Location of this condo is just amazing! Lanai faces the pool and has an ocean view. Kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything you may need to cook! Great supermarket and lot of Maui’s best restaurants are just around the corner. Safeway is 3 minutes driving away.
Self check-in was easy and fast, all instructions were very clear and communication was great, no spam from the host.
Few cons: this apartment is pretty dark and a bit outdated. On one hand it’s not hot, we didn’t use air conditioning at all (stayed in December). On other - feels like you never have a sunlight inside. The other thing is bed, it was super soft and not comfortable. If you have a back/neck issues it would be a real trouble!

We LOVED this property! We’ve had several groups and been here several weeks so we’ve seen and used multiple units in multiple properties and this one is, by far, the best laid out and best equipped. AND it’s classy; the furniture is real rattan. The pool is perfect. AND there was a turtle in the beach!!

Unit D-223 is an excellent updated unit, well stocked and in very good condition. I did buy a new florescent bulb for the circular kitchen light becuse it was too dark in the kitchen without it. The property grounds are vey well maintained, but I asked the manager to replace the gas blower they use because it is deafiningly loud at the second floor. But we'll be back to D-223 for the third time in the near future.

This property was perfect in every way! The space was clean, modern, comfortable and well decorated. There is a only one window air conditioner, located in the bedroom, which is loud but fortunately I did not need to use it. Instead, I kept the front door open with the screen door closed and opened the balcony door to create a nice, cool, cross breeze from the trade winds throughout the condo. At night, keeping the bedroom windows open made it comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for cooking and storing food. The balcony had spectacular views of the ocean, beach chairs, and a drying rack for wet towels and swimsuits which was greatly appreciated! I particularly loved the pool for my lap swimming every morning! The beach was just steps away from the front door where I enjoyed my morning coffee, daily walks and nightly sunset viewing. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and many popular beaches and destinations. I would definitely stay here again!

The place attended all of our expectations, and the apartment was super clean, except for one toilet paper that was dirty, I believe the way it was displayed, but not a big deal. All amenities of the condo was so great, and if you wanna stay in a location that you can go for different parts of the island, I’d recommend that place. It’s not a tourism area, such as Lahaina, but everything around attended us.

This property was absolutely perfect for me and my partner. It is located only about 50 yards from the Lipoa Street Beach which made sunset walks incredibly convenient. Also about half a block down the street is a large grocery store with everything you could need for your stay. The condo was well stocked with all the beach equipment you could need including towels, chairs, and even an umbrella and cooler!

The unit was nice and clean. Living room does get too hot during the day, but if you're out and about all day it's not a big deal. The couch isn't comfortable enough to chill in there for long periods anyway. Go out and enjoy the beautiful peaceful beach right outside instead! You can use the beach to walk north and south and sneak the back way to restaurants since the main road isn't very pedestrian friendly here.

The appliances are all top quality. Furnishings are good, but it would sure be nice to have a comfortable easy chair or recliner. The listing photos are current -- what you see is what you get. The WIFI was reliable. The interaction with the management agency was easy from booking to checkout.We walked on the long stretches of beach every day. A group of residents formed a conch choir to trumpet the sunset as folks gathered at the west side of the property each evening. There's a variety of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store across the street.We'll be back.

This was a beautiful property. It was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located on a beautiful property. It made for a great vacation. Our only criticism would be that we could never cool the unit down no matter how many windows and doors we opened and fans we turned on. Thank goodness for the air conditioner in the bedroom.

Clean, affordable. Only issue was it was advertised as having ac which it did. But only a small unit in the bedroom. So the unit did get hot during the day. But other than that. Everything was well supplied and as advertised. Would recommend staying.

The unit was very clean and well-supplied. The view from the balcony is great and the pool is large and perfect for relaxing and cooling off after exploring the island. The grounds are nicely landscaped and very well maintained. The mattress was quite soft, and a leg on the balcony table was loose, but otherwise this a very nice unit. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is great to explore Maui from Kihei. We didn’t swim on the beach near apartment as it was a little muddy during our visit and we had to drive to Lahaina for snorkeling, but the view and the sunsets were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. Thank you!

The site is beautiful, clean and well maintained.The condo itself is well equipped with a beautiful and functional kitchen with new appliances and all the necessary dishes to cook good meals.CONS: The decoration would need a little renewal. The mattress in the room is too soft, and a king bed would be more comfortable. No central AC. There is a small window AC in the room which makes a lot of noise. A Little love is needed... ex: towel rack and toilet paper that fall out...Over all... we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommand it without a doubt!

The view is EXACTLY what they show online, which was amazing. It was right on the beach, and had a pool that we didnt really use but was still to have outside our window. It's in a fun area. We thought the area gets a little sketchy at night, but overall I felt really safe.

Great central location if you want to see a lot of the island. This condo complex is smaller and quieter than high touristy areas, but it was very nice, clean, and right on the beautiful beach!! Beach was never crowded and we saw sea turtles every day either in the ocean or on land! Ocean was quite calm here so it was a nice place to swim and play in the water. Also walking distance to grocery store so that was nice too! We will definitely stay here again.

Great central location to Murillo beaches abs towns in Maui. Place was clean with easy checkin and checkout. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and easy beach access (nice to walk in the mornings). I also liked having the option of the pool which was nice to use, has a good store and coffee shop within walking distance, both were great. I would definitely recommend and also utilize the vacation rental again.

We were there for our delayed honeymoon (thanks to Covid). The location of the property was fantastic!! Centrally located and beautiful sunsets from the lanai! Had to get used to not having AC in the main living room. Glad we had it in the bedroom though to help sleep. The living room furniture was not super comfortable to lounge on, but we didn't spend a lot of time inside anyway. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days before heading to another island. It was a quiet area which we liked. The view off the balcony is breathtaking! It was clean, equipped with everything you need, and just right for us. There's only one AC unit, it's in the bedroom and didn't blow very cold air so the condo wasn't cool but it was tolerable and not a big deal because we were only there to sleep. This condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had never been to Maui and were looking forward to a dream vacation. With one week at this rental and another week at another unit. Three days before our trip, we both came down with covid. Even though we are vaccinated! The airlines gave us credits. One condo gave us a full refund with proof of covid. This one took our 1500 and gave no refund or credit. It was a dream stolen. We had no choice but to cancel. How could anyone be so callus? Will Never rent again from this unit or company.

Been to Hawaii many times. The AC was unacceptable, way too loud and setting 10 wasn't very cool. Needs servicing. The bed curved into the middle. A storage box was placed under bed and stuck out. Foot very sore after stubbing toe. The shower was odd, sprayed with water when turned on. No instructions on keypad to clear codes so it will close. Finally figured it out on last day. No recycle trash can. But place was excellent location. Kitchen had everything needed....except pans that were toxic due to scraped teflon. The beach chairs were great! I am very easy going and don't expect a lot. But no sleep on vacation was disappointing. I rent my house and would never subject my guests to that.
