The house and property are beautiful beyond words. It is located steps away from the beautiful Polo Beach. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking. This home was awesome. It was located directly on the ocean. The sunset views were incredible. The proximity to the beaches, resorts and restaurants via a convenient walking trail was an added benefit. The private pool is small but worked nicely for two small kids in our party. We would definitely stay here again.

Unmatched for just relaxing by the ocean, sitting on the lanais- there are 3- enjoying some morning coffee and breakfast of fresh fruit! Imagine taking a swim in the ocean morning, noon or evening, and being able to shower off in a private outdoor shower! Our stay was about being able to relax with a beautiful view, and this was it!

We spent a blissful week in this beautiful home and the views cannot be beat! We saw whales practically every time we looked out at the ocean and the magical sunset views make this property a must stay. The beach is just steps away while also having the luxury of your own private plunge pool. The house is fully stocked and Janna was a fabulous host. We can’t wait to come back! :)

Our time at Ocean Bliss was idyllic. The home is luxurious and nicely outfitted, the wall to wall windows facing the ocean provide stunning ocean and sunset views, the lanai and spa perfect for gathering.
The beach is accessed via a short rocky trail and equipment for enjoying the sand and ocean is at hand - umbrellas, fins, masks, bellyboards, chairs and towels.
The location is quiet and private and convenient to beachside trails, restaurants and shops.

The house is luxurious but not fussy and we were comfortable with our 2-year-old grandchild and 5 adults. Outside is unbelievable with the best sunset view anywhere. Patio furniture was comfortable, barbecue was great and the "spool" (which is basically a very large spa you can use as a spa or a plunge pool) made it perfect for both a toddler and the grown-ups. Living room and dining room furniture was comfortable and beautiful, there was a large TV we never turned on and every place you sat had those views! Kitchen has every appliance known to man and everything worked well. Janna had nice beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, you name it. They had a pack and play but we rented a high chair and some other baby stuff from a local company Janna recommended. The proximity to the beach is unique in this house. In addition, you are a 5-minute walk to the Fairmont hotel next door and a few minutes further up the Wailea Beach path to the other resorts if you want to go out out to one of the fancy restaurants at the hotels or play golf at the courses, one of which is literally across the street. The bedrooms are all upstairs and with the high ceilings on the first the staircase is long, but then the second floor views are even more amazing.
Janna was great to work with, very responsive and had great recommendations. I would highly highly recommend this home!

Our stay at Ocean Bliss was magical.
The beauty of the property setting is difficult to describe. We were blessed to have seen so many whales from the backyard and Master Suite balcony. The sunsets were breathtaking.
The home has great proximity to everything .. wonderful restaurants, great golf courses, shopping, etc.
Janna was wonderful to work with. She gave us great referrals including recommending Karen, a local Concierge, that helped my friends organize a private Chef and Luau at the house. What a special evening!

From the moment we checked in through the same day, we have to leave our stay, and trip has been absolutely fantastic! This property is literally steps to Polo Beach, the Four Seasons, and the Grand Waialea resorts. The Waialea emerald golf course is a stone throwaway. Our pictures simply could not catch the beauty of the views, in particular, the sun rises from this house. We are looking forward to returning here in the future, and I highly recommend for other families visiting Maui.

Amazing home for 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children ages 8-11). Could not be more pleased.
They have everything you need... plenty of towels, umbrellas, chairs, pool toys and extra everything. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Janna is amazing and helped us set up private chef, in-home massages, photographer and cleaning services. She was a wonderful host and checked in with us during the week.
The kids had plenty of space to roam and the house is elegant but also pretty durable from a kid point of view.
We had an amazing and memorable trip. Sadly ended while witnessing such a tragedy in Lahaina. Love and prayers to all those affected.

This magnificent home served 10 of us exceptionally. We were comfortable and each family unit had their own bathroom space. The master suite is like an apartment of its own, providing privacy even when you're sharing the home with everyone else. The kitchen is so well stocked in terms of appliances. Janna even accommodated our cooking needs by ordering appliances ahead of time. She was truly a wonderful host.
The views from this home truly marks its luxury. Breakfast was a treat watching waves crash into the rocks, and the sunsets were glorious. The floor to ceiling windows on the main floor are the best part.
The children had a blast. The yard is big enough for running around and kite flying, and there is a secured gate that prevents them from going beyond. The interior design is safe for kids (nothing was ever knocked down, and the furniture is solid). The public beach was literally 5 mins walking distance, and there is an outdoor shower right next to the first floor bathroom to rinse off sand/dirt/pool water which was super convenient for 4 kids under 6.
We had the best of times, and will be referring this home to everyone we know. I hope to come back again next time!

We have always loved Wailea, and in particular the Polo Beach area, often admiring the two homes at the point. This was the perfect opportunity for us to enjoy the space, and celebrate our daughters graduation. The amenities are on point, and best of all was the property manager Janna and her attentiveness to our needs. It was a magical week.

