Our traveling party consisted of two families - 4 adults, and 4 kids (ages 4-8). The layout of the condo was great, with separate bedrooms and even a spare mini fridge/sink. The community kitchen was a good size and was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances.
Two kids slept on the sofa bed and were content. Two adults were in one king room (with an occasional child that would wander in the night). And then two adults and two kids occupied the second room.
We were pleased with the drying racks on the lanai as we had wet swimsuits every day. They also provided 2 boogie boards! It was a short walk to Kamaole Beach 2. On three separate days, we saw sea turtles swimming in the ocean with us!
Many restaurants are in walking distance of the condo. For groceries, we did drive to Foodland and a Farmer's Market.
Thank you for a lovely stay! We would definitely recommend to others, and hope to come back some day.

As posted its clean and have lot of utensils in the kitchen including a rice cooker. The building entrance door is never locked. After 10 PM the door is closed and one can open with no access key. As per the checkin instructions they ask to visit security at offi e to open which is not required. The Wifi is good and reliable. Parking is a pain if you arrive after 10 PM. The parking lot across the unit will be full and one of have to park in the parking lot at the entrance of community and only few parking available for guests.

Nice central location if you have never visited Maui and want to travel to different parts of the island.Well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards. The hideabed/ couch is not comfortable. Plenty of towels. The sheets and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable .Showers were nice. Great to have a washer and dryer!

The location of this 2 bedroom lock out villa was wonderful....very close to the pool & hot tub. The patio was beautiful & very peaceful. The A/C unit did not work properly & we ended up using fans to keep the unit cool. The sliding doors to the master bedroom did not close all the way & they have frosted panels, which are see - through....so, there really is no privacy when getting dressed! The kitchen is full stocked, but be aware that there is no space for any food you purchase (aside from the fridge!) I ended up moving some tupperware out of a large drawer & put our snacks in there. They definitely should consider extra space for food,, which would be helpful. The villa is very outdated, but it was comfortable!!!

Check in process was easy. Took the kids with us. Was plenty of space for all 8 of us. Close by to shops and restaurants. Nearby pool area. This is part of the Maui Bayan Resort. My only con to this stay is a vacuum cleaner, sweeping did no justice as we went to the beaches and hiking a lot over the week. Overall, perfect.

Excellent location and very clean, the fourth bed, a pull-out sofa, was best used as a “sleep on top of the sofa” due to 1. Space constraints in the very small living room area and 2. Poor quality of spring frame. The accommodations would have been perfect for a family of four but with a fifth, simply overcrowded.
Otherwise, with four occupants, it is a very good property in a very beautiful area!

This property is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to shops, the beach, restaurants, and more. Check in was easy, and it was clean and perfect for our family of 7. We would stay there again!
