Enjoy the serenity and privacy of one of the best locations in Wailea.As you enter Polo Beach Club 705 you are greeted by the lovely furnishings and décor. You will be drawn to the breathtaking views from this expansive private lanai. Spend your days gazing off at the beautiful blue waters, Molokini and the West Maui Mountains. Dine alfresco or lounge with your favorite book. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors offer seamless indoor/outdoor living.The living area is open and welcoming. A great place to gather and listen to the serene sound of the ocean or enjoy a movie. Complete with sectional, large flat screen TV and ceiling fan.There is a dining area with seating for six. The eat up bar allows for additional seating.The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful white counters, plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need.Your primary bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views and access to the private lanai. There is a king bed with luxurious linens, flat screen TV and ensuite bath. The primary bath offers a nice vanity area, walk in tiled shower, and plenty of closet space.Your guest bedroom is beautifully decorated with two queen beds, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan.The guest bath is located conveniently just off the guest bedroom.Full size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.Central AC throughout make this condo comfortable all year round.The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

**PROPERTY-WIDE AC OUTAGE FROM 12/11/23-12/15/23: The AC cooling tower replacement is scheduled from Dec. 11, 2023 to Dec. 15, 2023, resulting in NO AC in the Polo Beach units during this period, along with associated noise. Rates have been adjusted.**

Starting December 1st, when you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit’s 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
DUE TO REMODEL IN UNITS 708 & 203 CONSTRUCTION NOISE MAY BE HEARD 4/15/24 to 11/15/24 Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Expect to hear LOUD NOISE from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE is permitted between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing it has all the amenities you need especially in the kitchen as well as chairs for the beach and towels. It’s a beautiful safe building with a beautiful beach! But... the master bedroom bed is atrocious & hard as a rock & since you spend 1/3 of your day sleeping, it’s imperative to have a decent bed. Unfortunately, the co-op ownership dropped the ball on this one and it’s a must that the upgrade or at least add a removable Tempur-pedic pad of some type or just replace his bed all together. We understand everyone has their own type of comfort level, but this was horrible and the main reason why we won’t be back. And why my star overall ratings are lower. There is no excuse when you’re going to charge Four Seasons prices and I have a poor bed to boot. Also, I reached out to the management company it took them two days to get back to us. Hopefully they’ll make some changes for future Gus because it’s truly needed.

Room 705 was very expensive and my expectations were that the room would be well maintained. Cracking and peeling walls, Rust on doors to Lana’i making it difficult to open. Bathroom sink stained and missing grout. Old couches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Maui with family and stayed in 705 for two weeks. We love Polo Beach and loved our stay. The room was perfect and allowed our family (with toddlers) to spread out and relax. The room was clean and management was easy to communicate with! The only issue we had was that the fridge/freezer seemed as though it was cleaned with a solution that contaminated the water and ice and we were unable to use either for our stay. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great beach front stay in Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit, right on and above the beach. Love the location, unit was very clean and inviting. As another guest stated, housekeeping should clean the little mold spots in the bathroom, but otherwise, the unit was sparkling. We could have spent the entire vacay on the balcony, love the nice and quiet Wailea rather than the hubbub further north.

Direct oceanfront apartment in Wailea, Maui. Sunsets and the sound of the ocean are spectacular. Can't beat this location. Will definitely stay here again. Just a little note that the cleaners should remove a couple areas with mold due to allergies. Bathrooms need to be updated as well.

Enjoyed taking walks on the sidewalk that runs down the beach past all of the hotels. Great location.

Right on the beach. Beautiful, quiet beach right in front of the condos. Hearing the sound of the waves crashing, watching sunsets, just wonderful.

We moved into this unit on a Saturday evening. Tuesday around 4 am my sister woke up vomiting and feeling ill. She wasn't able to get out of bed for 1 1/2 days. We thought it was either a chemical smell due to construction in the building and/or the air conditioning. She had no symptoms Saturday through Monday. We were gone all day Monday until late evening so we were not in the unit. Tuesday morning, I immediately shut down the air conditioning and contacted the management company, CB Island Vacations. I opened all the window and doors. Nothing got rid of the smell. My sister was too sick to get out of bed and get out of the unit. I contacted the management company again and said something was wrong. They brought over 3 box fans to push out the smell but it didn't work. The night was horrible with the heat and no air conditioning which we specifically requested in a unit. My sister was still ill the next day and could smell the chemical smell even though we shut down the AC. We could no long stay in this unit with the odor and no AC. There was a lot of noise due to construction or something going on in other units. On Wednesday, I texted the management company to let them know we were leaving and complied with their check out policy and procedures. My nephew was in town staying at a different complex. He came over and said the smell was terrible and we needed to get out of the condo. He had many direct conversations with the management company on our behalf. So out of desperation, we moved to a local hotel room. We had to dump all of our food when we left Polo Beach Club. We incurred additional expenses now of $3,406.80. My nephew contact the management company again. Their response was they would send someone over to the unit. They called back to say they did not smell anything. They basically said it was our problem and would not reimburse us for any nights. They should reimburse us for 4 nights. My sister was fine within 4 hours of leaving the unit which proves there was a problem with the air quality. This ruined 2 days of our trip plus the inconvenience and additional expenses we incurred. Packing, eating out, moving wasted our time. Bottom line, we incurred unexpected additional costs of $3,406.80 If there wasn't a serious issues, why would we have moved? This was a special trip since our mother passed away in January and another sister was diagnosed with tongue cancer. We needed a peaceful and relaxing trip.

Everything we needed was provided (rentebeach umbrellas separately). The lanai is fantastic with beautiful views and great furnishings. We were able to walk to restaurants at nearby resorts and there were plenty of others within a short drive too. Parking was easy. Loved the pool and beach too! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at PBC many times in different units and #705 was the best one. Very clean, kitchen stocked with all necessary pots, pans, utensils, etc. We'll definitely try and stay in this unit again! And you can't beat the large lanai and expansive views!
