This three bedroom and 2 baths offer a resort-style living that offers expansive ocean views, great for sunsets from the living area lanai or the master bedroom and guest's room upstairs.
Upon entry, you are welcomed by a spacious living area and an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets a home chef needs. Enjoy the black stainless appliances, soft-close cabinets, and granite countertops. Keep the cook company, and be part of the conversation as you sit at the bar area. The living area is open to the kitchen, where you can watch cable TV or stream a movie from your favorite app on the large Smart TV.
The large dining area has a table for four so you can dine inside or enjoy the spacious layout of the room and have a family game night. There are two working stations, so you can work remotely or jump on a Zoom call. Enjoy the high-speed internet and the printer for guest's use. The lanai off the living area boasts stunning ocean and garden views. Enjoy the Hawaii air and the gas grill for your convenience and needs. There is also a half bath downstairs.
Upstairs is where you will find the three large bedrooms. The primary ensuite has a king bed, a love seat, and a large smart TV. Soak away the salt in the ensuite bathtub or walk-in shower—a large walk-in closet with access to a safe for your belongings. Sit out on your lanai and enjoy a cup of coffee and the spectacular ocean views. The guests' room has smart TVs, ample closet space, and central AC. One of the rooms has a full-size bed and access to the lanai off the master ensuite. The other guests' room has two twin beds, which can be converted to a king bed at the guest's request. The full bathroom is located in the hallway with a bathtub and shower.
Ideally located within a short walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park, and you will have access to beach equipment: beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and coolers. This townhome is truly a resort living at its finest in a great location.
Please note: This is a two-story home with no bedrooms or showers located on the main floor and is not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children, the home has an open lanai downstairs and is not childproof. This home has central AC.

Overall everything was great and we would stay again. A few things I want to mention. We arrived early and we did get an early check in which was great. The AC is controlled by the owner and is set to 75. Too warm for our liking but we asked if it could be turned down and we were accommodated. I think the AC should be included in the cost of the condo so it can be controlled by the people staying. The SMART TV’s are impossible to figure out. Granted we did not come here to watch TV but my husband wanted to watch football and it takes you Paramount Plus or Peacock or another app and you have to have a login. Netflix and Amazon Prime easy to use. The pillows in the master bedroom need to be replaced. We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to come back.

This unit was perfect, very clean and in a great location. Mgmt was very helpful and accessible. We will definitely be using this rental again in the future. Pool and gym are both excellent as well.

Our stay was fantastic! The place and location is excellent. The unit was clean, modern and exactly how it was described. It’s well stocked with all kitchen amenities, beach gear and games. TV’s in each room is nice so guests can have their private time is wanted. We couldn’t have asked for more and will be staying here the next time we visit the island.

I booked this unit for my family because it had what we wanted - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking our meals - good quality pots & pans, heavy duty plates, sharp knives, plenty of plates & glasses, and even a lot of containers with covers for leftover food. It also has 2 coffeemakers- a regular drip and a Keurig. The unit has a patio with a dining table and 6 chairs along with a gas grill. We used the gas grill to cook some steaks. It was great to eat outside in the evening around sunset. My grand-daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the property. She had the pool to herself on our last night there. If we come back to the Big Island again, I would like to book this unit again. We normally go to Maui, but my family now prefers the Big Island!

This property was perfect. The location was ideal for visiting all of the island and was particularly convenient given the immediate proximity of the shopping center that had a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants. We were able to visit the beaches, coffee plantations, and excursions that we had booked all within a few minutes drive.
The apartment itself provided more than enough space for a family of 5 to spread out a bit, but still afforded the chance to gather together in the living room on the comfy sectional.
The views from the apartment were fantastic and we were even able to see the July 4th fireworks on the Bay from the upstairs balcony. Though we did not use the pool, it was neat and large enough to never appear crowded. Would highly recommend this property for its location and cleanliness.

The condo is clean and well-appointed with nice furniture and many kitchen appliances and supplies. It was great to have beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear all available to use. Just a few suggestions... benches in the bedrooms to place suitcases on so they aren't on the floor. Also 4-5 laundry and dishwasher pods is not enough for 5 people for an 8 night stay. And a few fixes for some windows that don't open and the master bedroom door that doesn't open onto the porch would be appropriate. With these simple corrections, this would be a 5 star condo in every way.
