One of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. The unit was also very nicely stocked. Parking spot was nice and close. Only complaint is the bed, which was way too soft and not very supportive.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this unit. Communication with the host throughout the entire process was easy and effective. The unit was well stocked and was very clean. We used the swimming pool that was close to our unit extensively as well as the BBQ. The covered assigned parking stall was much appreciated. Great beaches, restaurants and shopping were very close to the unit. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

We have stayed in unit H207 multiple times and keep coming back to it. The condo has always been very well furnished with the items we needed and has been clean and well kept. This is the first year we stayed here with the new owner, Jeffery, as our property host and he has kept our satisfaction level at its max! He was quick to respond to any concerns, made the check in process very easy, put some new personal touches into the property that enhanced our stay even further, and followed up after we checked out with a kind email making sure we had no concerns with our stay. We would highly recommend using this property as your dream holiday accomadation.

We have stayed at this property before and decided to return. The location is great ... across the street from the beach. Easy walking distance to some restaurants. Nice pools. Covered parking. One of the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Jeff was responsive, gracious and helpful.
We are saddened that the fires happened less than a week after our departure. Praying for all who are directly impacted.

The condo was perfect for our vacation! Absolutely loved how comfortable the California King Bed was. We also enjoyed the in unit laundry machines and two air conditioners. The unit was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Basically, anything you might need for at the beach was provided including various types of sunscreen.
One item that I didn’t realize I was gonna enjoy as much as I did was the Reserved Parking Space. Not all units offer a reserved spot. The parking spot was in a great location on the 2nd floor, right by the stairs.
The owner has thought of everything and I would definitely try to stay here again.

This was our second stay in this unit,it is on the quiet side of the building(no garbage truck noise!). The condo is very clean and well decorated, and a short walk to the beach.The only quibble is that we like to do our own cooking and the skillets are in need of replacement,other than that, a wonderful place to stay.

Check in and check out was easy and the unit was exactly as described. It came fully furnished with a tv in the living room and the bedroom.
Kitchen was fully stocked with all equipment, although we didn’t cook, it would be very useful for anyone who would plan to.

This condo was perfect for me. The unit was clean, well kept and very welcoming. The view from the lanai was incredible. The garden was very lush and beautiful and the unit is close to the pool. It is within walking distance of the famous Kamaole 1 and 2, 5 minute walk and you’re there. Shopping and restaurants all near by, but walking the grounds was my favorite every morning.
The kitchen is completely supplied, plenty of everything, the bedroom also went out to the lanai. I love the openness of this room because of the sliding doors to the bedroom. I never turned on the air conditioner because the 2 ceiling fans kept it just right. Also has plenty of beach going supplies, everything you would need to really make your beach experience special and memorable. I can’t Thankyou enough for this little jewel and will definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. The beach is just a short walk down the road. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. We went to the ABC store almost every night to grab snacks and food for the condo. I loved that they provided everything for a day on the beach like chairs, towels, boogie boards, and an umbrella. And having the AC unit was a huge bonus! I definitely recommend staying here when you visit Maui.

This was a great condo in Kihei! Super close to the beach, the provided chairs and umbrella were awesome to have. The bed/pillow/sheet combo was the best we’ve had in any rental. It was hot during our stay and the two AC units made it very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this unit and it was absolutely fantastic. Margaret is the best condo owner we've dealt with thus far. Due to COVID lockdowns in 2019, we had to re-schedule our booking twice and Margaret was very responsive, understanding, cooperative and accommodating with us. She even followed-up with us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok = double + !
Being this was also the 1st time we've gone away in 2 1/2 years due to COVID concerns, we felt extremely comfortable with the sanitizing efforts that Margaret had in place to ensure her guests safety.
The condo was very clean and had all the amenities (including beach stuff) you could ask for to make anyone's stay like home. Even though we purchased our own to use, the unit had a supply of paper products, dish detergent and other misc. items which was a definite plus!
The bedroom . . . the mattress on the bed was more comfortable than our own at home (including the pillows!) - so much so, we requested the info from Margaret so we could purchase one for ourselves at home! One of the most important things when staying abroad is getting a good night sleep and we slept the best we ever had - even compared to home.
The location . . . the convenience of the location was another plus. Just across the street from the beach and in walking distance to everything from souvenirs, food shopping, restaurants and gas stations. We typically stay in Kaanapali, but decided to change things up and stay in a different part of the island and it did NOT disappoint.
Overall, I can't say enough about this unit and the owner, Margaret. We will DEFINITELY be repeat renters for years to come ~ Mahalo

