We loved the location of the condo. We loved eating our meals on the lanai because the views were so beautiful. The kitchen has everything we need for cooking in our condo. We appreciate having the beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys to take with us to the beach.Unfortunately the condo could use some upgrades, a deep clean, and de cluttered. The bed sheets were so old and thin. The bed pillows had a musty smell. The mattress was sagging. The couch needs to be steam clean. In addition, there are too many personal items around the condo that it feels cluttered, for example books were everywhere.

We have stayed in the Ridge Villas several times. This unit is nice.
It was large and roomy for our family. We have 3 teenagers. Perfect set up for older kids. The outdoor patio is up high so you can take in the beautiful views and island breeze.
We would stay here again.

Our second time staying in the Ridge Villas-first time in this unit. Really loved the Villa, and the views down to the ocean were awesome. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Convenient to beaches and restaurants. Covered parking attached to villa. Felt very private despite being in a multi unit building. Management very easy to communicate with. Had an episode with connectivity-and this was resolved very rapidly. Overall, I think this is a great value for the rental fee charged for a week, and would definitely rent this villa again. Only negative comments are that the unit didn't have a cooler to take on excursions/to the beach- so we ended up going to Ace Hardware to buy one-not a deal breaker-but something I normally expect when renting a unit like this. And, the pool/grill is a bit of a hike down the hill. We used the grills several times-which were great, but the first time food was cold by the time I walked it back up to the villa. Better to plan to eat down by the pool or drive down to make the return quicker.

Excellent experience; just as I always remembered Kapalua. Great condo location with excellent views which is why we always like the Ridge. Well maintained and stocked unit. One small maintenance issue at the start which was very promptly and completely addressed. With the breezes we hardly even turned on the AC, fans were more than enough plus we wanted to hear the ocean.

Let's just start by saying the views were incredible. Every morning we'd open the sliding doors, sit on the lanai and enjoy the views and ocean breeze. The condo was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked - it had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation (would have loved a beach umbrella along with the chairs and towels that were provided, but not a real complaint). The A/C worked well, but you honestly didn't need it during the day if you had the doors open. The pools were clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. No issues with parking and conveniently located near good restaurants and shops. The beaches nearby were beautiful (definitely take the free shuttle that this property offers - way easier than finding parking)! And if you golf at Kapalua, be sure to mention you're staying at the Ridge as you get a discount. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
