Great 2nd floor condo (stairs required) with beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets from the lanai where you can eat every meal. The pool is one of the prettiest around. You can walk to a few different beaches that are visited by more monk seals than people, or go to the pool with the perfect palm trees for a sunset shot. This unit was very well equipped, up to date and maintained. The kitchen had everything you would need, high end appliances, good quality knives, plenty of kitchen equipment, some spices, teas, etc. The washer and dryer were handy. Management was responsive and helpful, and the place was spotless with no sign of any pests at any time. The car was so handy. Easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. AC worked fine, and it was in good shape to get you around the island. As the description says, the loft is a loft, not a closed off bedroom, and there are a couple of low beams up there, but there is plenty of room, and the windows and fans made it fine for sleeping at night. There is no AC in any of these condos on this end of the island, but with the windows open, the breeze kept things fine in August. I'd come back to this unit anytime.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there. We loved having the car included with the condo. Monk seals were on their beach every day. Pool area was used a lot. When we come back to Molokai we will stay here again

We had an amazing stay in Molokai! This cozy villa was well stocked. The ocean views were breathtaking and the beach access was in walking distance. Bring your camera because you will need it for the most beautiful sunset pics! The villa also has some great puzzles! Our family enjoyed doing a puzzle out in the balcony. The host was great and answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently! We highly recommend this beautiful villa for anyone coming to visit Molokai!

This condo at the west end of Molokai is very comfortable - clean, good beds, updated and decorated nicely, and located in a quiet complex (except for the turkeys that make clacking noises at night). Daytime temps in the 90s and humidity of at least 85% made our stay challenging. With two ceiling fans and one large additional fan, it was quite warm, particularly in the loft. We didn't expect A/C, but a couple more smaller fans would have been helpful.
With the apparently unusual hot, humid weather (even the locals were complaining), we were disappointed to have issues with the A/C in the car. It only worked properly for about 15 minutes over our 4-day period, but we forced some cold air out of the system using the defroster. Nice to have wheels, but we didn't use the car as much as planned due to that issue - disappointing. There are also a lot of rules for using the car.
The pool is really nice and we had it mostly to ourselves in the afternoon when we just couldn't be in the condo. There's a little store close to the pool where you can buy drinks, snacks, some supplies, and souvenirs, but no coffee shop, snack bar, or cafe for a meal.
Finally, be aware of how far you are from restaurants and gas and that posted hours aren't necessarily the actual hours of operation. It's 22 miles back to Kaunakakai, so be sure to plan ahead.
Overall, we had a good stay and if you want more seclusion, this is a good spot.

My stay exceeded all expectations. The 2nd story unit offered gorgeous views of the well-kept property, swaying palms, sunsets, and oh the tropical Pacific. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and modern. Every convenience included and working properly. I must say, the shower is amazing! The inclusion of a car made everything so easy. The communication with owner was detailed and clear. Molokai is a different kind of Hawaiian experience and everything about this stay was my idea of perfection.

We enjoyed the quietness of island and loved that we had a car with unit. On the lanai, each evening we watched the sunset while the mornings were relaxing watching whales and drinking coffee. Molokai is not for everyone, but we enjoyed stepping back in time to Old Hawaii.

Molokai is like being in a dream. If you are looking for a place to stay with no crowds and peaceful solitude, this is the place to be. The communication with the owner/manager was great. The condo itself is beautiful with a great view and extremely well stocked amenities. The pool area has a phenomenal ocean view. What could be better than a rental that had all this AND comes with a car? We were already trying to figure out when to come back before we even left.

We’ve enjoyed over 40 trips to the Hawaiian Islands over the last 20 years, but this was our first to Molokai. I guarantee it will not be our last! The tranquility of the island was so refreshing…, no fast food drive throughs or traffic lights on the island! There are plenty of sunny, sandy beaches with few people on them; there are amazing hikes and unbelievably gorgeous views!
One of my favorite things was watching the ocean and the sunshine break through each mornings and the amazing sunsets in the evenings from our lanai!
The property was well maintained and the pool ( a short hike from the condo) overlooking the ocean is breathtaking! Everything you need is cared for in this beautiful property. The use of the car was so welcome…, you will definitely need a car to get around!

