Your condo is very quiet and is in an amazing location with breathtaking views of the pool and ocean. It was a reassuring to be able to lock the front storm door. Parking is convenient and we were able to access the condo easily with the code. Thank you for providing air conditioning for the bedrooms and living room. The beads were comfortable. The AC filters need to be cleaned very soon. We would’ve liked to have availability to some cleaning products for floors and bathrooms to keep the place clean while we were there. We would love to stay in this exact unit again, except we would prefer to book a unit at WBH without carpet next time. We would love to give our five star rating to Henry the property manager. Henry was very friendly, helpful, and kind. He also meticulously upheld the strata rules. He takes his job very seriously and was always out working. He recommended local sites such as the strawberry farm and fish hatchery to name a few.

Condo has a great view and is super close to lots of stores. We walked to dinner, the market, coffee, rented snorkels and a my son got a week membership at a local gym. Watched the sun set each night from the beach and even saw sea turtles too. Highly recommend this condo. We are a family of five and my youngest is 14 and it was perfect for us.

I can't say enough about the location, right on the beach. Bring your water shoes to fully enjoy your stay. The condo was clean and smelled great. The place is old, the furniture is dated, the garbage trucks will wake you at the Crack of dawn. The fridge worked great but it felt like was a temporary unit. The pool was awesome. There is a church next door who offers free meals daily, we witnessed many unhoused folks sleeping around the nearby grocery store.

Really enjoyed the space of the condo. Having children with us and it being 2 bedroom versus having to pull out the sofa bed every night was great. Amazing view of the pool and ocean and the garden grounds were very nice.

We were very happy with the 2 bed/2 bath condo, view of the pool and ocean were fantastic. Nice gas BBQ's on property. Shuffleboard was fun. Condo was fully equipped with lots of extra kitchen items, beach towels, boogie board, beach chairs, and lots of extra's that made staying at the condo very comfortable and nice. Small dishwasher but was perfect for our stay.

Pros - very nice condo, very clean inside, nice amenities like beach chair, snorkel gear, and lots of towels. Steps to the beach, beautiful view from condo. Walking distance to coffee shop, grocery stores and shops.
Opportunity for improvement - need more paper towels, need more hand soap. We had an swarm of gnats the first night in the 2nd bedroom, we think it may have come thru the wall air conditioner. Would be nice to have big spray. Outside facility looks outdated. Would be nice to have washer/ dryer inside condo.

Wow what a view! Great location. Just steps from a nice beach. Grocery store restaurants all within 700/800 feet. With more just a mile down the road. Condo is well equipped. Clean condo and beds are comfortable and A/C works well. Several grill poolside are great for eat in days. Nice beach chairs and umbrella available. Stay here!

I asked the cleaners for one extra trash bag and they denied me. So I couldn’t take the last of the trash to the dumpster. And we only had three rolls of toilet paper for a family for a week. Other then that everything else was nice.

Also, when trying to wash the laundry it was challenging to get availability because of housekeeping doing laundry at the time I needed it.
Next, I would ask for a lower level unit.

It is a fantastic property. On a very nice beach just steps from the condo. Nice pool, well cared for. All amenities needed in kitchen. Very nice to have beach chairs and umbrella. Also a soft sided cooler but it was pretty old with a broken zipper, non the less a great thing to have . Also a boogy board. We loved it and would stay there again.*clean, no mold!

Driving up to the property we all were a little skepical as the outside looked a little dated, but as soon as we opened the door to our condo and opened the currents to the balcony, WOW! Every view was awesome. The grounds were immaculate, the pool amazing, and the ocean, breathtaking. To have our own piece of paradise was exactly what my family needed.

First I’d like to say this is not our original choice. I had originally picked a much smaller complex but we were informed about two weeks before that our rental had a broken lanai door so they accommodated us and moved us to a new complex where we could actually sit on our lanai because that was important to us. With that being said there were some things I was very unhappy about. But let’s start with pros. The place was clean ( never saw a bug) it had all the amenities we possibly could use, it had a great view of the ocean and the property seemed well-maintained. It’s an older complex but that was fine with us we don’t need fancy.Cons: The proximity to your neighbors. The shape of the complex is \_/. We were on the lower right flat section corner 2nd floor. We had somebody below us and then we had people to the right of us. Our problem started the first day when the people (grandparents, their son and his daughter 4-5yrs old) to the right of us lower level sat outside and screamed and yelled at the little girl.. They had family staying in the building across the courtyard and the kids ran rampant. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not blaming the kids it was more the parent who screamed at his kid whenever he wanted her to come back and didn’t just scream but he counted all day long seated in his chair with drink in hand. The family talked so loud and dropped f bombs every other word that it was too uncomfortable to be out on our own Lanai. I tried a couple evenings so we can watch the sunset but it but it was so awful sitting out there and listening to the screaming and yelling. I noticed other people sitting on their second floor lanai‘s looking down at the same family also having their peace disrupted. It was actually ironic the reason we moved from the first complex was because the lanai door wouldn’t open so we couldn’t just go out and sit on our lanai the second place we still could

This was a great place to stay on Maui! We were able to watch the sunset from our Lanai, take the kids swimming in the pool in the evening while grilling dinner with the available gas grills. The kitchen in the condo was incredibly well stocked! We would stay here again anytime.

