House was lovely, great layout for hanging out while cooking, eating, unwinding. The pool was great for the kids to pass the time, and plenty of pool toys available. Location was solid, great sunsets, access to Queens bath, and a short drive from Hanalei.

Excellent indoor/outdoor property.I would have liked to see the back fence extended as some hikers diverted up to property which diminished security and the back slider door did not function securely. I would like more towel bars in all bathrooms. The pool and spa were beautiful and clean. There were nice patio furniture as well. The kitchen was nicely equipped with appliances and dishes: stacking washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/cooktop, large refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker),griddle, crockpot, toaster, ninja blender, drip coffee maker. Property management responded quickly to texts as cell reception is not great on property and sketchy on spots on the north shore of Kauai.

Perfect for families. Nice neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Front door doesn’t latch and was wide open on our arrival but luckily the neighborhood is very safe. Pool could have been a little cleaner but the convenience of having it at your fingertip is wonderful. Huge house, plenty space for everyone, kitchen cookware and utensils are abundant. Recommend to large groups. We’ll be back!

The inside of the home was recently remodeled and is beautiful. They unfortunately have some lifting on the flooring that they have to deal with, but all in all the rooms look exactly like the pictures. Lots of space for a large family or friend grouping. Close to the stores great location great neighborhood. We did have a couple of issues. Once we got situated, we noticed that all bathrooms were cleaned nor were the floors mopped. Management Company indicated House Keeping was a new. Cleaning person came back had many excuses as to why the house was not clean was not very nice and let us know. She drove two hours to come back. This was a very inconvenient for us The floors were not mopped and we had a baby and two toddlers. This is very disappointing. We also found blood splattered from the pool to the door. There were several other issues and I do not blame the management company for these as they are not aware until the tenant who is coming in points these out. The second biggest issue is the Jacuzzi controls were not working we paid to heat it and we could not use it. The management company tried to help us turn it on remotely and after a couple times of trying this, it just was not convenient due to the delays providing they get these things fixed I would definitely recommend renting this home it is absolutely beautiful and with the pool and the location. It’s a great place to rent if you have a large group. Understand the rules before renting.

The house is beautiful and set in a gorgeous location. The amenities including the pool and jacuzzi were great. Unfortunately, one shower did not operate at all. We called to let the property manager know but there was little follow through. The shared space of the house (kitchen, dining, living room) were very echoey. We suggest laying down some carpet or something because it was challenging to tolerate when all guests were inside chatting.

The home is Beautiful!! We loved the large tables in the home and outside as well. The beautiful plants added to our experience. Beds were comfortable and each room having its own bathroom was a plus! The spa heats up fast and there was beach chairs and a few toys for grandkids. Beautiful area! It you want a near by town is was 5 mins away. And so many cute places to get coffee acsi bowls and donuts! I will stay here again! Perfection!

Excellent stay except for the fact that only 2 of the 5 TVs worked - and this couldn’t be resolved during our stay.

We loved this place and hope to book it again the next time we come to Kauai. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub couldn't have been better. The hosts were communicative and responsive, and made every effort to ensure we had a great experience. This place was worth every penny.

The house and all it offered was truly wonderful. This newly updated home was beautiful, extremely clean, and had wonderful kitchen pans, and utensils (which is rare to find!) Communication with management was near perfect. There was one small issue with the hot tub. management had to be notified every time we wanted to turn it on because we controls at the house or not working. But aside from that small hiccup, I still gave the property five stars – it was worth it! I would definitely run here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Queen's Bath property in Kauai, and it was an incredible experience. The house was spacious and very comfortable, making it an ideal home away from home.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the well-maintained property and its beautiful surroundings. The living areas were generously sized, providing plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The bedrooms were equally spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep.
The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. We also loved the outdoor space, where we could enjoy the stunning views and the serene atmosphere of Kauai.
The location was fantastic, with easy access to the famous Queen's Bath, nearby beaches, and other local attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the island.
Overall, our stay at the Queen's Bath property was unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious retreat in Kauai. We can't wait to return!

My 2 sisters & I stayed at the 3 bedroom Princeville home with our husbands.
We have a lot of time both living and vacationing in Hawaii. We were at the Princeville VRBO during an unfortunate time when the house was sold and undergoing closing. This affected our vacation experience and I will share this with the new owner in hopes that they will find it helpful as feedback to improve the home.
First, let me tell you that the 3 bedrooms with 3 baths is a nice feature. My 2 sisters & I vacationed with our husbands and this was perfect for us. Bedrooms are air-conditioned which was also nice. The kitchen is large and spacious and had every tool and utinsel we needed for cooking. We ate every meal home-cooked in the dining room that seated 6.
The VRBO home is located in Princeville close to walking paths with ocean views. It is safe and conveniently located to reach all other Island attractions such as Lihue, Port Allen, NaPali, Hanalei and Waimea Canyon.
Second I will give feedback which I hope the new owner will find helpful.
Beach equipment advertised on VRBO was gone. It is inconvenient and expensive to purchase canopies, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc., so this limited our beach fun days. Members of our party puchased some items they donated to locals before we left.
The furniture in the TV room is old and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The back yard foliage obstructed the ocean view. The hiking path to Queen's Bath is closed, update your VRBO ad.