This is a beautiful property & we enjoyed every space. Room to spread out to have a private moment to collect your own thoughts, or awesome areas for gathering. The view & location are breathtaking. The home is nicely decorated. Janna treated us to gorgeous tropical flowers upon arrival and met us for a tour & information session. Janna helped to coordinate grocery delivery, which made our vacation start immediately upon our arrival. Kitchen is stocked with essentials like oil, spices, sprays left by guests & owner, so most likely you will find what you need. Sufficient pots & pans, and storage count sobers. Fully stocked kitchen & all baths with wonderful local shampoo, conditioner & bath gel. Perfect coconut, mango, macadamia fragrances to fully immerse into your island vacation. Boys played golf four times during the week & enjoyed the proximity to the golf & emerald courses. Surf lessons & kite surfing. All excursions were able to accommodate a pick up by meeting us at the Polo Beach public Parking Lot just steps outside the driveway gate. Companies don’t like to receive noise violations for beeping backup sensors from the neighborhood. Hammock is AMAZING! Spool is perfect! Outdoor shower is awesome for private rinse. Breakfast, coffee wine and beer can be enjoyed at any hour from the pool deck on large outdoor table or from master balconies. All bedding is comfortable and restful.
Make note that ALL bedrooms are 2nd story with no elevator. Two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Fourth bedroom is full bath on main level with access to outdoor shower, pool, & trash storage. Landscapers came midweek & were messy with Pool. The beach chairs need replaced as they smelled and drained water into our rental, which caused even the valet driver at Grand Wailea to comment on stench & roll down all the windows. We informed Janna & moved to side of home, out of garage area. We I turned Janna, who was always quick to respond. Janna is aware & is taking care of it, but check before using! The path to the beach is great, but does have loose stepping stones, so be careful. My 86-year old mother in law fell coming back through gate. She is fine, but she is also very fit & nimble. Janna did mention she would address with landscapers, but I did read this comment from an earlier review, so please be careful. The beach areas are public, even directly in front of the home, so many tourists like to visit the lava formations.

The location was nice but overall the property was not worth what we paid. Linens smelled towels pretty worn. Had ants in the kitchen and you had someone doing something at the property 4 of the 7 days. Should have stayed at a hotel.

It’s just been a dream. Finally meeting Janna at check in day started our “over the moon” vacay. The luxury of a kitchen instead of just restaurants and a hotel room, everything in working order, a waterfront lanai to watch a new episode of nature every day and into the night, just perfect. Turtles, eel, crab, tide pools, the beach, sunset and WHALES breaching. No better location. The home is set up very well for couples with enough space to gather or get away! Do the Kai Kanani catamaran sunset cruise right off Makena beach area! I’ll be marking the days off my calendar until our return! Aloha and mahalo, so very hard to leave!

The pictures don't do this property justice and those look amazing, it's even better than that. When we arrived a whale breached right in front of the property. Daily there were turtles swimming. The outdoor spaces are amazing and we didn't want to leave to go explore the island. Jana the property manager is completely helpful and wonderful to deal with. I would 100% recommend this property.

The property was gorgeous but we can’t in all good conscious ever recommend it to friends or family due to the largely unsanitary condition of quite a few features of the house. Upon our entry into the property we were met with an awful stench which “we” later discovered was food rotting in the disposal. The air hadn't been turned on in what seemed like days. The carpets in the master were heavily soiled, and pots and pans were filthy. Overall the place lacked a responsible property manager. The “sorry excuse” for a property manager we dealt with was emotionally fragile, excuse laden, combative and generally despicable. I wouldn’t recommend that particular property manager the task of facilitating the logistical requirements of a single occupant dog kennel in the future. Her incompetence no doubt costs the owners of what could be a gorgeous property tons of money, and even more valuable a great deal of a loss in valued reputation.

Whether it was watching the turtles off the back yard or sitting outside and taking in the views, I doubt there is a better property on Maui than this one. This property on the south edge of Polo Beach in Wailea is truly oceanfront with fabulous views and direct beach access over a few stone steps and fascinating tide pools. The floor to ceiling doors and windows truly provide beautiful views and sunsets. The spa is really a wonderful bonus and is nice to soak in after riding some waves in the ocean. The location is just south of the Fairmont Kea Lani (where we enjoyed the Willow Spa,) has access to the Wailea Beach path that winds along the ocean for beautiful morning strolls and is away from the lights enough to see the Milky Way each evening if you like stargazing. The indoor and outdoor spaces are lovely and well appointed. Any requests and inquiries were responded to promptly by the property representatives. I would defintiely book this property again and would recommend staying at least 10 days especially if you enjoy the beach, gentle waves, sunsets and like to have the flexibility roll out of bed and have coffee and breakfast as leisurely as you want!

This place was perfect for our dual family vacation. If we had the means we’d buy it - no one wanted to leave! Great together space, steps to the beach, turtles right in front, a pool, and space to relax and have time alone when needed. Close to everything though we barely left the house and beach it was all so perfect! If you’re one the fence about this don’t hesitate- Book it!
