This place is a small paradise in midst the beautiful Kauai Paradise. It’s quiet, the views are spectacular, the pool is clean and beautiful, the apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. We will book again asap. We loved it.

This place was perfect for us. Close to shops at the Coconut Marketplace and easy to get to. The condo was great! Would definitely recommend! One note, we did find 2 VERY large cane spiders in the shower so that was a shocker but I heard they are all over the island and not much you can do about them

AMAZING VIEW. We spent every evening watching the sun set across the water and listened to the waves crashing on the beach all night. We had plenty of supplies for fun at the beach. Location is outstanding for going in any direction on the island! Easy access to local food and shopping. You can spend your time touring the island, but neighbors agreed that you could stay there from sunrise to sunset just watching the ocean.

This room is very dated. We use our place to stay as a home base and really didn't mind. The view is amazing and even though the beach is small there is a lot to see. One warning would be the bathroom is extremely small. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about this unit. All the household items were there that I would need to use to cook a meal. It was right in front of the ocean. It’s peaceful. It’s close to shops and amenities. You can walk there from the unit. Maybe about 10 min. It has a pool. Thoroughly annoyed my stay.

Loved our stay. Beautiful location. Wife said the unit was cute and well-decorated, I found it efficient and relaxing. Enjoyed sipping our morning coffee, and in evening, drinks on the lanai, just yards from the surf. Effortless check-in and check-out. As someone who VRBO's our own vacation property 50+ nights a year I highly recc. this spot.

Beautiful location on the water. Doesn’t get any better than drinking coffee on the patio every morning and watching the sun come up. Location perfect for visiting anywhere on the island.

The unit and building are old. That said, the ocean is in the backyard. It is not a swimming beach but nice view. It is great to have a kitchen, bbq and pool. The owners also have many items to borrow such as a cooler and snorkeling gear. The unit is tiny and the Murphy bed takes up the living and dining area but if you can deal with an older, small unit, the rest is good.

I had a nice 5 day stay. The room are relatively small. There was a pull down wall bed that I took down every night and put away each morning. Nice view of the ocean with small sandy beach area below the rooms. I had an end room unit that had a lot of foot traffic next to it and therefore noise in the late afternoon. Washing machine was $3/load. Same with dryer. Glass window slats need replacing. Not a luxury accommodation but fair value for the price.

This studio was just perfect for our short 5 day stay in Kapa'a. We loved the location, so close to great restaurants & beautiful beaches. Listening to the sound of the ocean all night and the sunrises & sunsets were so amazing. Thank You and we will return again.

Great Location, easy to get in and around. Walkable to local businesses. Perfect size for two people, but wouldn’t have more than 2. Heavy-footed people lived upstairs, so it was not entirely quiet. Perfect beach access and sunrises. Chickens were friendly, and conditioned to be fed. Well furnished, had plenty of the essentials (pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, etc.) Clean. Convenient parking. Nice pool area. We didn’t use it, but it looked clean and well maintained.

Grazie!!

The location (the ocean is right outside your patio door) is awesome! You can see and hear the ocean 24/7! There’s a grassy area just off the patio where you can sit overlooking the beach, or you can take the easy stairs down to the beach! The beach is narrow and rocky but you can wade there and watch the tiny fish. If you walk down the sidewalk just outside the complex going north, you will find a “beach access” path that takes you to a big beach, and to Lava Lava Beach Club, and to Lae Nani beach (which is at the end of your condo beach but is hard to get to because of the rocks and logs). Lae Nani is a rock-ringed pool good for wading or getting wet, and good for kids. The best beach we found for swimming (safest) was Anini Beach. Just beyond the beach path is the Coconut Marketplace, with a grocery store and lots of shops and a few cafes. They have freehula shows there, and farmers markets! If you walk just across the street and a little south of the complex, you will find Passion Bakery, that makes fresh malasadas (cream-filled doughnuts!) on T/TH/SAT (get there before they open)! Just south of the condos is another safe place to swim and snorkel, that is Lydgate Beach Park (the rock-bordered pools are at the north end). Just a short drive north of the condos is the bike/walking path that follows the coast for several miles. Hele on Kauai rents bikes about a block from the path. We recommend eating at least one dinner at Sam’s Ocean View Restaurant, a little drive north, it was the best meal we had on Kauai! There is a Safeway a little drive north also, and many other restaurants and shops. Wailua Falls and Opeakaa Falls are a short drive, and you can walk to the Wailua River! The unit itself had everything we needed and the pool and grill was great!
