Hale Kamaole is a South Maui condominium complex located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, one of the most popular, family-friendly, and lifeguarded beaches on Maui. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private lanai or head to the beach for a romantic evening stroll along the shoreline under a canopy of starlight. These spacious rentals, set in beautifully landscaped grounds, are an ideal setting for a relaxing sun-soaked vacation. Catch some rays next to one of two pools on the property, choose to play some tennis at the on-site tennis court, or toss a Frisbee around on the sprawling grass lawns. All condos also have free WiFi access. The outdoor barbeque areas are a must for grilling the perfect dinner, and you'll love indulging in a night out at a large selection of nearby restaurants in Kihei or Wailea. Also choose to shop at a variety of stores located along South Kihei Rd or at the boutiques showcased at the Shops at Wailea. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Appartement is okay. Needs some work especially in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the the iron was missing in the beginning and the A/C was broken. The iron was delivered the next day, the A/C has to be replaced which couldn’t be done throughout my stay.

This unit is in serious need of maintenance and repair. The carpet needs to be replaced, the moulding needs to be repaired, the racks in the freezer are rusted, the towels and sheets are very worn as well as several other issues. It was very disappointing. I paid a lot of money for one week and I would not stay there again, although the property is in a nice area.

There was a rat in our room that ate our food the first night. The property managers were great and quickly came to address the situation and moved us to a different resort next door that was much nicer. In general, the suite is pretty rundown and has zero updates. The check-in book specifically says do not run AC while you are out of the room because there is no insulation in the building and there is no point lol

The location was great. We wanted a place that we could relax in and enjoy cooking while also being close to the beach and great restaurants to spend all day out and about. This place provided all of that. Very spacious and up to date with beach gear and any kitchen gadget you could want. Very clean. Parking was easy. Close access to pool and grill - 20 feet out the back door. We would definitely check this place for future stays in Maui.