We loved the private backyard and the ensuite bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms, and the well stocked kitchen. We also very much appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bikes, that were offered to us during our stay. Wonderful place!

Our two families had a wonderful stay at this house in Princeville. We had lots of space for kids and adequate privacy when needed. The communication with the owner was superb. We will certainly try to stay here again on our next visit to Kauai.

Staying here was even better than we imagined! What a beautiful home and gorgeous area! It was so comfortable with my husband and our three kids and our friend and his two children. We truly were able to relax here. It was very spacious and we were all able to have our own bubbles, but it felt very cozy as well. My 1 year old was easily able to take a nap without being woken up by the other kiddos. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan to come back. Anna and Michelle were incredibly helpful and accommodating and got back to us quickly when we had questions. A truly special place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great, right next to the trail down to Queen's Bath in Princeville. This allowed me to go down in the very early morning while it was still dark and meditate right by the ocean - an epic experience I will never forget. Thank you Anna!

Our stay at Hale Pukuna La was wonderful, but a little warm in common rooms. Despite that, the location was perfect for all our North Shore excursions. Anna gave us so many wonderful ideas and was super communicative when we wanted to have items delivered. We stayed with four adults and four kids.
Pros:
List of recommendations sent ahead of time - this was so helpful in finding activities to do! Kitchen supplies - we had everything we might need
Beach supplies - these were also great! It was helpful to have umbrellas and extra snorkel items.
Location - perfect for all our north shore activities and not terrible to go across the island for a day.
Bean bag bed - my boys loved it!
Cons:
Only thing was the temp and not having air conditioning in the main living space. We managed, but after being gone all day, it was quite hot coming in to relax.
Overall, it was a great space and we would definitely come again if we stay on Kauai!

This property was in the perfect location for the wedding which brought us to Kauai. Having a bath in suite for each bedroom, was a plus. Wish more upgrades had been made. I would say it sleeps 6 adults, not 10.

We stayed at Hale Pukana La with a group of 7 people ranging from almost 3 to 70s over spring break -- peak season. The house is wonderfully spacious and well set up for three families to hang out or get away from each other. There are plenty of beach chairs, ample snorkeling equipment, a foam surfboard and boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen is huge and has enough cooking equipment, dishware, and utensils to cook pretty much anything: we did cook dinner a few times during our stay. The back yard is lovely to eat meals in or just sit and listen to the riotous birdsong. It was great to have AC for the bedrooms on the couple of nights it was too hot and muggy to be comfortable. Host Anna is very helpful, responsive, and communicative, offering lots of information and very comprehensive tips and advice for first-time visitors. NOTE: We do wish we'd realized how important it was to make reservations for some of Kauai's main sights well in advance, but that isn't Anna's fault—it was in her notes! Light sleepers should definitely bring earplugs, as Kauai's roosters get started pre-dawn right outside the house, and you can hear a fair amount of noise from the Queen's Bath parking lot right next door starting early and throughout the day. But then you'd miss the sound of the ocean, which would be a shame. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if Anna would have us back.

House was very spacious. Air conditioning in rooms made it very comfortable. Air vents allowed for it to cool off by the evening. We did have an issue with a running toilet which Ana took care of right away. Maintenance could not figure out the ceiling fan in the living room entry way. It was nice to have all the beach gear, chairs, snorkels, fins, fishing poles etc. we made good use of them all. Location is great, but crowds of people using the trail to Queens beach made for a lot of traffic. We even had someone trespass on the property trying to get back to the parking lot from the trail. But overall we all enjoyed our stay at this Punahele rd Hale.

Communication in advance was wonderful spelling out all the amenities, fun things to do, equipment and things they had for us to enjoy and recommendations that made pre-planning very simple. Quiet cul-de-sac location by the golf course. The only thing that woke us up were the free-ranging chickens. I would definitely recommend this to others. You must have a car because you are an hour from the airport and fun activities on the south side of the island. Close proximity to the grocery store was a plus.

Our every need was met at this well-kept well-furnished home. We were 3 women who appreciated the privacy and comfort of this home while staying here. Large windows everywhere showed off views of the mountains and the numerous varieties of trees, blooming plants and the songs of birds that entertained us.
We were offered numerous amenities in all the bathrooms and the kitchen. The garage was filled with all the beach toys we needed plus 4 bicycles. We felt safe and had a perfectly relaxing vacation.
