It was our first time in Hawaii and we had the best time! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice, comfortable, and relaxing. Thank you for the warm hospitality, making it one of the best vacations we’ve had!

My prior VRBO review submissions were in two categories: five stars or no review. But this one I thought merited some feedback. I agree with a previous reviewer (Irina) that the entire unit was maybe not as updated as expected, and was overpriced. In response to Irina's review, the host stated that wood shutters would hopefully be installed by March. FYI - those shutters were not installed by our stay which ended after the first week in April. The owner acknowledged the broken/cracked mirror we saw on arrival, the housekeeper acknowledged already knowing about the broken mirror and busted kitchen drawer. We removed one spider web in the window, and after the host told us to send further issues to housekeeping, we sent housekeeping a sample/picture of the dust that was accumulating on the walls/paint. Front door needed to be pulled/pushed a bit to make sure it locked. We noticed the balcony door was unlocked upon arrival, and we were unable to get it to lock. Wi-fi cut out a lot while trying to work (had issues with internet connectivity whether Apple, Android, or other device at all times of day/night). Ended up using mobile hotspot instead. Thought we were paying more than other options to get quality. But the unit was as Irina stated, just Okay.

Amazing condo! Amazing area! Amazing trip! The condo itself was perfect for my family. I personally could have set on the lanai for about 12 hours per day but we didn't, we stayed busy sightseeing and out at the beach. Great communication throughout. Great condo. Great owner.

We had a wonderful time staying at this amazing property. It was very well stocked, updated, very clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay in Maui. It was close to fabulous beaches and stores you may need (just a short drive away).
The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the sunset from the Lanai.
The property manager was very prompt with communication and extremely helpful.

This condo was clean upon arrival and the view from the lanai was beautiful. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The twins in the additional bedroom were not as comfortable, per our 19 year old sons. Bed comfort is important to some travelers which is why I am including it.
Overall, the condo was great and I would recommend.
Cons: The only negative thing I have to say, which I blame on the weather, humidity and constant in/out from the ocean and pool from various visitors, is there seems to be a "musty" smell that lingers. It was not something that was intolerable, just something that we took notice to.
Pros: There were plenty of chairs, an umbrella, pool towels, an ice chest, and a boogie board to use. We took advantage of this and it was great! The easy access to the beach was literally at your door step. There was a ping pong table that was enjoyable. There was a water refill station in the lobby that we used every day and the water was good! The ladies in the front, including the concierge, were extremely kind and helpful.
This location was about 20 mins from the blow hole, an hour from zip lining, 15 mins to Whalers Village, and 20 mins to down town Lahaina. Very centralized to a lot of good things.
Recommendation: rent snorkeling equipment from The Snorkel Store. Their prices and customer service was great.

This property was very well maintained, light, bright, and clean. Perfect unit for 4 adults to enjoy their stay. Kitchen was well-stocked, location was nice and a short drive away from the craziness of Lahaina. Really appreciated the beach towels, cooler, and boogie board. Check in process was very smooth and other than one very busy night, parking was always available in the front lot. Thank you, Sonja. Beautiful unit!

The condo was clean and matched the pictures well. The location was great with a phenomenal pool and a quiet beach right off the property. The building had a peculiar issue without functioning cold water (scalding hot water even filled the toilet tank). A work around was needed where you would have to run all of the faucets and flush the toilets in order to get cold water to run through the faucets. This unfortunately was not fixed during the entirety of our stay. However, the maintenance team was friendly and responsive despite the lack of success in fixing the issue.

Great location for exploring the Lahaina/ Kaanapali/Kapalua area. This unit is on the 5th floor and had a very nice view of the ocean and since we were there in March, we saw lots of whales without leaving the condo! The Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfast every day and dinner there half the time for more family time. The beds are comfortable and the pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable as well. We went to the beach each day so we did not use the pool but it looks nice and a lot of people were using it. The sea levels were high so the hotel beach was not usable, but there are lots of beaches nearby so it was not a problem. We had a great family vacation there (5 adults total) and can’t wait to come back to Maui!

The drapes seem to have never been replaced since the original owner and honestly you wouldn’t want to touch them with your bare hands. The windows and the surrounding areas were quite dirty as well. We did enjoy the very well stocked kitchen and the view from the balcony was amazing. Due to some building issues, we weren’t able to get hot water in the showers, which of course isn’t the owners fault, and we tried to get that resolved but to no avail. Beach access from the property was difficult to get to, as they have sand bags layed out and you have to carefully climb down them to get to the beach, no direct easy access. Pool area was just okay, didn’t use it much. Overall good location and condo, but honestly overpriced.

The condo was just as pictured. We could sea the ocean from our balcony. It was stocked with some needed spices, trash bags , toilet paper and detergents. Our host even left us a welcoming present. We were all very impressed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to others. It is beautifully redone and it is obvious that a great deal of work has gone into recent improvements. The building is a more dated than the unit but it is right on the ocean and the view from the balcony is gorgeous - a stunning view for morning coffee or a drink at night. I worked out daily at the gym and although the equipment is basic, it has everything you would need. Location is very good and just a short drive to Lahaina. We would stay here again!

Beautiful place for a good price. I was thinking when I booked the condo I found a full ocean view but more like a partial from the room but once on lanai a full ocean view. The condo is very clean and easy to work with owners. The bedding and bed alone in master was heavenly! It felt like a high end hotel. Would definitely stay again. We had a relaxing good time! Never wanted to leave.

The condo was amazing! It was sparkling clean, nicely decorated, spacious, with all the comforts of home. The patio has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset. The pool and beach are literally steps away. We spent most days on the beach, but the pool was inviting with plenty of lounge chairs. We had a wonderful time in Maui and would absolutely stay at this condo agsin!

absolutely no complaints! Sonia was awesome in helping assist on planning activities, the location was perfect, right on the beach, and the condo VERY clean and new. There was one small item that needed to be fixed and it was corrected while were out for a few hours. (the kitchen faucet was loose) very simple, one phone call to the cleaning/maint service and it was done! all the cooking and dinner ware you will need. Perfect and comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you Sonia! Sorry if I asked too many questions! :)

We are so happy that we chose this condo, it was nicely remodeled inside, kitchen had everything we needed, even a tea kettle, beautiful view from the balcony, unit is couple steps to the beach and pool. So thankful for bodyboard and floaty’s, kids had fun with them. We have created a lot of great memories at this place.
The only down side for us was the Louver(ventilation door) in the master bedroom. Our oldest daughter was sleeping in the living room, so that didn’t give us a lot of privacy. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

Overall the condo was exactly as expected. However, there wasn’t much of a beach area directly in front of the location. You had to walk down just a bit to have more of a beach area to use.
