This rental is the upstairs unit of a two unit home with its own separate entrances. The upstairs unit boasts a beautiful outdoor lanai, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a spacious living room and kitchen.

Equipped with complimentary coffee, ample toiletries, beach and snorkel gear, this house is set up for a truly comfortable and memorable stay. The large outdoor lanai calls you to sit back and relax, enjoying the ocean views and unbelievable sunsets!
The master bedroom has a California King bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and sliding doors to the attached lanai, as well as a TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and A/C unit. The en-suite bathroom has a large rain shower with all necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer for your convenience.
The two additional bedrooms each have queen beds with Temur-Pedic mattresses. Each of these rooms have ceiling fans, A/C units, blackout curtains, and closets with clothes hangers, extra pillows and blankets.
The second guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more.
The spacious kitchen and separate dining area are equipped with modern appliances and stocked with everything you need from pots and pans to coffee makers and blenders. The open living room has a large TV, Samsung Soundbar bluetooth speaker, and games for the whole family!
The covered outdoor lanai includes a comfortable seating area with a propane BBQ grill, an extra fridge for your ice cold drinks, and a large outdoor dining table for 6. This is our favorite part of the house where you can enjoy the sunsets, views and cool breezes.
All your beach needs are also available for use! Beach towels and a cooler are located in the hall closets. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and umbrellas are located in the shed in the front yard.

This house is everything described and more. The views are great from the deck and from the dining room. you can see the airport from the house, but you can't hear the planes. it is in a very quiet neighborhood and the house was spotless. If you need a place to stay in Kona....this is it!!

The home was perfect for our group of 6 adults, and very reasonably priced for what it offers. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to the airport, beach, shops, etc. It had all the amenities we needed, was extremely clean, and everything was in working order. The property manager was very informative and quick to respond.
A note for anyone that can’t survive the heat without AC: there is no central air. Each of the 3 bedrooms has it’s own individual AC unit, but the rest of the house does not. We happened to go on a week with extremely warm weather, and despite keeping windows open and using all available fans, the living room, dining area, and kitchen were still quite hot. That being said, the lanai was a great place to hangout in the evenings with the cool breeze coming in.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Kona Palisades!
