Hokulani 640 is a luxurious one bedroom suite that offers views of the tranquil blue Pacific Ocean as well as views of the lush West Maui Mountains. You will have plenty of space to relax in the 700 sq. ft. interior. To fully enjoy the warm Hawaiian breeze, fold away the glass doors to allow the relaxing interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.
When it's time to rest, the gentle Maui breeze will lull you into deep slumber in the primary bedroom's king-sized bed.
If needed, the sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to accommodate an extra guest or two. The living room and primary bedroom both have a flat screen television if you want to catch your favorite show before you drift off.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

We have stayed at the Houna Kai Resort several times, in both the Konea and Hokulani buildings. It's a wonderful place. It was a great experience. We love the proximity to Duke's and the convenient parking under the building. Everything worked well for the two of us, especially after we went to Target and stocked up on items that probably should have already been there. We left 20 clothes hangars, cleaning supplies, a bowl, etc. there, hopefully to help future renters. The only negative was the carpet which needs to be cleaned or replaced; we were fore-warned after reading other reviews and hoped this would be addressed before out stay, but no. The building was being painted while we were there; the noisy equipment didn't start up until after 8am.

I vacation at Honua Kai every summer. This unit was one of my least favorites. The carpet needs to be replaced; there are stains everywhere. Also, it is not well equipped-no cleaning supplies, kitchen knickknacks, beach package. These are items I’m used to based on my previous experiences. If these were addressed, I would consider staying again.

Lots of little extra charges than when we previously stayed there like cleaning fee. No pool towels etc.