Overall this unit was tremendous and we would rent it again, if the fridge is replaced! It was very loud (sounded like a compressor at times) and then quit completely. We were told to leave it unplugged for 12 hours and then plug it back in. We did this and the fridge got cold again, however sometime during the night the ice maker malfunctioned and flooded the unit and the one beneath us. We were relocated to another unit for two nights however the clean up took 3 days and we were left to find our own accommodation for one night. Upon going back to our unit we found we were left to clean up after the workers and we still had old noisy fridge!

In my humble opinion this is the best condo on the property. The property manager is very easy to deal with. Was able to answer all our questions. The condo is located near parking and the BBQ grills. Also not far from the water. The only thing that could have made this trip better is if we could have stayed longer! I loved our stay in this condo. I highly recommend it!

Last year it was loud, but this year much quieter. We didn’t have as many people in the condos close to us. It is a very well maintained condo, we loved having a car available to us. Property managers are wonderful to work with.

This property was great - right on a great beach for swimming and surfing, fast wifi, laundry, a car (!), and guide book inside. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths was a perfect size. Kiku is super responsive to calls/messages and very helpful.
It is a bit out of town, which we enjoyed because we could stay in the quieter area with an almost private beach, but be sure to grab food at the grocery store and call ahead to see if restaurants are open.

Great unit, spacious, light & airy. Nicely furnished and well equipped, including a great kitchen, and with a terrific location. The only change I would suggest is to change the door handle lock, which I had trouble opening right up to the last day, but that was a very , very minor problem. All in all we loved it and definitely plan to come back. Thanks also to Kiku and her assistant for their responsiveness to my questions,etc..

First - this second floor corner condo was awesome! Well equipped, clean, great views of the ocean. We used the outdoor communal grills every night. We would definitely return if we came back.
Second - while we think this is the best place to stay on the island, we did not mind the remoteness. Bringballnyour groceries with you. It is 30min drive out of town and is the remaining personally owned condos that are part of an abandoned Sheraton resort, surrounded by an even bigger abandoned Ranch Resort. Which is kinda fun, spooky and weird. But once we wrapped our head around it we felt quite comfortable. It must have been quite the happening spot in 1979. Kinda freaked at first, we ended up falling in love with the place and didn’t want to leave

Really enjoyed my stay. The condo is the top (second) floor so it has high ceilings and a loft for the second bedroom. Makes the place feel roomy. The kitchen has been updated and most appliances are new. The place is also very well stocked. The lanai has a gorgeous view as pictured to the beach and ocean (and Kaiaka Rock) where you can catch perfect views of the sunset. The car that is provided is a huge help and saves a lot of headache as there really is almost nothing out on the west end. You have to drive 30 min to town for most things. But it also made for a quiet and isolated experience. There are a lot of axis deer on the west end and they come onto the property, but they keep to themselves, just watch out for them on the road especially at dusk and evening. There is a small market on property too for incidentals. The communication with the host and concierge (she connects you with Kevin who helps with any onsite questions/issues) is fantastic. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking to stay in Molokai.

This property is a great location and possibly the best equipped kitchen I've experienced traveling. It is important when staying at this end of the island that you have a car and one is provided with the property. Viewing sunsets from the lanai is wonderful. Grounds are kept impeccably neat. Flowers are beautiful. Beaches are great.

This is a great condo, Beautiful grounds, and very quiet! Kevin our contact was very attentive when dealing with the car arrangements. The condo is located in a Hotel resort complex that has been closed for some years now leading to some closed and boarded up buildings leading to a spooky atmosphere. Our Condo was in the area where the condos were still owned by private owners but it was still only about 20% occupied. The only thing negative is it is about a 30 minute drive to the biggest town to buy groceries and dinning..
