This was a great spot for our family to land during our 11 nights in Maui. It’s a great central spot close to things but not fully IN the tourist/retail spots. It was easy to hit all sides of Maui from this point and neighbors and locals were super friendly as were the hosts. We will recommend this spot here and with friends! Thanks!

Spent our 2nd week in Hawaii in Maui and picked a winner with this unit! Matt was wonderful to work with and provided a lot of helpful information about where to go and what to see. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. No full size oven but the counter top oven was all we needed. Located directly across the street from the beach made it very convenient for our daily walks. The road in front of the condo was closed while we were there due to construction which was a bonus so there was no traffic. The location is pretty central to any part of the island. The complex was very quiet and it was wonderful to see the ocean from the lanai. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in wonderful accommodations!

Our family had an amazing 2 weeks at this condo! Was very clean, and very comfortable! Everything was as described and more! Was amazing being so close to the beach, and seeing the turtles every day! The on-site Manager kept the property in immaculate condition! Was impressed watching him each day with such detail to his work and property condition!! Will be back!!! Book this condo, you will be happy you did!!

Our stay in this condo was so pleasant and comfortable for our family of five (parents/2 teens/1 tween). It was an easy drive from the airport (even at night for first-time visitors like us) and we had no problem parking and getting in. The condo is beautifully renovated and decorated and was stocked with everything needed for a great beach vacation. We appreciated the boogie board, beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear. The balcony was lovely and the pool/hot tub area was great. It was the perfect home base from which to explore all that Maui has to offer.
We were there during the wildfires and our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Lahaina and Maui. We thank the condo owners for their care and concern during that time.

The rental was more than clean. Almost as if it was brand new!! It is well equiped and may have more than what is stated in the rental description.
It is well located on Maui and in Kihei as well. Close to everything by car. On the balcony you have a view to the ocean. A dining table on the balcony could be a nice addition for breakfast or supper since you have great sunsets there.
Only thing I was a bit underwhelmed is the communication with the owner. Before we arrived they made sure all was ok for us and the information about the rental was clear and complete.
Once we got there we had some questions about the potential Hurricane Calvin first. No response.
Later, the renters that were coming after us came a day early and it created a confusion at night because they tried to enter the unit while we were still there for the night. So I informed the owners and never got a response from them. It was the only matter we had but the rest was perfect. I would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The unit was clean and in good repair. Parking was never a problem. The pool was wonderful, and the beach across the street had sunsets that became our family's nightly activity.

Beautiful condo in kihei. Very close to the beach for leisurely walking. Lots of kitchenware for when you want to stay in and cook. Pool area was nice. And the beach chair came in very handy! Would come back :)

Wow! Everything you need for vacation fun in a beautifully appointed condo directly across from a long sandy beach.
From kitchen to pool toys to beach needs, this condo has it all!.
My only suggestion is a new hideabed/ couch.
Other than that perfect for our family of five !

Our family of 5 were so comfortable here. We would stay here again. The complex is quiet and across the street from a quiet little beach, where you can see the sunset. It was so nice to have the kitchen (we ate most of our meals in ...eating out was $100 avg for 5 and that's at a little stand....nothing fancy) and washer/dryer. Etty and Matt give great notes/instructions for everything. We had a fabulous stay and vacation!! Thanks Etty and Matt!!

Aloha! What a great trip. Thank you for letting us stay and loved the condo. Really appreciated all the baby stuff- the crib and high chair as they made the trip so much easier. The beach chairs and cooler were awesome, too! The snorkel gear has seen better days so we just rented ours from Snorkel Bobs and it worked great. The location is literally across the street to a beach but we mostly went to other beaches around Maui. Thanks again for the wonderful stay! You condo really is lovely and we had a great time!

We had a great stay here. Check in was super easy. The condo is much nicer than the other local places we’ve rented: it has crown mounding and real furniture. The lanai has a view of the ocean and it’s a great place to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is super quiet and we all slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the beach chairs and boogie board. We would love to come back in the future!

It was a little far from downtown Kihei but with a car it wasn't a problem getting where we wanted to go. Right across the road from the ocean. Bed wasn't the most comfortable ever but it was okay. The property was clean and roomy. Nice pool and hot tub area. Would definately book again

The property was impeccable. It was clean and quiet. The community pool and Bbq place was great too. Walking along the beach every morning to get some pastry/coffee and watching the sunset became a routine for my family. We even saw a shooting star while stargazing on the balcony. Other than the wifi issue, it was a great place to stay. Everything was less than 10 minutes drive. We wouldn't mind staying there again.

The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and it was so nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards available. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed our time!

I would say that the place is even better than the pictures. I love the design of the room and the quality of all facilities. I felt like that I stayed at my own home there - super comfortable. You can have ocean view from the lani. I enjoyed looking at the stars there at night. The beach across the road has very beautiful sunset. The location is great. In the center of the island, you can easily drive to anywhere on Maui. Matt is super nice and helpful. I appreciate all he had offered for my stay. I was really grateful to stay in this beautiful place to celebrate my birthday. I will come back definitely when visiting Maui next time. Thanks again, Matt!

