This unit was absolutely lovely. The complex was quiet. The unit was well stocked and impeccably clean. The location to the ocean was prime. We could watch the whales while eating our breakfast. Property management was very responsive when we made a request. We would absolutely stay here again.

Unit #703 Polo Beach Club. The condo is in a great location in Wailea . The unit has a spectacular view everything from access to the beautiful beach and pool. The unit was very clean and quiet. It is exactly what the pictures display. Unit is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs and has bbqs were great as well. It was a wonderful stay .We had an issue with a broken patio chair and the management came right over with new chairs . Really great communication with management. Thank you

Spent a week in unit 703 at the Polo Beach Club. Had a great stay with plenty of room for two adult couples. We have stayed in many VRBO's over the years and this was one of the nicest appointed units. Cookware, linens, and towels were all top shelf. Unit was also very clean and well maintained. Location in Wailea along beautiful stretch of beach but still walkable to adjoining resorts like Four Seasons, Kea Lani, and Grand Wailea. Would certainly consider another stay. PH

Polo Beach Club was great. It was quieter than the resorts that we visited, exactly what we wanted. It was close to golf, shops, and restaurants. The private beach was awesome, never having to fight with crowds for beach space (like the resorts). The condo was clean, rooms were spacious, had all the amenities, and had a great view of the beach and ocean. The management company was responsive to our texts before and during our stay. Shout out to Fred, who provided some local knowledge for restaurants and golf.

We were very pleased with this property. The unit is beautiful, fully furnished and the beds are comfortable. Lots of attention to details was noticed and appreciated! Very modern decor and absolutely stunning views! The pool is beautiful (newly redone) and never saw it crowded at anytime. The walkway thru the tennis courts to the adjacent resorts was very nice as well (dinner, breakfast, drinks, shops, etc. easily accessible without driving/parking). Parking on the property itself is easy (covered). I felt very much at home at this property. There is a smaller neighborhood right next door - and the beachfront house in that neighborhood is on the market for $16,000,000. We had the same view as that beachfront home! The beach itself was awesome...surrounded on both sides by lava rock formations, so very few people were on it. Next door is the Fairmont beach which was fairly crowded. We prefer the Wailea area on Maui to other areas. . It’s a little more upscale and newer properties and generally less touristy. The only issue we had - and a minor one - was that when we arrived, everyone showered quickly and then we started on night one, I had a cold shower as the last one in. Lol. We adjusted after that and it was fine. Overall, I would say this property exceeded my expectations. We would definitely use this property again without hesitation.

We stayed in unit 703 for 5 days. The view was spectacular and the entire property was quiet, beautiful, and well maintained. We did have some minor confusion with the parking and registration information we received, but the realty company was able to quickly help us via text messaging. The unit had everything we needed and more. Beautifully and comfortably furnished and stocked with essentials. The patio was the perfect place to enjoy meals and play games while taking in the views. Beach chairs, coolers, wagon, and umbrella were provided for the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Close to Shops at Wailea and Kihei for shopping and food. It had everything we needed for a beautiful and relaxing trip to Maui! We would absolutely stay here again!

The beach is your backyard and is easily accessible, while the unit itself is well-supplied and full of thoughtful touches (beach chairs, towels, coolers, tumblers for beach beverages, AND a beach buggy!) The full kitchen and grill access made it easy to prepare the fish we caught for dinner, and there was nothing we needed to prepare a family meal that wasn’t already provided. We hope to return to stay here again in the future, mahalo to Sam for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

The beach was calm enough to swim/snorkel in, the pool always had chairs available, and staff were on-site to answer any questions. The unit itself was spotlessly clean, decorated in a nice, neutral palette, and had every convenience item we could want. Can't imagine staying anywhere else next time we visit Wailea.

We had a wonderful stay at Polo Beach! The condo was gorgeous - stunning views of the ocean and fully stocked! The owner has everything readily available - from sunscreen, reusable shopping bags for grocery, to cooler and chairs. The pool and private beach were perfect - never crowded and we were able to enjoy long walks and hikes along the Wailea coastline.
Only issue we had was when the two showers were running at the same around 3pm, one of us would run out of hot water. We had maintenance come and look at it but it would only occur when we showering. There was also construction going on - but that didn’t really bother me since we were up and out at the beach.
Don’t hesitate to book this condo - we will be back!!

2 small things, place needs a shot glass and the trash container in the kitchen is too small.
1 problem was operating the lights and fan with the remotes was impossible. I even had my techy kids 21 and 22 try and figure it out, and they could not.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo and beach were great. Jessica is an excellent communicator and made everything super easy. The condo had everything we needed - the kitchen was well equipped and the bbq area was great - we ate in 3 out of 4 nights. We would definitely stay here again.

This was, by far, the nicest place we've ever stayed for a vacation. Clean and comfortable, with every creature comfort you could ask for. The location is amazing, beach is perfect for snorkling, boogie boarding or just taking in the beautiful surroundings. The shops and restaurants nearby were fantastic, and the nearby golf courses made this the perfect getaway for the whole family. I would definitely come back to stay in unit 703.

This Polo beach condo is an amazing 5-star property, with an A+ location. Clean and chic, we felt like we were living like rock stars in a beach front penthouse. Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean with a coffee in hand was about as unforgettable of a treat as you could ask for. In a pinch for time? From the front door to the beach in about 90 seconds (depending on elevator 😅) with the included wagon, beach chairs and towels made beach “going” a breeze. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!Fully stocked kitchen. We had a few maintenance issues but our property manager Jessica was quick to help resolve as expected.

Our stay at polo beach club was very relaxing and quiet. Very convenient area and right next to beach front trail.. the pool or lobby could use a bath room so you don’t have to go all the way back to your room which is a minor inconvenience. The unit was very nice and comfortable.