This was a great location for a visit to Maui, near many food options and things to do, right across the street from a large public beach. Some concerns, I was charged $1 for a key to get in and out of the building if it was after hours (10p-6a) however when we left early one morning for an excursion, the door wasn’t locked anyway. Anybody could walk in or out.
We did see some ants/other bugs in the house, which I understand to be somewhat common for Hawaii. We did have an unexpected visit from pest control and when I reached out to the owners about it I was told that yes, pest control comes unannounced. We only knew about this because we happened to be home after a morning excursion, otherwise they would have entered the property without notification. I understand pests are a concern but I would have appreciated information that this might happen during my stay.

Just returned from Maui and stayed at the Maui Banyan in unit H207. This unit was exactly as described, in fact there was more amenities than described. The owners were super easy to deal with and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend this unit and can’t wait to come back myself!

Well appointed condo with air conditioning, and convenient location within walking distance of beach. Guests had access to parking garage and two swimming pools with outdoor grills. Walking path behind units showed off the well maintained tropical landscaping.
Unit had two full bathrooms, in-room laundry, well appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for luggage and clothing. Outdoor lanai stretched between and was accessible by both rooms. It did not receive much breeze, was narrow, and slightly noisy with both A/C units running. However, there were benches and chairs on the lawn that took advantage of the breeze.
Bed was comfortable and ceiling fans did a good job moving the air from the two window units. Closet contained everything necessary for a trip to the beach. Entire unit was very clean, with plentiful towels and kitchen supplies.

If you are looking to stay in this area, then I would recommend this condo 100%. It was the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever rented. The location was very convenient and the grounds of the complex were clean and quiet. Parking is reserved, which is awesome to have, and it was also very convenient to the entrance. Both AC units work fine and there are plenty of additional fans the owners have stocked the condo with. The kitchen was extremely well stocked

The condo is perfectly located and walkable to great dining, shopping and beaches. Everything you can think of was provided in this beautifully decorated and appointed condo. You can certainly see the owners put great care and effort into making your stay lovely and we appreciated the very comfy bed! The grounds are lush and beautiful. No negatives at this condo.

This condo is nicely appointed for 2 people, and includes two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped. Also, there is a convenient reserved covered parking space. The pool is also nice. And the best part for us is that the property is directly across the street from the beach. Also, plenty of walkable eating places too.

Margaret and Derek have done a wonderful job making their condo a home away from home. It is very clean, updated, and nicely appointed with island decor and furnishings. Supplies are well stocked. The kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances and countertops, the mattress is excellent, and instructions were clear. Margaret was a delight to communicate with. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The view of Haleakala Mountain is beautiful and Kamole II beach is a simple walk across the street. We couldn't have been more pleased to call this home for 10 days while we explored beautiful Maui!

Margaret was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt & accommodating to all communications. Garden facing unit one floor above ground units. Lanai nice for two people to afternoon gecko watch in the adjacent palms. Good to have basic spices & great cooking facilities. Body boards were very welcomed . This was our second stay in H207, and would gladly stay here again. We found it spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A short walk to a great beach, restaurants and shops, the Maui Banyan is our go-to in Kihei. The staff does a great job of keeping the complex and grounds beautiful. Perhaps our only complaint is that the trees kind of block the view from the lanai. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The Banyan is a great property in Kihei that has all the amenities you need and is located close to nice restaurants, shopping and of course Kamaole Beach 2.
The condo is very modern, clean and is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The check-in process was very easy, the parking spot was very handy and Margaret was very quick to respond and rectify the small issue we had during our stay.
We would recommend the Banyan and this condo during your visit to Maui.

After just finishing our 3 week stay at the best condo with the best host, let me tell you what makes it so special. Margaret was always very prompt with communication and answered any questions or concerns. Her condo is so convenient to everything from the pool, BBQ grills, beach, ABC store, Cinnamon Roll Place, and did I mention the BEACH?!!! We snorkeled all over the island and one of the best places is actually right across the street at the Kamaole Beach, between Kams 2 & 3. Almost guaranteed to see turtles every time you go over there or even if you just walk out on the rocky point. Saw whales galore and even had an up close and personal encounter with one while paddle boarding when one breached VERY close to us! This condo is so well stocked with everything you need for an extended stay that we could easily have stayed even longer. The condo and the whole complex are so well maintained that we couldn't have been happier. This particular unit is extremely quiet with great views of the tropical gardens and Haleakala. Can't wait to return!

