If lanai time matters,
choose ocean or pool-facing units; back or road-side listings mention highway, loading-dock or valet-area views and noise.
Pick Luana Garden Villas for more space,
quieter villa pools and nearby parking, but expect roughly a 5-minute walk to beach, Duke's and tower pools.
