The chef of your group will be delighted with the expansive kitchen, thoughtfully designed with a center island with gas cooktop and complete with all new stainless steel appliances including, side by side refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, and wine fridge. Gorgeous marble countertops in the kitchen also match the adjacent dining room table top.
Choosing bedrooms will be a fun challenge as each of the five bedrooms offers a unique view and charm, each lovely in its own way. All of the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable bedding, lots of natural light, closet space, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom with an impressive soaking bathtub and stand-alone shower.

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed our stay here. Has everything you need for big groups. We cooked every day and used the breakfast nook in the morning and for dinners used the bigger dining room. Lots of dishes and glasses (could use more big forks in the silverware drawer) for us to use. Fridge has automatic ice and cold water to refill your bottles. Pool is smaller and not deep, perfect for lots of fun (no diving though). There are lots of pool/beach toys in the garage along with beach chairs, coolers, etc. 4 bathrooms which is great, none of us ever had to wait for a shower or toilet. Big and roomy, lots of space to spread out, TV is huge and has all the streaming apps. We used the beautiful entry living room a lot for reading and chatting. Great location in Poipu.

This was a beautiful spacious home for our large family. Very close to restaurants, beaches & shops. We loved the pool to come home to & relaxing on the lanai. Some in our group said the bedrooms were a little warm. There was ac on the main floor & in the pool house. I would maybe add a small tv to the pool house. And it would be nice if the pool lights worked. We would definitely come to this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Mahalo!

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for my family of 5 and grandparents. The kids enjoyed the pool and the house has everything we needed for a day on the beach. The upstairs bedroom without AC was definitely stuffy and I can't say opening the windows helped much (1/2 of the windows were broken with notes saying not to open) - my kids (12, 11 and 8yo) stayed in this room and didn't complain at all about being hot.

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, spacious layout allowed for our families to be under the same roof without being in each others space. Lots of closet/storage in the bedrooms. We didn’t use the AC much but opted for fresh air. The windows were hard to close and let in a lot of fruit flies. We appreciated the outdoor shower, plentiful beach accessories (pool towels, boogie boards and beach tents/umbrellas). Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was quick to respond. We booked the house because it had a pool but weren’t able to get much use out of it since it was not heated. That was the biggest disappointment. Additionally, the aerial photo of the property must’ve been taken while back, we thought we’d have a lot more space for the kids to run around out back but that was not the case.

The house is located in a great location, about 5 minutes drive to Poipu Beach! Great space, plenty of room and very basic. I am not given it 5 stars because the pool was in the description as heated, and 10 days before our arrival I was notified that the heater no longer worked. We were greatly disappointed, as this is one of the main reasons I selected this property. The water in the pool was uncomfortably cold that even the kids (they love water) could not enjoy it or even want to get in. Rather disappointing since it would have been a great way to unwind after our long day of exploring outside the house. Though this may not seem like a huge deal to others we did actually cancel a prior reservation at another house and paid more just for the pool. To be notified after the fact when we could not make other arrangements was unfortunate and the response was just a "sorry for the inconvenience". There were other hiccups during the duration of our stay and the host did communicate accordingly which was appreciated though I believe matters could have been handled better. I understand this is a new rental and things happen. There are lots of kinks to work. I would hope that with our communication throughout our stay helps make this an even better property for future families.

The house was amazing and great location. My only concern was there was only AC in the main area and master bedroom. The other rooms do not have AC and were very warm at night. We are from Florida and are use to warm weather and AC, so as long as your good with warmer nights then this is a great property.