We had a great time in Maui, Kihei and the condo were great. The location of the condo can’t be beat- just a short walk to sandy beaches and a quiet location. We were able to watch 20 sea turtles come ashore each night with just a five minute walk down the beach!

We enjoyed our family reunion with 11 other condos being rented from Rentals Maui for our family. The units were clean and well maintained. This place was in such a great location and convenient for my family and I. We had groceries stores close by and a different variety of restaurants and places to eat when we weren’t cooking at home. Overall we were satisfied with our stay at this property considering its value. We had direct ocean view, and enjoyed the view daily from the balcony. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities. It had beach chairs, however no umbrella. Beach itself was nice, however water very shallow ( waist level ) and calm with smooth rocks on the bottom, still water shoes recommended. We were able to spot turtles daily. Each room equipped with air conditioner unit, which was a bit noisy, so for light sleepers may be challenging to get good night sleep. Bedroom with double beds had lighter/ thinner quilts, however master bedroom was equipped with a thicker comforter, which I found too warm. Property grounds are very well maintained and clean. Location is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants, also central location to all other activities you may be planning.

Small condo complex in north Kihei with a grocery store right around the corner. The unit is equipped with all the kitchen appliances and tools you’ll need. There are a few beach chairs and coolers available for your day at the beach. Lap-size swimming pool kept nice and warm. The unit was very clean. Some people have said it’s dated but I’d call it Hawaiian-style decor: wicker-style furniture. All clean an operable but not dated. Drip-style coffee maker.

This place was clean and a great place to stay for the week. It was quiet but close to everything. It was really nice to have a pool and to be steps to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property in a perfect location in Kihei. It's close the grocery stores restaurants and beaches. The property is dated inside but the pictures portray that in the listing. We were there in late July and in the afternoon the ac units could not keep the living/dining area cool but the bedrooms remained cool if you kept the doors closed. Overall I would recommend this property and if we go back I would definitely stay at this location.

Exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to town, a fantastic beach. Good amenities. Well stocked with beach chairs, towels etc. EXTREMELY responsive management, literally had someone come in less than 20 minutes after our call.

Just the perfect place we ever wanted and expected on this get away. Central location it being in Kihei, reasonable rates, very accessible to a grocery store, church and almost beachfront. Highly recommend and hoping to come back on the same unit.

My family of 6 had a great time in this location, but this unit needs updating.PROs: easy beach access. Sheltered design of the complex provided protection from the Daily winds. View was great. Beach was less used and so we enjoyed the lack of crowds and the gentle waves allowed for easy swimming for the kids. The complex is centrally located and made day trips a breeze with close proximity to restaurants and any other needs. We simply walked to many places.CONs: the unit was outdated (mid 90s) and things are breaking down. The beds were worn out. The recliner was broken. The AC helped but lacking when the sunit sets and shines throughave. It sleeps 6, but only has seating for 4. Other units in the complex had been updated. The beach water is more cloudy than other surrounding beaches.Overall, I would stay at this complex, but would prefer a different unit.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Our unit had an incredible View and included everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The complex was very quiet and the perfect environment for our relaxing vacation. Extra kudos to the excellent customer service that we received from the property managers as well. We had a unique billing situation that they resolved to our satisfaction, all in a matter of an hour or so. I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to return! Mahalo!

Easy and great. We had a wonderful stay in Kihei. The condo unit was located close to beautiful beaches and easy access to activities via car. It was nice to have a pool and the view each night of the sunset was spectacular.

We loved this condo. The furniture was a bit outdated, but very cozy and comfortable for 4 adults. The view was unbeatable with a quick walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. The location was ideal, on the same block as a grocery store and one block from a larger shopping center.February was a big whale month and we could see them jumping from the shoreline in addition to the amazing show we experienced on our whale watching tour. In addition, just outside the condo there were many sea turtles along the shoreline. I would stay at this location again and will recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ocean view, pool suitable for lap swimming, only a few m from the ocean with fantastic sunsets. The owner might consider to replace the carpet and the TV as both are not really new.However, we would rent again the unit.
