We had a great stay here in February. The sunset views were spectacular. The bay was also filled with humpback whales which locals informed us is common from Dec-March. Restaurants and breweries as well as shopping mall and beach are all walking distance and easy paths/sidewalks access. Snorkal Bobs is along your walk to beach, so pickup the cheap rental set (15) and walk to the beach in the AM (best snorkling time). The reef next to the beach is amazing and youll be swimming with beautiful coral, fish and sea turtles in minutes. Simply an unforgettable Maui experience.

Split AC in each bedroom and living area, making evenings cool and comfortable. Beds/bedding felt luxurious. The pull out couch was new, and also very comfortable. The pool was a short walk, and a nice way to enjoy the afternoon. The complex was quiet, and the grounds well maintained and beautiful. Definitely will stay again when we return!

Beautiful accommodations, owner has thought of everything you may need from stocked kitchen to thoughtful book selections. Gorgeous unit, great location. Our favorite VRBO to date. Also want to mention the caring management staff that reached out to us personally to check on our safety as the Maui wildfires began in the middle of our stay, as well as being very willing to help extend our stay if necessary should we be unable to get out on our flight. Top notch across the board!

The unit actually closed the day of our arrival and we were worried. Jeremy and his people made it seem like nothing happened. The unit is great and we love it there. You have all you need, close to the beach and most of all it is quiet.

Very quiet. Mostly elderly. Pool was a bit of a walk. Beautiful view of Grand Wailea hotel. Nice whale watching. Nice condo. Best for 2 couples as bathrooms are off bedrooms. Rooms are kind of small but lanai is large. Great place. Close to everything. Not really walking distance to the beach unless you’re in great shape.

The location of this unit was perfect for our family to have our own space but still be moments away from the resorts, beaches & shopping. The unit exceeded the needs of our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids (ages 6 & 2)) perfectly. It was tastefully updated, decorated, well-maintained and clean. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to come back!

The location is the best place on the island as far as my wife and guest are concerned. You rarely see anyone outside unless you are up at 5 am. The grounds are cleaned daily by a kind staff. It’s so quiet there. Who wants to stay down below with a few thousand people you do know and the bad behavior they may have. The pool is quiet. The unit has a great kitchen with all cooking needs. Great TVs and AC units in all rooms. Brand new automatic blinds and room darkening in each room. Beds are very comfortable. Storage is great for long term stay. All beach supplies are provided. We will continue to stay there each year.The Stice Team is wonderful to deal with.
