Our stay in Condo 111 was our first time staying is this Condo. We have been coming to the Hale Kamaole for 40 years and have stayed in various units. This condo was close to the pool and BQ and the condo itself was very well stocked. Can't wait to come back in October.

First impression was of the HOA office staff. Office staff were great.
Second impression of the condo. It was very good, as advertised. Great location relative to the beach. Very good condition of the condo. Ground floor is a big plus.
Last, we looked at the printed instructions in the condo while planning our departure, then looked at the email instructions after. We did OK, but syncing those would be a good idea.

Great location!! Everything you needed was available even beach umbrellas googles sugar washer/dryer worked great, We signed into our Netfix so don't know about t.v. Barbequed right outside our door close to pool friendly people. kids, teenagers, adults, seniors good mix of people. Beach 2 minute walk, Wonderful place. Last couple of days - baby roaches. They do have a roach problem but sprayed around and it seemed to work.

Appreciated the 7-8 am time to swim as some days the pool had many people and impossible to swim. Kitchen had every tool possible! Beautiful grounds, including grills. Cleaning person come 15 minutes before check out time...11amDefinitely would return.
