Please note that while this complex does include elevator access, you must climb one flight of stairs to access this penthouse unit. Loved the secure double door entry, waking up to view the mountains, and having a cocktail on the second lanai watching the sunset on the ocean. Central air, gas stove, chef kitchen were icing on the cake. Already booked for next year.

This was an amazing place to stay. They had all the amenities of living in your own condo. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of seating so we could eat breakfast on the kitchen island and eat dinner in the dining area. The view was beautiful. It's across the street from a nice beach that had good swimming and we saw lots of turtles! It also has a good convenience store. We were able to take advantage of snorkeling in Kapalua Bay and hiked a few places (Ohai lookout and Kapalua village walking tour). We highly recommend this location!

* Property mgmt was VERY friendly, professional, and responsive - very impressed with the Customer Service !!!
Lowlights
* EXCESSIVE STREET NOISE - right off the main highway
* We were unable to sleep in the Master BDR due to the noise
* We were also unable to enjoy the patios due to excessive street noise - the antithesis of peaceful
* Most of the electrical outlets throughout the unit don't work - so we had to try multiple outlets before finding functioning ones
* Blender didn't work due to corroded blade assy -contacted property mgmt who promptly replaced it with a new one
