Our stay was absolutely amazing. The management was friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable, the condo is gorgeous, and OMG THE VIEW. Every morning we sipped our coffee on the balcony and enjoyed watching sea turtles - it was truly amazing

Can’t say enough about the Royal Kahana 610. Amazing views from huge well appointed balcony and the floor to ceiling windows. Condo was in good condition. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The Hawaii Life Stice Team were great to communicate with. The Royal Kahana staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool and grilling area was well kept and the pool temp was great!

Very nice interior condition. Overall property is showing the miles. Pool not much. We went to the Hyatt and got a day pass to their pool. Also, they were doing construction work all day we heard the jackhammers.

Absolutely beautiful, would highly recommend this rental. The view is gorgeous, we sat on the large balcony each morning and evening. Saw whale spouts all over the place. Turtles just off the shore. The place is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We would definitely rent again.

The location of this unit was great with a large balcony that overlooked the ocean and we were able to see whales almost constantly. Unit was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Building renovations were going on during our stay but was not an issue for us. Only issue we had was the washer was not working and could not be fixed while we were onsite. Was a little bit of an issue since we were on the tail end of a 2 week trip but we managed without it

What a beautiful condo. The layout was perfect. Basically 2 king suites and another 1/2 bath in the living area, so it was perfect for 2 couples with extra room for a couple more people if needed. Oceanfront view was amazing. Great location if you like a relaxed vacation. Several restaurants within walking distance. A few shops as well. Will definitely come back!

Views from this condo are incredible - amazing sunsets, and we saw sea turtles from the balcony at least 20 times. Great location on the island - easy walk to snorkel rental and a few shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Lahaina. Some casual restaurants with great views we enjoyed just a short drive away: The Gazebo, The Sea House, The Beach House. We also had a great time snorkeling just a short drive away at Slaughterhouse Beach (weird name but beautiful beach). Cold filtered water in the lobby for filling up our water bottles was great, too.

We stayed with our adult children in this lovely condo. The patio was great with amazing views of blue water and sea turtles. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo was well appointed. The air conditioner in the master was lacking, but there were fans available, so we just put it in front of the door and took air from the living room, which was quite cold. We enjoyed this property and would recommend with hesitation.

Overall, it was good. Condo was clean and well furnished. Did a nice job with the renovation but the original patio doors drag a little and the one nearest the dining area does not close properly (alignment). This condo has a great view and is in a good location. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. Walking distance to some good food as well. I do think the building's dryer duct system needs cleaning badly. It took FOREVER to dry any clothes and the dryer is a new(er) unit. The mattress in the master needs replacing as it is cupped to the middle. And the bed creeks quite a bit. If your partner turns at night, you will know it. Aside from that, we enjoyed the unit. Side note for all that may be wondering: The unit has a regular coffee pot w/filters AND a Keurig. Just in case you are wanting to stop on your way to the condo to gather items for your stay. The unit also had salt and pepper in it. No other condiments. Oh, and the control for the blinds is on the kitchen entry wall near the refrigerator, not by the windows. Again, a great view in a good location. No regrets staying here. Would rent it again.