This property was a phenomenal place to have booked into and continues to validate why we only rent from Premier Hosts when we travel. A one bedroom condo that was tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home and needs for a vacation combined all in one. The condo was clean and welcoming with a fully stocked kitchen which we happily used as we made a conscious effort to not go to restaurants with Covid restrictions and concerns still in place. The bedroom came with a very comfortable king size bed and the ability to put on air conditioning if we needed it, which was limited. There were great Tommy Bahama. Beach Chairs and luxurious beach towels provided to access so many of the great Beaches nearby. We could watch both the sun rise and sun set off the balcony and loved the two minute walk to the beach or the pool. Margaret our host was extremely communicative and kept in touch to ensure our stay went well. This was one of our first vacations leaving Canada since Covid hit almost two years ago, and we couldn’t have been happier about choosing Margaret’s wonderful vacation home to make it ours for the week we were there. We absolutely hope to come back and stay again.

We just completed a month’s stay at Margaret and Derek’s condo. Everything was just as pictured in the photos and described by the owners. The unit was exceptionally clean when we arrived. There are lots of towels, pods for the washer and dishwasher and a Brita filtered jug in the refrigerator. The fridge/freezer is large which was great for a long stay. Beaches and restaurants are a 2-5 minute walk. The Banyan staff are all very friendly and helpful. Margaret responded quickly to any enquiries. Highly recommend staying here.

This unit is truly a home away from home. They have thought of everything right from chairs and toys for the beach to a place to put your keys and a note pad (which we used often) The week we spent here was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have had in a long time.
The only regrets were leaving and only staying one week.

This was our 3rd stay at the wonderful Maui banyan in this exceptional condo. As always we had a fantastic time. The Hawksleys are always very worm and easy to communicate with. There condo is always being updated and very nicely maintained, everything you need is there. If you like to cook as we do you don't have to worry about having the right kitchen Item to use because its all there. If however you like to eat out there are several great places in walking distance or a very short drive. We have come to feel that this is our home away from home we are so comfortable here. My wife and I stayed in this unit for two weeks in April 2013. We loved the condo and the location. The condo is just as described with recent renovations and new appliances. There is an elevator for hauling your things up and down and a great parking spot close to the main entrance. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai every morning relaxing with a fresh coffee. The Maui Banyan is right across the road from a great beach and there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this unit and would be happy to use again ourselves.

We recently spent 2 weeks at Margaret and Derek's lovely condo. We had a wonderful time in Maui and a big part of that is due to our accommodations. We cooked often, finding everything we needed was there. We rarely used the second air conditioner as the fan was sufficient in the bedroom. Also, although the lower swimming pool was closed for renovation for a few weeks, we never found the upper pool and hot tub crowded. This condo is comfortable and convenient, and we will be back!!

This is our 2nd stay at this wonderful condo or as we like to refer to it our home away from home. As before everything you need for a relaxing vacation is provided. you can cook a fabulous meal for your self or walk to one on the Islands best restaurants your choice.The beach is a mere few steps walk, where the snorkeling is always fabulous we have seen many turtle, octopus,eels, and of course abundant fish. The condo complex is immaculately keep by the staff who are extremely friendly. We want to thank Margaret & Derek for all the wonderful upgrades they have done to make this condo so very nice.

We had 10 blissful days at your condo. Margaret & Derek have supplied everything needed for a truly relaxing, very comfortable stay. One of the best snorkeling beaches just moments from your door, we spotted eels, turtles, octopus, a spotted ray, and lots of fish. If you wish to cook everything needed is supplied, or going out is merely a stroll down the street to several great eating spots. A couple of our favorites, Cafe Ole' for dinner and Maui tacos for lunch. Shopping is only a couple blocks away. Also for island fresh veggies and fruit be sure to go to the swap meet in kahului on Sat am 7-1 at the city college they also have tons of shopping for Island trinkets. Margaret & Derek's Condo was very clean the hole building complex was very well maintained and one of the quietest we have ever stayed at. They also have THE best parking space in the the lot its a little wider then the rest and very easy to get in and out of. We just want to say THANK YOU !! for making our stay so relaxing. We will most defiantly be booking this condo in the future, hopefully next year if we can swing it. we usually go every other year but are dying to go back already...... ALOAH ! Bob & Rita
