Grounds were beautiful. Great location close to the beach and able to walk to many shops. Condo nice and very well stocked with sheets, blankets, beach towels, bath towels, boogie boards, tennis rackets and balls, sand toys, beach blanket, 2 beach chairs. Comfortable bed and pull out bed. Ac in the living room kept things cool. Got warm in the bedroom at night. Would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time and loved every minute of our stay. We went to KAM III almost every day and loved the atmosphere there. The house had everything we could possibly need as it was fully stocked with beach, kitchen, and laundry supplies. Appreciate all the thought that went into making this property a home away from home. My only feedback is that the AC unit is in living room so the bedroom (located at back of property) can get hot at times even with fans.

Loved the condo at Kehei Akahi. Only issue was no small outdoor table to eat. Improvised by using the luggage holder and the boogie board!!

This is a fully equipped, tastefully decorated ground floor unit. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee. The unit is in close proximity to the lower pool, tennis/pickle ball court and just footsteps from the beach. Sunset on the beach is the perfect ending to a perfect day. Maui magic!

My husband and I spent 8 nights in the condo. We are familiar with the property as we have stayed at Kihei Akahi several times. The condo is furnished nicely, and the bed is really comfortable. The bedroom was a little warm at night, yet the fan helps cool it down. If you leave the bedroom windows open the noise from the parking lot, other guests, and sprinklers might keep you up. However, it is a great place. Close to restaurants, easy access to beaches and all that Kihei has to offer. Mahalo, Kristi

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The owners are clearly organized and have thought of everything creating a well stocked space. The beds are comfortable, including the sofa bed, and the living room ac is wonderful. There are fans to help with the heat in the bedroom. We chose this unit for the comfortable decor and location and were not disappointed. The beach access is directly across the street with a crosswalks at the end of the driveway. The grounds of the complex are lovely and the two pools were busily enjoyed by families. While there is no view from this ground floor unit, you can still hear the waves while enjoying the lanai and surrounding grass and gardens. Would be very happy to stay here next time.

Great location to spend day at beach or easy access to shopping and close to Wailea area. I’ve been staying in Kihei Akahi for years while on vacation. This condo seems newly remodeled, new furniture & houseware was a nice addition. Only negative which was minimum is no Keurig coffee maker or Blue Ray Player to watch movies. Tv didn’t have a way to access your own Nexflix or Sling to watch favorite series/shows. Overall would stay again!

The Kihei Akahi is a great place. The grounds are open and not too crowded. Everything is meticulously clean. There are two pools. It is right across from K2. As for the unit itself, it has been tastefully updated. The bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed. They provide all the necessities of a vacation - beach chairs, towels, umbrella (game changer for the fair skinned), tennis rackets, etc. The kitchen was well appointed with a nice flow. Being on the bottom floor gives you a little extra room vis a vis the deck. Can't wait to go back.