We (family of 5) had an excellent time in Maui. This condo is in a good area with activities and shopping nearby. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Condo is very clean and well equipped, just as advertised. The Kihei area is not very upscale but good for kids and family. Beach accross the street is decent but we didn't swim in it. Many other beaches in Maui that are much better. Overall, we had a great time!

This was a great location. We had access to beaches all along the road. The place was nicely updated with all of the essentials. I would recommend this place again. If you wanna enjoy Maui this is a great location and condo. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The beach towels were nice and thick.There was plenty of kitchen equipment to help cook our evening dinners.

Due to COVID there was no way to travel to Maui as the borders were closed and all flights cancelled. The property owner refused to refund any of the money paid even though it was strongly recommended by VRBO. She even kept the cleaning deposit which is very shady.

This is a clean, well-appointed property.. It is very spacious and inviting. The lanai has an ocean view and we could see whales spouting, off in the distance. It is an easy walk to the beach and the host provided beach chairs, and other beach equipment for our use. It is an excellent starting point for access to all parts of the island. We had a wonderful time! Miss it already!

Four of us (all women) stayed here from Dec 27th - Jan 3rd, 2019, New Years week and it was a great place to stay. It was a great location convenient to many of the locations that we visited while on Maui. Close to restaurants and shopping and you can't get closer to the beach unless you found a place right on the water. Not crowded at all. All your cooking and eating utensils were provided and we did cook dinner one night. Note: Don't freak out when you finally notice there is no oven, only a microwave! Turns out the microwave is also a convention oven - Google for instructions on how to use it. That's what we did. The only thing that needed improving upon were the air conditioners. The units in the bedrooms, especially the king size bedroom, did not cool the rooms very well. I don't know if they needed Freon but they are pretty old and new ones would work much better. Notes are placed all over the condo letting you know how things work and really help adjust to a place you don't know. The only missing note in the book was where the fuse box was. We blew a fuse and had to text the owners to find out it was behind one of the pictures. This should probably be added to the book or put a note on the wall. Overall it was a great place to stay for a Maui vacation... beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided!

Nice reclusive location compared to other touristy parts of Kihei. The beach is across the street. So easy to take a dip or go for a run and and shower off. Pool also on premise should you want to swim there (good evening option). Short drive to other Kihei beaches and restaurants. The condo was nicely cared for, clean, decorated, comfortable, including A/C. Easy to access reserved parking. Farmer's market, nature park, and quiet boardwalk nearby. Some fun things to do: check out Paia Bowl in Paia for a delicious invigorating smoothie in the morning and then tale the short drive to see the Ho'Okipa turtles! Coconuts for great fish tacos and seared ahi tuna sandwiches. Fork and Salad for delicious salads (enjoy the wild hens and chics if they visit). Check out the great Luau at the Grand Wailea Hotel (cheap tickets to be had courtesy of Costco). Boss Frogs for a trip out to Molokini Crater for snorkeling (avoid Groupon and book directly, GroupOn botched our ticket order). Iao Valley very accessible and very beautiful (not too steep). Hope your trip is as awesome as ours was!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and very neat, very well stocked and lots of nice touches. The location is very convenient to the beach and the pool was very nice too. For two friends who are used to living on their own, it was nice we each had a bedroom and our own "space" if we needed it. The biggest issue is the lack of wifi in the unit, but we overcame this by using my friend's phone's data via a hotspot. There is decent wifi at the pool, but we couldn't get it to work in the unit, even on the lanai.

This condo had all the amenities we needed to make our first trip to Maui comfortable. The location was quiet and had a nice view from the lanai. The only downfall was that the wifi was weak and you had to go down to the pool to use it. Otherwise i would recommend staying here.

In the most important of ways when we're traveling, we enjoyed staying at this condo very much. We are a family of 4 that includes 2 young kids and we had one other adult with us. The beds were super comfortable and the complex was quiet and convenient to the town of Kihei and only about 20 minutes from the airport! It's also across the street from a decent beach, but not one that we spent much time at since there are more beautiful ones just a few miles away. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans and every room and 3 beach towels and beach chairs for the beach along with a nice, large umbrella and top quality snorkeling gear. The kitchen and bath are updated and the whole condo has a super nice stone floor.
The downfalls of the condo were: no internet (only at the pool), no closet to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms, odd seating in the dining area, and the place wasn't ready upon our arrival (a miscommunication between the owners and the house cleaners, who are super nice ppl and cleaned the place meticulously). We were flexible with this mishap; it was the owners' (the husband) attitude that was off setting. He didn't identify himself on the phone nor apologize for the inconvenience. However, all of my interactions with Etty were positive.

We enjoyed Etty's Condo, 207 Kihei Holiday last year so much that we came back
again this year. The location is perfect, the beach is just across the street. Kihei is
such a neat area, excellent little uncrowded restaurants. When we didn't feel like going
out, we took full advantage of Etty's updated kitchen and appliances. We awoke to the
sound of roosters crowing next door each morning...we've been back in Colorado 2 days and already miss our Maui home. Mahalo Etty...we'll see you next year. :-)
