointed, everything we needed was here, for living, for the beach, outings, everything, couldn't have asked for anything more, would LOVE to stay here again, thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!
Location is right across the street from great Indian food and a couple of great beachs to enjoy, nice for those quick sunset outings
Support - had an issue with the beach umbrella, had multiple choices delivered in minutes, had the microwave fail, a new one was delivered the next morning, that's what I call service! and very friendly and supportive at that!

Wonderful place to stay in Maui.
Condo was everything I could have wanted and more. Felt very much at home with all the conveniences and the place and property is very we maintained.
People in the complex as well as the unit manager were among the nicest people we met. A very welcoming place.
The area was perfect with all the beautiful and breathtaking beaches close by.
I would definitely return here my next visit.

This was a very beautiful condo, well equipped and cool. The a/c in bedroom and living room was a great idea as those hot summer nights are hot and sticky. This is a huge selling point!!!!!! This condo was reasonably priced and very homey. The bed was very comfortable and inviting. Love, Love it....I was able to move around and prepare for my wedding in the comforts of this beautiful condo. I would like to stay here again for a vacation

Imrana's condo is clean, well-equipped, spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler. I appreciated the cooler and beach chairs and made good use of them. The bed was not as firm as I like but comfy nonetheless.
The quality and affordability of the unit made up for its non-beachfront location. The unit is in the back of the development and was generally quiet. While I did hear footsteps from the unit above, it wasn't too bothersome, and I'm sensitive to noise.
The grounds were lush with tropical foliage. The pool area was small and not especially appealing, but who needs a pool when miles of beach are a short walk away?!
This was my first time in Kihei, and I found it convenient for touring various parts of the island. Imrana was very responsive and gracious host who answered all my questions promptly. I would stay here again.

My husband and me spent a wondeful, relaxed week in the "Tiki Condo". It's perfect if you need a calm, private stay in Maui. It's clean, comfy and looks exactly as the pictures tell.
You'll need a car to access the "city center" of Kihei and all the marvellous beaches of South Maui (don't miss Big Beach!!!). Everything you'll need for a perfect beach day is provided (From body board to beach chairs and towels). But the beach accross the street is perfect for endless, early morning walks.

We stayed at this Kihei Resort Condo during our last week on Maui, it had everything a person could ask for. The condo manager was exceptional, she ensured we settled in and that we had everything that we needed. The layout of this place is really nice, the kitchen is gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable. Within walking distance there are many beaches, great places to eat, shop and hang out. A very comfortable and relaxing environment to come back to at the end of a busy day.

Not only is this condo beautifully (and comfortably) updated, it is in a superb location: easy access to the beach, the airport, Lahaina and the rest of the island. We found this condo to be very clean well laid out and quiet, it immediately felt like home to my wife and I and our 2 teenage boys. The pictures and description clearly reflect what your getting and the owner was very patient and informative with us. The complex that it is located in is well taken care of that will provide any visitor with a immediate feel of holidaying in the tropics. This property is located well back from South Kihei Rd so we had zero road noise. It is very well situated in South Maui for easy access to all Maui has to offer. The pool and BBQ areas were a huge bonus to us on our days when we didn't feel like going to the beach. This condo has it all, my wife and I couldn't ask for more! Thank you !!!

This condo is a centrally located paradise in itself. The grounds are beautiful, the area has everything and the condo itself is stocked with everything you need to make your stay easy and peaceful. My daughters and I really enjoyed this place located right across the road from a beautiful beach. The beach and bath towels are plentiful and fluffy. Our rental was incredibly comfortable, quiet and private. We felt totally at home throughout our stay. The complex was well treed so that other units within the complex were not directly visible, adding to the privacy. Activities on the Island were easy to get to from this location as well as shopping locations nearby.

We had an awesome time in Maui- our time in the condo was excellent as well. We found it to be a very comfortable place to come home to at the end of some busy, fun filled days spent at the various beaches and sight seeing. This was our first time visiting Maui and we definitely want to come back!
The kitchen had most everything we needed so we were able to cook some meals in.It was very handy to have the washer and dryer as well especially for a stay of more than a week. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the beaches. All in all, a great experience in a lovely condo!

Very clean, well appointed condo easily accessible to south Maui beaches. Quiet, private lanai bordered by low fence and mature foliage. Mature foliage also reduces light into the living space of the dwelling which may not bother most, but was a disappointment to us. Kitchen and bathroom were most up to date of any place we have stayed in the islands and the bed was very comfortable. The owner and local manager were both easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend 113 to our friends. Great value!

Lovely quiet complex with such a beautiful courtyard that created your own private jungle outside your lanai. Spent many an early sunny morning sitting there reading and listening to the birds. Great central location for where we wanted to go and easy parking. Very well equipped for cooking and eating..a home away from home. We will be back to Maui and this is where we want to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Kihei Resort condo.
Loved the emerald green tropicals viewed from the lanai and comfy furniture to sit on.
Being able to phone home for free is a much appreciated added bonus.
The kitchen is well equipped for meals in. Lovely king sized bed.
We especially enjoyed sugar beach right across the road.
Watching TV in the evenings was a nice way to end the day.
We would highly recommend this cozy condo.
