Mahana 706 is a stunning 1-bedroom/1 bath, 7th floor condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. This beautifully updated condo has unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The front of the condo (living and bedroom) has floor to ceiling glass windows, providing breathtaking ocean views throughout the unit. From the spacious lanai you can relax, sip your delicious Maui coffee provided in your welcome gift, take in the magnificent sunsets, as well as spot turtles and watch whales breach during the winter months. The magical Maui winds will keep things cool, but this unit also features central A/C which feels fantastic after a long day in the sun.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of famous Ka'anapali Beach. This resort offers a quiet surrounding, but is close in proximity to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village. Enjoy the ocean boardwalk that starts at Mahana Resort, perfect for walking, jogging and taking in the sunset on Ka'anapali Beach. The beach is directly in front of the resort and there is also a heated pool, heated whirlpool spa, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and pickleball court on the property. You also have access to poolside bath houses with showers as well as a BBQ area for guest use. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Please note the sand levels at the Mahana Beach can vary depending on the conditions. A larger beach also starts on the south side of the resort and continues for miles!
