It was an amazing location and the property was everything we could ask for. We loved all the accessories and beach gear and the Pool and Hot Tub were a hit with the whole family after a long day at the beach. We’ll be back for sure

Every need was anticipated in this welcoming, well-decorated 3BR stair-free unit with wonderfully heated pool and spa and much more. We really appreciated access to jigsaws, boogie boards and kids books when our grandkids dropped by . The owners could not have been more helpful. 5 stars.

The views and location (just yards from the water with no obstructions in between) were to die for, near to everything and yet the feeling of a nice getaway, too. Poolside we enjoyed visiting with guests from the East Coast to Alaska and enjoyed the Christmas Star, too. The New Year’s Eve fireworks all around us were a nice reprieve from the Covid thing which really does put everyone on edge to some degree. Frank down at the main office seemed to navigate it all in stride, though. All of his staff were great except for one employee that didn’t want the family to bring in a chair for Grandma to help watch the grandchildren at the pool and he made it a point to single her out until thankfully Frank had a good talk with him.:) It was nice having sand toys, goggles, beach chairs, and beach towels provided. We all absolutely loved the robes found in each of the bedroom closets, eight altogether, I’ve never seen that many provided. We appreciated the dish detergent, hair dryers, extra laundry detergent and bathroom tissue plus the oversized medicine cabinet in the master bathroom sink area (possibility an upgrade and such a great idea.) It helped us keep toiletries out-of-the-way. My granddaughters and I enjoyed sharing the walk in closet off the master bath area. Each of us had our own hanging clothes bar. The condo itself could use a light update such as new pillows with appropriate covers, new mattresses with mattress covers, etc. Several were soiled and spotted. I just tried not to think about it. The sheets could also be upgraded to hotel quality or a higher thread-count. The elastic on the fitted queen set was starting to lose it’s grip. Thankfully the mattresses seemed comfortable. The oversized chair with footstool in the front room is due for a change out, also. Housekeeping could schedule a little more time to do their cleanings because for example the toilet in the master bathroom had a heavy black mold-looking ring on the inside and I had to scrub it out with a toilet brush upon arrival. I didn’t have any problems maintaining it after that. The glass shower surround was spotted and I was told that it was hard water spotting but with the right Biodegradable product and a little extra scrubbing it could be made to look like new. I realize birds can be a problem with exterior furnishings but I did have to scrub the chairs before any of us felt comfortable sitting on them. All in all a perfect location which made for a nice family reunion.

We've been coming to Kai Lani for many years, and this was one of our best. The coronavirus pandemic hit during the beginning of our stay, and being locked down at the house for two months really highlighted the magic of the property. All of the properties fronting the ocean are wonderful, but this one is special, being located on a rise, and giving such a magnificent panoramic view: ocean, sunsets, whales, birds, stars, and wonderful breezes. The combination of tropical beauty and being pampered by such friendly and helpful owners made for a fantastic stay. Thanks Jon for your hospitality.

This was our second time staying in Jon’s place and it’s just our favorite. Perfect for families and located close to everything you need, it can’t be beat. Our first visit went off without a hitch. This year we had a couple hiccups and Jon was on them super fast— he couldn’t be nicer or more responsive! We’re already planning our next trip back!

Our party was six friends (seniors) staying for a two week vacation. It was a perfect spot for us, close to everything but away from the crowds. The condo was big enough for us. The sunsets each night were beautiful right from our lanai. The lanai was a little small for six people but we made it work. The pool was very close and it was never crowded. Disney is a short ride from the condo or a 20 minute walk. The condo had everything we needed. We didn't have to call anyone for anything during our two week stay. Would highly recommend this condo .

We absolutely loved this place! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, more so than most places we've stayed. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout was great for our family. We love the lagoons at Ko' Olina, and this is a great location because you can walk to the first lagoon and not have to worry about parking. Owner provides plenty of toys, books, games, beach equipment, and more! The sunsets EVERY day were incredible!! I am still sad after leaving! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Jon’s condo is amazing! It’s location is prefect! The lani opens up to a vast grassy area and you can sit on the lani and enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail and watch the beautiful sunset. We watched humpback whales breach in the waves! The way this lani faces the ocean and the grassy area makes it so private. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need. Each bedroom had two cozy bathrobes in the closets! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would have at your own home and more. Communicating with Jon was so easy and pleasant. He was very quick to respond to each of my questions. If you want to go to Oahu but stay in a relaxing place away from the busy areas of Waikiki then Ko Olina and this condo is prefect. The pool area is beautiful and was never crowded. We will definitely be staying again in Jon’s condo! Thank your for making our vacation an amazing one!

Jake and I fell in love with the scenery the minute we parked at Kai Lani. The fact that the backyard was a wide open space overlooking the ocean was heavenly! A true paradise picture. We really appreciated Pomai's welcome and the tour of the condo and grounds (and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch - red, our favourite). The binders with all the information was easily accessible and everything was neat and up-to-date. Jon was easily available when we needed him. We look forward to our next visit. This was one of our favorite vacations to date! The condo had everything we needed! In fact, I wish we hadn't packed as many things as we did, because most of the items we needed were already there! They had strollers, a high chair, playpens, monitors, floaties for the pool, umbrellas, boogie boards, goggles, you name it! We loved that we could walk to the beaches, stores, restaurants, other resorts, etc. The pool was a 2 min walk (not even) from our door, and the kiddos loved the easy access to it! The beds were comfortable and large. There was lots of space for cooking and relaxing! Anything we needed Jon was very quick to reply and help us out. If we were to head back to Oahu, we would definitely stay there again!

The condo was everything we expected, it was better than described in every way. Jon was excellant to deal with and could not have been more accommodating, he responded immediately whenever we reached out to him. The staff at Kai Lani are also so nice and helpful. I could not recommend this condo and Jon's hospitality more highly.
